Novikov Beverly Hills is a true culinary destination. We were inspired to visit after seeing a video from Vasco Rossi a few weeks ago, and we were not disappointed! The restaurant effortlessly combines a sophisticated ambiance, impeccable service, and truly outstanding food to create a memorable dining experience.

From the moment we entered the stunning space, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and impeccable service. The food was nothing short of amazing. We started with the fried prawns appetizer, which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For our main courses, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was an absolute masterpiece – creamy, flavorful, and cooked to al dente perfection. The ossobuco was also fantastic, though I personally prefer the Milanese-style preparation without tomato sauce. The accompanying yellow rice was perfect (... and my Milanese wife knows :)).

Even the smaller details impressed us. The olive oil served tableside was of exceptional quality, and the cannoli were incredibly fresh, though my wife would have preferred them a bit sweeter. The tiramisu was a touch too bitter for our liking (perhaps due to the coffee), but still enjoyable.

Overall, Novikov Beverly Hills exceeded our expectations. The combination of exquisite food, impeccable service, and a luxurious ambiance makes it a must-visit for any discerning diner in Beverly Hills. We can't wait to return!

Myself and two friends went to Novikov for an 8pm dinner. The cocktails and food were all excellent, but the service really wasn't up to par for the price point.

Drinks arrived 15 minutes after food did. They forgot cutlery for both our steak and tableside pasta (serving utensils and steak knives).

2 out of 5 is the best I can give.
Also, consider that small size Seafood Pizza went straight to trash for about $50 and drinks are about $25, not a cheap place at all.

Officially my favorite restaurant in terms of food quality and taste. Absolutely tops. I rated the service down a bit because it can use more polish. Things like sequence of dishes and providing all proper silverware and serving implements especially when the party is sharing dishes. Also shouldn't have to ask for bread to be served after seating. Other than that this is a place I will come to again and again. The food is impeccable. Bar drinks are great. The prices are what you would expect in BH. So far I haven't had a single item that I didn't find exceptionally tasty.

Several issues undermined the meal, preventing the three of us from enjoying the beautiful ambiance of this restaurant.
Service was bad in two ways; one was the timing: the extraordinary delay to receive our drinks and main course long after our sides arrived and two, our unfriendly waiter who was not helpful and did not check on us after our meal was served. We are low volume eaters (two slim ladies and man) but he pushed us to order the salt crusted Branzino which, when it arrived, was unappetizingly plied up on the platter and easily could have served 4-5 hungry people but, worst of all, it was undercooked!
I have dined at Novikov in Porto Cuervo, Sardinia and experienced great, friendly service and fabulous sushi, so was excited to visit the new Beverly Hills Novikov.
What a disappointment!

Please take a look at the response I got from Richard G. the owner or manager of Novikov. Clearly he has no idea he’s in the hospitality business. Steer clear of this restaurant if you are a family with kids. You are not welcome there.

This review is just for the service we received and does not include our opinion of the food served since we didn't get a chance to try it.

We arrived in the middle of the week, middle of the day for lunch. Party of 2 with a newborn in a stroller.
They asked us to wait and after 15 mins we were asked if we can remove the baby from the stroller and park it outside because it's in the way. We counted around 10 indoor tables on the side and in the middle that were available but we were told we can't sit there.
They wanted to seat us outside which we agreed to it only to then later find out they don't know when a table will be available for us.

To head out, I asked help using the elevator since I have the stroller and no one was there to guide me (it's an industrial elevator that they probably had to install to abide by ADA code)

Anyway, it's a shame. I've heard good things about this place and we were really looking forward to trying it but it's not family friendly and we won't be going back.

I had high expectations for Novikov, but my recent visit was a letdown. The waiter service was absolutely terrible; it felt like we were invisible for most of our meal. We waited over an hour past our reservation time to even be seated, which was frustrating. To top it off, we witnessed a disruptive fight right in the middle of the restaurant, which completely ruined the atmosphere. The only saving grace was the food - it was genuinely delicious. However, the chaotic service and environment overshadow any culinary merits this place might have. Would think twice before returning.

We had an outstanding company lunch today at Novikov! The planning with Mariia was easy and professional, the atmosphere was beautiful but comfortable and the food was delicious. Our group felt that today was in running for if not the very top of all of our group meals. Most of all, could not more strongly appreciate the great level of exceptional service and hospitality we experienced. The entire waitstaff went out of their way to care for us exceptionally well. Madison went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of and everyone had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend Novikov for a group. They can’t seem to cater to more than 4 people to each table. We were a group of 7 for lunch and literally none of our courses or drinks were served at the same time. We also regularly had to remind them of drinks or food missing.

Given that they automatically charge an additional service for a large party as well, it was a real disappointment. When provided the feedback , the manager was also not receptive and caused such a scene that it made it even more uncomfortable.

It’s a cool atmosphere but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

What a heck. Did the restaurant hire someone from nowhere to design this space? I felt it was three different places mixed together to make up something, not sure though what they wanted to accomplish.
The food was good but not great, the pizza with truffle was good and loved it. Drinks were good, too. But Novikov doesn't have my ongoing support. Sorry, one time was good enough.

I think this is one of the best places in Los Angeles. The waiters and hostesses are very friendly! The barista is great! Makes exceptionally delicious coffee. The food is just a separate topic for discussion. I ordered the lamb loin and tuna tartare. I just enjoyed it more and more each time. Incredibly delicious. My wife also ordered the tuna tartare and grilled salmon. For dessert there was tiramisu. What can I say?
It's just our charm and tenderness!!!!!!

We celebrated our 5-year wedding anniversary at Novikov in Beverly Hills, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and special.

We started with the Burrata Tomato Salad, the Classic Caesar salad, and the baked eggplant parmigiana. Each dish was perfectly prepared—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The creamy burrata paired with ripe tomatoes was a standout, while the eggplant parmigiana was rich and comforting, with just the right amount of cheesy goodness.

For our main course, we had the risotto with black truffle and the 5oz seabass. Wow! The risotto was indulgent, with earthy truffle notes that elevated every bite. The seabass was cooked to perfection—tender, flaky, and bursting with flavor.

We paired our meal with a lovely Sauvignon Blanc, which complemented the dishes wonderfully.

The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server, Gladys, was attentive, knowledgeable, and so warm. She made us feel truly cared for and added a personal touch to our celebration.

A special thank you to Tatianna, for ensuring everything went smoothly, the management for their attention to detail, and the owner himself, Alexander Novikov, for the glasses of Chateau Des Jacque Wine & for creating such a magical dining experience.

This was a night we’ll never forget, and we’ll definitely be back for future special occasions. Thank you, Novikov Team & Management, for making our anniversary so memorable!

This is a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills. Reservations are recommended. Fantastic menu with a lunch special option. The food is fresh and delicious. Sashimi starter is a must. Love this place, super high-end, chic and lux atmosphere. Food is incredible service is fantastic. I went for a girls night dinner and had a fantastic time! I’m planning to celebrate my birthday there soon. They have beautiful fresh flowers on the table, the waiter mentioned they are partners with an exclusive florist called Bloom Boom that offer quality floral arrangements and installations for private events. Today we visited Novikov and honestly, we are delighted! We love Novikov so much and have been to it in London and in Istanbul. Novikov in Beverly Hills is just as wonderful, with a very beautiful interior and excellent food made from fresh products. Greek salad is our favorite!

The food is below par, I ordered dover sole for $97 a la cart, had to pay separately for a side dish. The fish was so blend, I think they forgot to season it, and its cost is by far the most expensive dover sole I've ever seen on the market, I eat this fish a lot. We also had the cesar salad, which had too much dressing, and not much else, and roasted potatoes, which were just ok. The best dish was baby calamari for appetizer. The tiramisu was just ok. I would not recommend this place. Below average food for way too much money.

Service was awful! Four main course were ordered two were served. A third came out 10 minutes later. The fourth never arrived with the excuse that it was sent to another table. I asked to see the manager. He came over stated he was sorry and quickly left.. Really did not care! Considering the pricey menu I would have expected a little more than "I am sorry" Novikov was a huge disappointment!!!. Would not recommend unless you just want to pay a lot of money for glitz and nothing else

**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS RESTAURANT**
To start off, the only plus side to this restaurant was the Reposado Espresso Martini, the warm complimentary bread & the look of the restaurant. Booked this place for my wife’s birthday. Booked through OpenTables, mentioned the occasion(keep that part I mind) Hostess was very nice. After we checked in, we got seated immediately despite arriving to our reservation 40 min early. Our waiter greeted us at the table and did not go over the menu, did not ask if we had any allergies to anything on the menu(my wife is highly allergic to shellfish) after dropping off the menus he just came back 5 min later and asked what we want to order, fine, whatever, we started off with the Buffalo stuffed squash, Caesar salad & the bruschetta. The stuffed squash was beyond disgusting, we’ve had it many times at other restaurants, by far this one was the most nastiest one we’ve came across. There was a blob of mozzarella cheese, stuffed and fried with a side of lemon. The bruschetta had absolutely ZERO flavor, did not taste like a bruschetta. The salad was okay, not the best but better than the 2 other appetizers we ordered. During that course, our waiter did not once check up on us, not once. After an hour, we decided to order the Waygu Pasta, was BEYOND disgusting. Had absolutely NO FLAVOR. You could tell it was not prepared fresh(for the prices listed on the menu, you would THINK everything is made fresh to order). After two bites, we decided to just call it a night. I asked for the dessert menu, was brought immediately, ordered the tiramisu & I specifically asked the waiter if he could please put a candle, that we’re celebrating my wife’s birthday. The dessert comes in 2.5 seconds with no candle. I bought it up to the waiters attention, he looked confused at first and took it back immediately and came back with a candle and a cheap looking smile on his face. We paid and drove straight to the drive thru to get food on the way home because we were still hungry. You’d think spending $260 on dinner + $60 Tip would get you somewhat full…NOPE. this place needs MAJOR improvement. Zero restaurant etiquette, zero service. By far one of the worst BH restaurant experiences we’ve had, and let me tell you, we’re in BH at least twice a week for dinner. Take your hard work earned money to a different establishment, up the street, down the street or across the street. Super disappointed.

This place is hands down gorgeous! Super cute interior, great lighting and florist. The bar is certainly popping and after we tried the cocktails we immediately knew why! They have all the classics on the menu and a Novikov twist on these recipes too, which I found super cool. When we got seated we had whole lotta appetizers because all of them sounded so good and sure enough they all tasted great! Our server Atanas was super personable and made our dinner even more enjoyable! Beverly Hills finally good a cool spot that doesn't at 9pm and serves both good wines and cocktails.
Bonus: they have a DJ on the weekend playing some upbeat lounge beats which is a nice touch and certainly makes the ambiance more lively.

That restaurant was decent. We waited 10 minutes on the bar for a table. Lots of open table everywhere I think maybe they were overwhelmed and they didn’t want to see the restaurant but it was 1:30 PM. The drinks was good. The tuna Tato was five out of five eggplant Parmesan was five out of five, but the fish special was about three little bit dry no sauce little bit overcooked with just grilled broccolini with no flavour in it

I’ve been multiple times in Novikov around the world and this location as well.
1. I took a Sunday lunch, and was really disappointed with the food: I didn’t even finish grilled salmon, and baked eggplants were tasteless, gelato was very good.
2. Bar. I will say Novikov is the only place for me to go for a drink after 11 pm.

I want to wish you to improve your kitchen and you will get my 5 stars 😉

This place has mixed feelings l. It is a very fancy restaurant. It was very expensive compared to all the restaurants around it. Tables are very close to each other. Waiters will be squeezing by you every time they pass by. And brushing against you, so you end up having to move when they pass. The food was very good but not better than other restaurants nearby. Service was ok till we had to pay. The waiter was so rude and angry because he only got 20% tip, which was about $120.
The vibe was mostly single people trying to hook up.

The food was simply not tasty. Maybe single dishes were decent. Everything is plain and no flavors, fish is dry and some weird butter sauce, tartare is just avocado and fish. As a foodie I was so disappointed with the food quality. Extremely expensive for no reason. Bartender overcharged us for drinks $32 for a glass of martini plus $7 for grey goose replacement ($40 a drink) and simple tequila Drink $56. Tried to push 2 bottles of water into the bill which we never received.
Taking advantage of situations is just NOT cool. People are drunk and don’t look at the bill just pay and move on.
WOKE UP with food poisoning in the middle of the night. I won’t be back there or recommend further. Also $25 valet. Seriously?! I’ve never paid more than 15 in LA.

One star is for the location. Six of us ordered all different stuff, all of it was just ridiculous. My salmon tartar was simply a pile of salt, with nothing to delude it with.What can I say, they hard boil quail eggs. I guess most of the people come for the cheap lunch deal. Food is definitely not a reason to visit.

Didn’t have a chance to taste the food, because it is impossible to make a reservation for a dinner after 4 pm. No one answers the phone, left a voicemail and no one returns calls. It shows on Open Table that the last available time slot for a dinner is 4 pm for 3 weeks ahead. But hours of operation are till 10-11pm.
