Well, we ordered steaks and they came back burned, and we had to send them back. They were very nice. It replaced them, but I was really disappointed. I never experienced this at Morton.

I was shocked how poor the food is now after Landry’s took over and when you complain at the local
And corporate level they don’t care
I ordered a dry aged Porterhouse steak because they no longer had a dry aged New York on the menu
The steak came pre sliced which I later discovered from a server I know who works there was highly unusual unless you are sharing which I was not as my dining companion had his own entree
I believe this was done to swap out the meat as apparently they ran out of Porterhouse steak according to the girl that waited on my table
What they tried to pass off on me were fatty cuts of Ribeye which I don’t like and returned
The side lobster tail was overcooked to rubber as well
Again these guys don’t care as they are shuttering locations but not an excuse to scam me on my steak

This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had, especially on what was supposed to be a special night—my wife’s birthday. We were promised a birthday dessert when we arrived, but not only did they fail to bring it, we had to sit and watch as two other parties next to us, who were white Americans, were given theirs with no issue.

When we finished our meal, instead of the dessert, we were handed the check and basically dismissed. It was humiliating and blatantly discriminatory. It was clear we were treated differently because we’re not white Americans. This broke my wife's heart on her birthday, and we left feeling angry and unwelcome.

If you care about fairness or being treated with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs. Their behavior was disgusting, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The restaurant is located at 3400 West Olive Avenue, Burbank, CA. The restaurant is barely visible from the street. The parking area is below the restaurant. The parking area is a shared paid parking area. The parking structure is multiple levels and extends a long distance underground. There are no directions or signs posted. The restaurant reimburses a maximum of $4.00. The balance on leaving the parking area was $12.50.

There is a one page menu that is extensive. The prices on the menu are higher than of restaurants in the area. This is an upscale restaurant. The dishes served were very good. The restaurant is good for a couple to large groups.

“I recently visited Morton’s for my birthday, and while I was looking forward to a special meal, the food was unfortunately a bit underwhelming. The steak lacked seasoning, and overall, the dishes weren’t as impressive as I’d hoped. However, the service truly made up for it! Brenda, our server, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable despite the food not being perfect. Thanks to her exceptional service, we still had a great evening.”

Monday night I wanted to treat myself to a steak dinner. I went to Morton’s the Steakhouse. Ordered the Prime Cajun Ribeye medium charred. I asked the server what is “Oscar style” lobster. I wanted an “Enhancement” instead of her explaining, with an attitude and performance with hip action and all she said “It’s Oscar style.” I ended up ordering the cold water tail. Once my food arrived. My steak was burned. Not juicy and completely denatured. When I asked about it the server said “When you order charred you get charred.” I was pissed by her comment. I’m at a steakhouse if the cook doesn’t know how to prepare a medium charred steak he should be cooking it. I honestly feel like this steak should have never been served.

Unfortunately our experience here was HORRIBLE. My husband and I went out for my birthday & last minute decided to try morton’s since our favorite steakhouse (nick & stefs) was closing early. We saw online they were having a dinner deal (tomahawk, salad, 2 sides for $169) sounds great enough for the both of us. we arrived at our reservation time 8:… & waited about 15 minutes to get sat, no problem we have patience. Once we sat down we waited about 5 minutes before our waitress brought out the menus & asked if we wanted sparkling or still, we chose bottled Panna. once she brought that out she asked if we wanted drinks from the bar we opted out because I am pregnant & my husband was the driver for the night (this is when I feel things turned sour ) obviously alcohol is where they make their sales & I know this because I was a waitress I used to work for a landry’s restaurant as well. She returned and asked if we were ready to order & that’s when I asked about their “special” for the night & she said we don’t have a special & I brought up the tomahawk deal they were having & she continued that’s not a special, that’s a whole different menu & made me feel dumb. walked away & grabbed the smaller paper menu. came back & verbatim “are you guys ready”. We never received a proper introduction (what her name was, asked us if we dined at morton’s before , give us a run down of the menu) we sat and watched as the tables around us received great service and respect & we felt as if we were treated like we were eating at mcdonalds. when our steak came it was Medium Rare although I ordered it Medium. At this point I had a bad taste in my mouth from the service I wasn’t going to complain & have her give us worse service. we had a slice of steak each & packed it to go. The “loaded” Mashed Potatoes were literally mashed potatoes with cheese on top that was burnt, No flavor what so ever. Although it was horrible service we still left her $34 or $36 on subtotal of $183 because maybe she was having a bad night & took it out on us, remember I was a waitress I get it, I also didn’t want to live up to the stereotype she probably created of us when we walked in. I should have left $0 but we were generous . Save yourself the trip & make your way to the next steakhouse & get your moneys worth & great service . Taylor do better . (the only reason we know her name is because of our receipt).

Morton's Steakhouse did not disappoint me on my first visit. As a single diner, I sat at the warm and comfortable bar with Cindy as my bartender. I could not have been more pleased with the food and service. I had the steak and lobster and it was cooked perfectly. Do not hesitate to order the surf and turf or the grand chill platter. I’ve been to ALOT of steakhouses, but Morton’s will forever be my number 1 choice. Every single time it’s the same quality. Absolutely amazing food. Best steaks I’ve ever had. That Cajun ribeye is out of this world. Wow. Supremely great! And that fresh baked bread they bring out with the butter. Wow wow wow. LOVE IT! Prime New York steak is also very very good. I get that also. Service is great! Great team of staff! And the atmosphere is just super chill. Very romantic. See you guys next time! As always thank you very much for the great hospitality!

Went to try it for the first time with my wife. We dressed up thinking it had a dresscode but it seems unnecessary as people came in with jerseys and shorts. That's not too big of a deal for me, but it let's you know they are not strict on it. I think it's because it was not too full.

Now the food. It was very generic. My wife and I both ordered the filet mignon the same way. Hers was very good but mine was clearly old meat. It had that sour taste and texture was bad. This tells me it does not have good quality control and they are happy to unload bad pieces on customers to save money.

The free bread was as good as a supermarket. Nothing to write home about, and the butter was nothing special. Fries were decent, but again, nothing special. Desserts were about as good as a generic supermarket as well.

I was underwhelmed, and it's definitely not worth the price. About as good as an Applebee's but 4x the price.

Ambiance is nice and servers are nice, but this steakhouse does nothing to stand out. Parking is underground and validated for only about 5 dollars, and you have to pay the difference (paid an additional 8 dollars).

Good afternoon, as me and my family always come to your restaurant. We usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, the last time we were there. The service was poor including not bringing the extra bread that we asked for several times and then finally one of your. Gentlemen that collects the dishes and brings the bread was very rude. Also the waitress never cleaned up the table in between the servings when I brought it up to the manager, she said she was sorry and that's it until I asked her name and then, after I asked her name, she decided to offer us A. Free. Dessert the next time we come in. I think that is poor on the manager's choice that I would have to ask her name before she offers compensation

S-tier service and tender cuts of steak. The waitress we had was delightful. Meets quality steakhouse expectations.

Complimentary onion bread with soft butter to start, a classic. Baked potato, certified.

Satisfactory char, and a marinaded/glazed sweetness on the Prime Bone-in Ribeye. I prefer a meatier profile to my steaks, but the clean plate can't complain. Very good overall.

If you’re looking for an incredible meal out, look no further! We had a really nice experience for our anniversary dinner. That being said I didn’t love the environment completely as it felt a little corporate and cold. Nothing horrible just not warm and inviting. The service was really good! And because it was our anniversary they offered us a complimentary dessert of our choice (we chose the bread pudding-which was the best thing we ate, wow). We had steak & lamb (amazing) and sides of mashed potatoes (yummy) and mac and cheese (not the best) but I would recommend to anyone who wants an upscale experience with a guarantee delicious meal.

Very cozy and intimate setting inside the dining room and the music wasn't overly loud or playing random pop songs. The service was fantastic; our server was quick and often with the drinks and checking on us. The food was hit or miss unfortunately. The table onion bread is amazing and I need the recipe. For the food we got the Valentine's Day menu: The iceberg wedge salad was good, nice 'n cold and refreshing. The Smoked Gouda potatoes were really good; they are Al dente though and may not be for everyone. The Creamed Spinach needed some seasoning it was a bit bland. The 28oz bone-in New York was ordered Medium. It came out 1/4 of the outside Well done, the next 1/4 was Medium rare, and the middle half was straight Rare. It was a chore to cut pieces that were small enough to chew and not very beefy flavored compared to other steakhouses. We got it topped with the Crab Imperial which was very tasty and succulent. The two cold water lobster tails were overdone and had to use the steak knife to cut; very salty as well. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Layer cake, it wasn't very moist and crumbled apart. Very unfortunate considering the cost and the occasion.

Wow, what a massive disappointment! Despite choosing this restaurant primarily for its convenient location, some of my colleagues at work had warned me that it was only average. We made a reservation for 7 pm on February 14 and arrived promptly. However, we were surprised to see that people without reservations were seated immediately ahead of us. When it was our turn, the hostess offered us a terrible situated table right next to all the traffic and looking straight at the faces of the people sitting across from us, leaving us feeling uncomfortably exposed under the bright light above. It being Valentine's Day, we were hoping for a bit more privacy and ambiance. Disappointed with this option, we inquired about a nearby table, which happened to be a booth.
To our astonishment, we were informed that booths required a separate reservation, something that wasn't mentioned when we made our initial booking. When we requested another table, we were told that everything was fully booked, despite us noticing at least five available tables. It seemed absurd that these tables were somehow reserved by special request. Frustrated, we approached a second hostess, who explained that we needed to make a special request for certain seating arrangements, which felt unreasonable for first-time diners. Basically, we felt like the restaurant employees misled us, and we were worried our Valentine's Day plans would be ruined. The restaurant didn't even have a nice atmosphere or any special Valentine's Day decorations so we just decided to find somewhere better to celebrate. We ended up at the Smoke House Restaurant, just a 3-minute drive away. Despite a brief 15-minute wait, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated at a booth without any special request, and we thoroughly enjoyed the incredible food and ambiance. If you're seeking a delightful dining experience and wish to avoid disappointment, I highly recommend steering clear of this restaurant and spending your money elsewhere.

What is there to say about Morton's? Quality food and top notch service.. well almost.

Cocktail took a long time, I got hit in the face by the waitress' pony tail, and it's the first time I can recall eating there where there were no off- menu specials. Had to hail down my waitress, which is a first there. Typically their staff is experienced and their personnel check on the table as they make their rounds. Not busy either, which leaves me wondering if they're hurting for labor like other businesses.

Overall, if you want a quality steak in a classy environment, it's still my favorite in the area.

I went here with my family for dinner. The service was great, several people attending our table for serving food or clearing dishes. The food was prepared in good timing, except for my meal, which I ordered a day in advance since it was a special order not on the menu (and I as assured by the phone call and also by the hostess when I got to the restaurant, someone did not alert the chef in time so I had to wait about 5 or more minutes for it to arrive. Ok, the lobster bisque was outstanding, delicious, the lobster cooked perfect. We tried the waygu meatballs. Very tasty sauce, meat good but too densely packed and a little overcooked. The others had steaks and fish, loved them. Very good baked potatoe and matchstick truffle fries. My Shrimp Alex tasted good but the shrimp was a bit overcooked and harder to chew. Desert is Key Lime pie. Which I will have tomorrow. We like the restaurant, have eaten there before and will return. We just find the lighting to be too dark. One sweet idea was each one of our single page menus had birthday wishes for me printed at the top. There is a lower level parking garage but no validations, no cash, credit card only. Street parking is sparse.

We came for an early dinner snack prior to a screening at Warner Bros.

The French Onion soup was good, though not among the best we've had.

The bread was plain and cold.

The brussel sprouts were very poor - soggy, a lot of oil/butter, not worth the IBS.

The service was terrible, and training is clearly needed for the staff.

Even though we dined early, arriving at 5:15pm, and the restaurant was essentially empty, the waiter was very curt and inattentive. We asked both him and the busser for their recommendations on sides and neither seemed very excited or knowledgeable. The busser didn't even know the items I asked about, clearly they aren't trained on the menu and don't have first hand experience.

The waiter made so many amateur mistakes we gave what we hope is helpful feedback to the manager and her assistant manager (they happened to be together).

Overall, it was a poor experience and thus pretentious. But the French Onion soup was a satisfactory light dinner!

It's been a long time since I've been to Morton's in Burbank. It hasn't changed a bit in years.
We had our office Christmas party there last Friday for a group of 22 in one of their private rooms.
I have to say the staff was fantastic!
Very attentive and that's saying a lot considering how many people were in our party. It's not easy to take care of such a large group but they did a marvelous job and made it appear easy

I had their New York strip and it was perfectly done. Also was able to sample their filet which was equally tasty.
Of course we had mashed potatoes, string beans and their famous spicy mac and cheese, which was the star of the sideshow in my opinion.

Overall this is a great steakhouse for sure. They have an extensive wine selection as well as several signature cocktails and I think with our group of 22 we probably sampled all of them.

Definitely a great option for large groups/ parties as they have several group rooms available that allow for some privacy.
My only complaint is that it is exceedingly pricey for what you get. I mean the steaks were good but at the end of the day they were well made steaks. The sides were tasty but nothing that stood out as an absolute "wow" tasty explosion. Good yes, but dated and basic.

As far as the ambiance goes, It's very dark and moody with low lighting throughout.
Very comfortable for having conversations as the noise level was at a low respectable roar.

If you're looking for a good respectable steak in a decently classy place. This is a top contender for sure.

Very bad experience at this restaurant. We felt ignored and unwelcome. The staff were not attentive and the food was below average. We felt like they had something against us despite us being very friendly and presentable. The brunette with glasses, I believe Cindy, needs a major attitude adjustment. The restaurant was not busy but they did not even come to check on us or refill our drinks. I had to go to the bar to ask for the check because they were literally ignoring our table for some reason. We were expecting much better from Morton’s. The table behind us got much better service while we were ignored despite saying excuse me multiple times right when wait staff walked by. I’ve gotten better service at McDonalds.

Surprisingly bad experience at this location. Scott and Cindy did their best to make us feel not welcomed. The wait was long to get our food and we were continuously ignored despite repeatedly trying to get a simple drink refill. The restaurant was not busy but for some reason they made it a point not to come to our table. We could not even get their attention to bring us our check. We had to go to the bar to request it. The food was below average as well. Overcooked steaks but no one to tell since they would not approach us. Bizarre experience with some light racism sprinkled in as the other folks in our section had no problem with attention from the staff. They just happened to have lighter skin than us.

Terrible experience at this establishment today. We sat down and ordered and from that moment on, it seemed like all the wait staff were allergic to us. The food took an unreasonably long time to come out and in the meantime the waiter did not come by our table once. We were not offered bread service and I had to flag down someone to ask for it. The food arrived cold and steaks were over cooked, same with the sliders, and again no one came by our table to refill drinks or ask how we were doing the entire time. My wife actually had to get up and go to the bar to ask for the check as it seemed the staff were deliberately ignoring us. Scott and Cindy in particular were responsible for the terrible service. Of note, the old white couple behind us seemed to have their full attention for some reason and were tended to often. They would go to their table, and when we tried to get their attention, we were ignored multiple times. We were dressed normally and were perfectly friendly the entire time so I can only assume the terrible service was due to our demographic. This is not befitting of an establishment of this caliber and I hope management would care enough to ensure their staff are trained to treat ALL customers well. We will not return and will tell all our colleagues to avoid as well.

Sides are a bit expensive, and as much as I love lobster 🦞 Mac, this one only had 2 to 3 pieces of lobster. Service was great but for this price I would take my money elsewhere. In from out of town, and wanted a good steakhouse. This was close to our hotel, and read reviews, so thought this would be great to celebrate my son's birthday. WRONG! First, I looked up dress attire, to ensure we were dressed appropriately, and our appearance was clean and neat after a day at the beach. Yet, our server and other servers looked disheveled. Like they just rolled out of bed, pulled their hair back, and slapped on all black attire. Why expect your guests to be neat, when your staff isn't? Then, figured okay, maybe it was extremely busy (it wasn't) but I'll give her that, because it was another excuse I tried to make for taking 20 minutes just to get our drink order (about 30 minutes total just to get in the food order). Got wedge salad which was really good, French onion soup (horrible... way too sweet, no balance with savory to sweetness and we sent it back), and shrimp cocktail (decent but sauce with horseradish was overbearing). Ordered ribeye medium (good thing as it was almost rare but I can handle that for a steak). Steak was flavorless, no seasoning whatsoever. Double Pork chop was decent, but the so-called apple chutney was awful. Never had chutney with an overwhelming amount of horseradish. When brought to waitresses attention, she claimed it was black pepper. It was not! Cleared up all of our noses! Lobster tail was over cooked, and rubbery, but thankfully the delicious black truffle butter i added on side for my steak made it all edible. Got sour cream mashed potatoes that were so bland my arm hurts from trying to add salt to potatoes, soup, and steak to one again.... at least make them edible. When asked to take mashed potatoes back, she said they are very basic, just potatoes and sour cream, no seasoning because people complained about being too salty. I'm sorry but in a restaurant like this, there's no reason why chefs can't taste their food and ensure proper seasoning. The scalloped potatoes were good, but French fries once again, needed salt/flavor. At this point I didn't even ask for those to be taken back. Just left them there fully uneaten just as they came out. The best part was the end. Deserts were all tasty. My entire party left so dissatisfied. Felt like the cost we paid for this food, would have been better spent at a Texas Roadhouse where their food actually has flavor. Granted, she removed the soup and potatoes from check, but I'd rather have been able to eat all that we ordered. Will NOT recommend or try this place again in the future. Too bad.

We celebrated my daughter’s graduation here. It was our first time. I actually didn’t know about it since it’s not very visible from the street. Everything was delightful. The food, service, ambiance. They even printed “happy graduation” on the menu. What a great! Will certainly come back.

Food: Great
Parking: plenty

Fancy restaurant. Food is flawless, loved every bite of it. Steak is delicious, salad & lobster as well. Pasta was little salty. Dessert is basic yet tasty. Would definitely recommend this place & visit again.

There’s plenty parking at the same place. & staff were professional & attainable.

We made reservations for New Year’s Eve, since most places were already booked and this location was close to us. Good thing there was a structure for parking since it was raining hard. Once we walked in, there were two to three people behind the desk and we let the hostess know we had reservations; we also inquired about a booth. She turned to the other lady and it seemed like she was asking her if there was anything available and who was working what tables. We stood there patiently as they talked amongst themselves as if they were getting us a booth. After a few minutes, we asked if a booth was available. She then said something along the lines of she was discussing several other things with her coworkers… Ummm, we thought she was trying to figure out a booth for us! Anyways, we decided to just be seated at a table.

We sat down and received an extensive drink menu book, a special drink menu, and the regular food menu. We started off with the warm bread and butter, which was delicious. We ordered the scallop with bacon appetizer and had to pay $9 more for an additional piece since it only included 3, and the number of our party was four. Some of the items we ordered included the onion soup, shrimp scampi, salmon with the garnish on the side, pork chops, and the ribeye. We also ordered three baked potatoes and asparagus, as the entrees did not come with any sides. The baked potatoes were delicious since they were huge and loaded. The shrimp in the scampi was cooked well and they were jumbo. I had the ribeye which was supposed to be cooked rare plus, but it was more on the medium side. I felt bad and didn’t want to waste the cut, but I should have sent it back to get a new one. I let the waitress know but she didn’t do anything about it. It was a weird back and forth with her (like she was applying the Jedi mind trick on me) about the way I wanted it cooked and I didn’t feel like waiting for a new steak. The pork chop could have used some sauce as it was on the dry side, though it was ordered well done. We also ordered drinks and they were mediocre, not the best martini I’ve had. It had cheese stuffed olives but they weren’t as flavorful as the ones I’m used to having.

For dessert, we had the bread pudding which came with a scoop of ice cream, the chocolate lava cake that also came with ice cream and three raspberries and an order of the ice cream which came with two scoops. The bread pudding was moist and layered. The lava cake was rich but didn’t have much of a lava flow. The ice cream was vanilla and chocolate and that was good.

The ambiance was nice for it being NYE and it was not overly crowded but the service was slow and not what we expected from a premier steakhouse. The prices for the entrees seemed a bit steep for the quality of cuts, but if you can get away with overcharging, you’re going to overcharge. All in all it was an okay experience, but not one we’d care to repeat in the future.

Have been here multiple times. We made a reservation through their website online, but on arrival the reservation did not register. We were told that other customers had complained about having problems with the website. Got seated quickly. We opted for their holiday special and my wife requested the Moscato wine. I requested Malbec which they were out of. Placed our order and it took 30 minutes at least to get our salad. The shallots that were advertised to be with the meat never arrived, we asked the waiter about it, he looked at us and never responded. The sides were as always delicious. My wife requested the bread pudding when we placed the order initially, when we were ready to get dessert they came back and said we ran out. Now that's only an hour and a half into their dinner service and they ran out. They offered us other desserts but two of the alternates would have taken at least 30 minutes to make. We know that this could be because maybe they were short-staffed, but we have never experienced this at Morton's before. Needless to say, our holiday dinner was dissapointing.

Come for the service, stay for the food. The best part of dining at Morton's is the attention you get from the wait staff. The food is certainly high-quality, but not cutting edge interesting. Media big-wigs and gift-card bearing hoi-polloi like myself are all given the four star treatment.

Booked this location for my mom's birthday since we've usually had a good experience (the desserts are fantastic!). Unfortunately this may be the last time I take my family here. We were seated immediately once we arrived at our reservation time and placed our orders. At the time, the restaurant was not busy and we received bread and appetizers in a timely fashion, but after this, the entire experience went down hill. One hour goes by and still no food, no update, no check in from the wait staff. The restaurant had gotten much busier. The frustration began to build up as parties that had arrived an hour after my family had ordered were receiving there food. It took 2 hours from when we placed our order to receive our food. Some of the sides and dishes were cold, but at that point, we just wanted to go home. In total, we spent almost 3 hours for what was supposed to be a joyous occasion that had turned into a disappointing experience. We spoke to the manager who did compensate us by removing some items (about 20%), but overall I was thoroughly disappointed.

Sadly, the only word to describe my dinner here was lackluster—the drinks, the food, but mostly, the service. I used to frequent the Morton’s in Columbus and it was lively, the drinks were top notch, and the service was outstanding.

There were many things wrong with the service the other night. But, just to give you a sense, once seated, it took 5 minutes before our server came to the table to bring our menus and take our drink order. I didn’t finish my 16 oz ribeye and asked to have it packed up. Normally, at a steakhouse, they remove your plate and bring back your leftovers in a bag. Here, they brought the box and I had to pack up my own steak. There were 6 other tables of patrons so it wasn’t exactly busy.

If I were the manager of this restaurant, I’d make a trip to Houston’s in Pasadena and take notes on what exceptional service means.

To be fair, the steak was decent, albeit it slightly chewy and overcooked. However, with plenty of outstanding steakhouses from which to choose, I shall not be returning to Morton’s.

Trendy steakhouse right near the studio. Beautiful indoor setting. It has a very modern steakhouse look to it.

Food quality was as expected for a steakhouse of this kind. However there was a fairly significant wait for our order. Not sure what the delay was.

Overall, nice, upscale steakhouse near the studio lot. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your order.

We came in really late. Like, closing. They still seated us and made every effort to accommodate what we asked. I had a Cajun ribeye steak and split a potato with my mother. My stepfather had the same, as well as a mixed drunk (x2) and a Ceasar Salad. I'm always celebrating and this is the place to do it. Friendly staff, great food and honestly, not a bad price for a premium cut of beef.

Went to Morton's for restaurant week. My bill after taxes and check was 207 US dollars. Green bean side dish with cold and perhaps one and a half ounces of green beans. The mashed potatoes were also the below temperature that they should be served. The steaks were good but they certainly did not look like they were 8 oz perhaps 6 oz at most. The desserts were lackluster and lame. I had their chocolate lava cake it was raw in the inside like eating dough. We ordered a french onion soup additional and it never came the way just laughed. It was a nervous laugh but it was still a laugh and it was unexcusable. My $14 glass of wine was good my boyfriend's $13 martini not good. They didn't even serve water promptly. They also did not give the restaurant week menu unless you asked. I will never go back there that meal was not worth $207 shame on you Morton s. Your food has gone way down hill

My boyfriend and I came out to Morton's in Burbank, Ca. to celebrate our anniversary tonight. We waited 25 minutes at our table and no one came to even take our drink order. We inquired about our server several times and yet no one came, even though people who arrived after us, were being served. We finally decided to get up and leave. When we mentioned our experience to the hostess and explained why we were leaving, all she said was "ok". Awful customer service and experience. I'm never coming back to this location.

I had called in advance and told them it was a special celebration dinner for 2. The manager was very helpful over the phone and said they would make the night special.

Once we arrived the manager welcomed us in and immediately escorted us to our table. The mood setting and location where we were sat down was so romantic. When we got to our table, the restaurant had gone above and beyond and made a special menu for the birthday celebration. The menu had my wife's name and her birthday on top of menu. I thought what a way to make someone feel really special than having a menu just for them.

I had the USDA prime rib eye which was out of the world. Perfectly cooked, medium rarer to perfection. My wife had the center cut which was amazing as well. For sides we ordered lobster Mac and cheese and asparagus. Before food was brought out, we were given a onion loaf of bread that was light and fluffy.

Furthermore, if you happen to arrive earlier or with no reservations. The restaurant has a adorable garden area to take nice photos.

We had a great experience celebrating a special occasion. Will give them thumbs up.

We were very disappointed with this location. When we were seated in a booth the "leather" seating was cracked and broken open. Also, the floor was clearly not vacuumed and had debris on it. The whole restaurant had a very old and unmaintained feel to it. When I go to a high end steakhouse I expect the restaurant to be well kept and not look old and dingy. The food was ok, nothing spectacular at all. My husband and I ordered the same filet and his was a very disappointing cut and did not have the flavor mine had. The whole time we were there there was only 2 other tables and now I know why.
