Great pizza. Always love there pizza,but they need a manager because to show them customer service. Every pizza place I have ever been to at least acknowledge customer when they arrive..even when there taking an order on the phone. I understand it gets busy but just acknowledging that " oh IL be right with you" would of been nice , instead of completely ignoring when I arrived to pick up my pizza. I'm sorry but other than that pizzas great. Thank you. Also my condolences to the owner family.

Called order in, waited a good while till someone answered. Was a pleasant wait with the on hold sounds and constant update asking me to wait. Person answering the phone was polite and pleasant to talk to and seemed very competent. The food was ready on time for pickup. The inside of the store was dirty and very unpleasant to the eye which did not bode well for the anticipation of the food. As shown in posted picture the food looked extremely appetizing. The pizza was fabulous, the wings were dry and unapppitizing. Wish I could have rated higher.

First off, someone answered the phone immediately in comparison to other local restaurants. Communication was clear, polite, and professional. My order was ready and correct. And it was very tasty! I ordered the Hawaiian and I like the sauce they used and the crust was nice. I will definitely order from Jesse's again.

So I ordered a couple of pizzas for pickup and will admit I was about 30 minutes late to get it. Anyway, when I got there, they explained that someone else with the same first name picked up my order, but they were in the process of making me new ones. All I can say is that was hands down the best pizza ever!!! Is it wrong for me to say you can mess my order up anytime? Great staff, awesome service, and fantastic food!

We stopped coming here early 2023. All the other employees here were nice. The women who worked here--nice. Most of the men--nice. But one man acted very strangely here. He kept commenting on the way my father and I were dressed, as though we were over-dressing. I was only wearing a twenty-dollar jacket! Honestly, the big dude with the beard came across as being insecure and just...strange. I believe he was jealous and suffers from severe self-esteem issues and psychological problems. I havent returned in 9 months. Now I hear people have found hair in their pizza. Sounds exactly like something this dude would deliberately do, the strange vibe he exuded to my father and myself. The chicken wings tasted old, dry, and had an odd smell. They went straight to the trash. The pizza was ok but if that is their idea of double cheese then I guess normal cheese is close to nothing. Customer service was mediocre at best. Its what you can expect in California City.

Over 3 years ive only had 1 or 2 issues and it wasnt anything to complain about. Pizza and wings have always been hot and on time except my few bad experiences. We ve been ordering from this pizza place for many years. It s usually pretty good. It has better prices than the other guys. We usually get the pick 3 mix and match which use to be 22.99 but it s gone up about $5 bucks in recent months. I also enjoy Jesse s Pizza for lunch on Fridays, where they bring their lunch truck to the prison in Tehachapi. Vegetarian options: Salads, anti pasta, veggie pizza toppings Parking: Parking is snug. Location is not a dine in restaurant. Take out or delivery only.

Placed 1st order tonight. Lasagna dinner comes with garlic bread and a salad. I did not get salad and if they call a dry 1/2 of a deli roll with no butter or spice garlic bread- no thanks. Wait time was 1-1.5 hrs. Pizza was ok. Lasagna 2 out of 3 stars. I will go elsewhere next time.

Store was DIRTY, Flys in the business landing on pizza dough. Had 5 workers and 3 were doing prep (making dough, cleaning g lettuce and cutting up tomatoes. Prep should be done before the business is open. No organization.

First off, I am a fan of Jesse s Pizza. However my last experience was less then satisfactory. After ordering for delivery I wanted to pay with my card. They explained that they will be able to swipe my card when they arrived with my order. When it was time to pay, the card reader wasn t working. The delivery driver took my card and called jesses themselves to take the card information over the phone. So now the delivery driver is yelling out my card information really loud for all my neighbors to hear. What s the difference from me doing it myself after placing my order over the phone. I have not order from them since. Good food but bad service. I suggest pick up.

When i first moved to cal city a year ago this was the first pizza place i tried n it was horrible. BUT decided to give them another chance becuz i heard they stepped their game up n ive been ordering from ONLY them for the past couple months. Pizza is really good now. N the wings n pasta n salad are also really good! The only pizza joint im ordering from out here til i move again. Good stuff!! Only reason im giving 3 stars is becuz the long delivery time..but its worth the wait tho !!

So Honestly my review used to be a 5 star glowing review but now I am dropping it down to 1. They charged us 3 times for the same order and said it was cause of their new system. When my husband went in to dispute it the manager accused him of trying to scam them which is so unwarranted and rude. We have spent so much money here because we had genuinely loved their food but now we are done going here..really fed up with the rude customer service.

The employees taking the orders & the delivery drivers are great & wonderful! Theyve always been so very very pleasant. Because of them weve returned time after time after time in spite of getting extra black olives instead of none on our salads, in spite of thick crust, extra cheese & no pineapple instead of thin crust, pineapple & easy, easy cheese. Repeatedly our order is missing at least 1item or there is a clear error. If it can be eaten weve been willing to do just that rather than cause an employee any embarrasment. However, this evening the manager made sure Jesses parted ways with 3 very loyal customers. It was far more important that she make the customer feel they were mistaken, not her. Conversation aside ... In this pandemic am I to believe she >> actually tasted food that had been delivered then picked up & returned << to prove a customper wrong? We love their food but not enough to be treated with such disrespect.

The woman who took my order over the phone if I can recall her name was Kendra was fantastic and informative she was very patient with me and informative as it was my first time eating.. she was very respectful and courteous. The place was clean when I went to go pick up my pizza, the pizza was fantastic the employees were nice Id have to rate five Stars one of the best places in California Ive been to yet. I highly recommend going and eating there. They dont have just pizza but salad pastas wings sodas desserts and the brownies are amazing. Pizza night is finally back in action and its much better than McDonalds lol. However if I had to find something bad to say they didnt have stuff crust pizza they really need to look into that

I want to give this place a good review. I have had their pizza in the past and loved it. Its good food. HOWEVER, supposedly they deliver to Mojave. I have called 3 times and been told no. First time it was too late, second time it was too early. I call tonight and they dont have the right driver???? Seriously? I had never tried their pizza and was I always wondered about it. I called on the 4th of July and ordered a thick crust vegetarian pizza with garlic bread. They came in 30 min time and it was actually really good pizza..really good!! Really good garlic bread too. We will be going back there. Prices were great too. Thank you!!
