I’ve never had an issue with this place, but I ordered a number 8 like the usual and asked for no ham and when I got my sandwich I saw that it had ham in it and told the worker there that on my order I had asked for no ham and she was very nice about it and told me that apparently cooperate doesn’t allow substitutions for ingredients anymore, which I wasn’t made aware until today. I told her that it was never an issue before until today, but she told me that she was sorry, but that it would’ve have to been a number 7 if I wanted no ham. If I would’ve known that they weren’t allowed to substitute then I would’ve ordered a number 7 and not an 8 but I didn’t know because nowhere in their app does it say you’re not allowed to. They didn’t even offer to replace the sandwich or give me a refund.

Great sub here, and extremely friendly employees. The store is super clean as well. Definitely a great place to grab a bite. Expect to pay 10$-15$ per person. 5$ for a kids meal sub, drink, and cookie.

Really yummy subs! Super fresh and tasty, and very friendly service. I got the club on rosemary and parmesan bread. I got it “mike’s way” and added jalapenos and pickles, and mustard and salt and pepper. Soooooo good! I’ll definitely be back 🙌

Every Jersey Mike's I've ever been to is superb. This one is no different. Best cold subs, not just of any chain but best I've ever had. Definitely get it "Mike's Way". Hot subs are also outstanding. There's a reason this chain is the fastest growing fast food place in America. Excellence. Love the place.

We eat here (ridiculously) often and the staff have never failed to put us in a better mood.
Courteous, quick, polite, and always wearing a smile. We're always impressed -but today they raised the bar. We placed a phone order late morning, picked it up. When we got around to eating it, however, we discovered the sandwich, while tasty (of course) was not the sandwich we ordered. The issue was rectified to the satisfaction of all parties, literally within 5 minutes. We didn't even keep our receipt, and still there was no hassle.100% awesome customer service!!

Jersey Jersey Mike's fanatic even if the service was horrible I would still go back for Subs. However the girl who almost always is behind the slicer Direct s her colleagues with a leadership style that shows great maturity and incredible attention to detail. Even while preparing more than a dozen sandwiches at a time she still catches small nuances that almost nobody else would notice. If I had to guess I would suspect that she enjoys being the Keystone of quality at this particular location. For that reason alone this has become my go-to Work Week lunch spot.

The people that work here are amazing. I am a disabled person, and one night come from a client's house my blood sugar dropped so low I thought I was going to pass out .
I pulled over and went into the store hoping to get something to eat for when I arrive home. Alas as I was ordering I was drifting in thought, and from what I was told by the young employee s I had been standing there for sometime while they called me, yet I heard no voices. They were closing but insisted that I sit down, they gave me cookie to nibble on and some fresh juice, to raise my levels.
Omg🤦🏾‍♀️...
I was embarrassed, but so over whelmed with love for these young teenagers compassion and support that I just relaxed til I came too normal functions.
They watched over me while they cleaned up, and kept asking me if things were going okay.
I say who ever was in the position to hire these three, two girls and boy-
They made a excellent pick.
The food is always good here. Bit it makes it so much. Better when you know good hearted people are handling your needs for sustainance 🥰

Although I don't eat sandwiches anymore I can say that this place serves great sandwiches. the restaurant is very clean there's plenty of places to sit and the staff is always happy to see me. The parking lot is ample and I never have a problem finding parking spot. I would recommend anybody to come here if they ever feel like having a great sandwich for either lunch or dinner

Where's the meat? Definitely skimping on the meat and the cheese is cut so thin you can see through it.

Beautiful new location, much larger than their last place. Very clean. Lots of seating. Three big screen TV's to watch sports. And delicious subs. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had lunch with a friend who not only told me how good the sandwiches were but was in disbelief that I'd never had one of Jersey Mike's sandwiches. She was right. The turkey club(?) was outstanding; ingredients were very fresh, with a great condiment combination. I took a turkey club to go, for my fiancé', and he said it was the best sandwich he's ever had. He literally wants a Jersey Mike's sandwich, everyday.
No other sandwich shops come close to making/selling sandwiches, available at Jersey Mike's; not even Subway when, back in the day they made a good sandwich.
The staff was very pleasant, and friendly.
