Recently shopped at this target around Christmas time. They are located near my hometown/parents place of residence. Purchased a gift card that had been opened and resealed (faulty) This was now the 2nd incident (previously occurred with my mom in the past at this location). Not sure if they are lacking in their security department but this location seems to have security cracks with people tampering with their gift cards.

Also they do not pick up the phone when I tried to get in touch with their customer service. Tried for several days as I live further away from my parents and am not able to visit in person. Do not recommend buying gift cards here

Unsafe parking lot. On a few occasions I noticed tweeker homeless individuals lurking in parking lot. Most recently on 7/8 at approximately 7:00pm white, male, 5' 8, short buzzed hair, early 30's seen scouting patrons in parking lot. Apparently he was trying to snatch purses or items. I alerted a woman sitting in her car with windows rolled down! He entered Target via side drive -up delivery door. Observed him scurring down main aisle ready to snatch up whatever he could. Had his head on a swivel. Proceeded to snatch up prepackaged food by Starbucks and quickly exited. Be careful of purses and belongings in carts. I immediately alerted security. Looks like he's done this before. He was very smooth.

Recently shopped at this target around Christmas time. They are located near my hometown/parents place of residence. Had to update this review. It has gone down hill, employees are rude, make comments about customers complaining about their orders and service. Had an employee say about 8 feet away from our vehicle "only one stupid item?!" As we made an additional order for pick up in addition to a big pick up order. The cashiers are very rude, had one talking to another employee as we walked up to ring up our items, she continued to talk to her coworker laughing and being loud, until the coworker looked in our direction. She turned looked at us, sighed smacked her lips and began scanning our items. My wife asked how are you as we have manners, she just looked up and hummed "mmmm hmmm" in a sassy manner. The parking lot is filled with litter and mentally ill people living out of the cars. The store allows soliciting in front of the stores that do a pretty good job at harassing you walking in and out of the store. When you advise the employees about the people who are harassing you at the entrance and exit, they say management gave them permission. Bathrooms are always in disarray and really dirty. Security at the location just stand there and play on their phones at the exit, literally walked up to a female security officer, and was startled when I greeted her to ask a question, completely unaware of her surroundings. Currently my wife will avoid going by herself to this target due to safety concerns and has on occasion drove into parking lot, observed several homeless walking in parking lot and people being harassed going into the store that she just kept driving and went home. This target is really a poor representation of what people think a target should be.

I frequent this location and went in to buy some items from the ulta inside. It has a decent selection for being how small it is. I decided not to buy because the employee was rude. I used to enjoy shopping at this target. I found it really convenient to grab items and pay at the self-checkout. But lately they have closed half the machines and there is some weirdo employee just standing there staring you down and then looking over your shoulder checking to see if you've scanned every item. There are already cameras in the machine and in the store that monitor whether anything is being stolen. This is way too intrusive. Until this changes, I'm going to Walmart down the street.

My visit today,9/12 was a new all time low for Target! Stood in lines with 17 other people waiting to get thru the check out lines. Only 2 checkers, ( one appeared to be a new employee).
Waited in line for 25 minutes to check out on a Tuesday morning at 9:30.
My checker asked me to complain to mgmt about lack of staffing because mgmt does not listen to the employees!
Sad that Target does not realize it's September, the beginning of the holiday season. They need to staff properly for the holidays now or they will fail by December!!! Pathetic shopping experience !

What used to be my favorite Target, is no longer ! I don't know what happened to this location.. if you are going in for a small amount of items, be prepared to wait in line . They never seem to have enough people to work the registers . I asked why the self checkout was closed and was told by an employee that they will only be available for an hour in the early evening hours .🙄.

So yesterday was my birthday and I went here to buy some snacks. When i went to pay there was a target worker with short hair who was watching the self checkout. She immediately saw me coming to the self check out, saw my tattoos, got scared and said that I wasn’t able to go into the self checkout, because I had too much items. I did see the sign that stated, “10 items or less” however, I only had 6. After I told her no I only have 6 items, I’m staying in self checkout. She kept looking at my tattoos and backing away from me like as if she was scared... Im not scary… I'm 4’11, with 3 large tattoos (1 on right arm, 2 on left arm), and I had work out clothes on with a huge smile on my face until I heard what she had to tell me. My boyfriend was with me and was urging me just to leave, and how I didn't need someone like her ruining my day. But, I needed the snacks for my birthday and we were in a hurry. Also, he’s not scary either. He has on tattoo on his upper arm that wasn't even showing, and was dressed in basically his PJs. When I was scanning my items she was hovering over us, asking us if we scanned things that were in our bag. Once I had enough, I told her to get off my back and left without taking my snacks. I was upset that I couldn’t get my snacks in time for my movie, and she put a damper on my birthday. I felt so uncomfortable and kind of discriminated. this Target is the worst that I’ve ever been to. The worst customer service, especially on the self checkout.

Terrible service! I want to buy a 3 in 1 baby stroller and ask for help. I asked the sales lady how to use it and she told me she doesn't know as she does not have a baby, and there is menu inside the box. I asked if she can ask someone who can help, her response is “are you buying it?“ I told her yes, I have been waiting for 10 minutes, but she has not send anyone to help! I finally left and bought what I need in Nordstrom!

They have everything you need. I love their casual clothes that are great for parties or going out with. For those who are into makeup, they have a great selection from what Ive heard. There is also one of those mini Ulta's in here, so it's basically a one stop shop. The electronic section is probably the most difficult part of the store to navigate as accessories are so small and hard to find. If you shop at target ever use the App and your phone number for rewards. You can always get at least a few cents off each purchase plus that's how you get those free gift card promos.

Overall it had been quite awhile since I shopped at this specific store. That was in my college days since I went to Mt. SAC at the time. I happen to be near there and wanted to see what new and current items were there and I was not disappointed. The staff was some what helpful but I factor in it was early and some people (myself included) are not morning people. But still store experience and experience with the employees were good. 10 out of 10 would recommend this store for its staff and cleansingness.

I used to love Target. But now shopping at Target can be a real time consuming chore. It's fine if you like paying full price. But when you're trying to take advantage of some of their promotions and deals, it's frustrating because it feels like they designed them to make it difficult on purpose. You need the app. You have to save the promotion in the app or it won't apply to your purchase. Then you need to scan the barcode from the app at payment or it won't apply. Promotions usually involve having to buy certain amount of things or hit a set dollar threshold to qualify for promotion. Then they give you a gift card that you can only use on future purchases instead of giving you a discount on the spot or letting you apply it to the purchase your making that day. Many times, sale items are out of stock, or there's only one at the store but you need to buy four for the promotion. And if you order online and fulfillment is split, where you pick up one and they ship the other three, sometimes you don't qualify for the promotion deal anymore. It's like a frustrating treasure hunt. And a shady business practice.

What's also shady is their "Bag Fee". My local Target store consistently overcharges bag fees on Pick-up and Drive-up orders. When I decline bags, they forget to remove the charges. Or if my order used only one bag I still get charged $1, when bags are supposed to be $.10 each. Give us a chance to decline bags upfront, instead of at pickup which forces associates to dump our orders out of the bags!!! I get that $1 in the grand scheme of things is not a lot. But if this is occurring to other shoppers across all Targets, it adds up. This false bag fee charges can be significant.

If my local Target wasn't so close to my home, I would probably shop there a lot less.

This Target is Bomb dot Com. Okay, so if you already like Target then you really will spend more money and time in this location than you already do now at any normal Target run. It just has a lot more variety than my local Target ex, Moreno Valley, Riverside, Corona, Lake Elsinore. They have a greater selection in Toys, Clothing:infants,kids,and womans. For instance they have a whole section dedicated to kids disney dress-up clothing down to the shoes. I'm talking about the stuff you have to order from Target Online. Same goes for bedding I found sheets that I was going to order online but saw them on my way to the front. Only negative for me is the Starbuck Baristas that work in all the target locations all have ugly attitudes. Get your coffee fix at the Starbucks in the same plaza with a drive thru. Guy here when I was asking about a drink that I wasnt sure about said lady I dont know what you're talking about, what do you want, do you want xyz drink with xyz or what .... I dont think he could hear through the pixie glass and my mask and he was probably tired and ready to go home so I cant even be mad at him. I just took it as a sign to skip the latenight coffee. I dont think the Starbucks Baristas get treated right when its a subconbtracted location with Target because they all seem miserable precovid, during, and post covid .

Where Credit is owed were credit is due ! Best customer service I have received, UPS did not deliver my package, even thou they marked deliver in their site, call customer service they directed me to the store which they where wrong to do because online orders get handled online only or by phone, not knowing this I want to the store the tried their best to help me they couldn’t but because my time in trip they rewarded us a $25 gift card and I ended up canceling my order online and saving $25 more from the sale price.
(Apple AirPods Pro $249 reg sale $199 my price $174 plus tax) I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was great and I appreciate the considerations he had. Thanks Target team members continue with the great customer service which in these time we need a lot more.

I am a 24 year old Mexican woman and I was racially profiled at this location. One employee made a fuss about me buying a pricier item and another employee followed me around the store in suspicion that I was stealing. I love using mobile ordering and drive up pick up. They have special parking spots for drive up orders. The associate was at my car within one minute of parking. The associate was super friendly and polite.

What I love most about online shopping is that I can find what I need, add it to my cart and select in store pick up or drive up pick up. Both help with the hassle of lines and impulse purchases.

Shopped here this morning to treat myself and use my Target gift card. Jessica and Rose in the makeup department went out of their busy day to take the time to help me find all of my beauty needs. I greatly appreciate their effort!! Will continue to shop here!
