I was in a pinch, needed to print a lot of pages and have the boarders cut

Thankfully they close at 6, and they helped me so fast and even caught a formatting error I had in the paper size and rezised it very quickly

Victor helped me ship a large 60lb package that FedEx staff mistakenly wouldn’t accept for the day. I was their last customer for the day at PostNet even. The FedEx ground package was able to be picked up at PostNet and shipped off the next business day. Thank you staff at PostNet, your willingness to help and solve issues makes a huge difference.

For years now, PostNet Printing is my "go to" company for all of my printing needs! They print physical flyers and other promotional materials for my concert events as well as the materials needed to have successful shows. As a professional musician, it's always necessary to have sheet music printed to the highest quality on the best paper at the best size and cut to fit each music stand. One cannot ask for better service and quality of work than what Andrew Chou and his staff provides. Magnificent service, quality and support has come to be expected from PostNet. I honestly haven't written a review in years, but I can't stop thinking about the amazing service I received from this place.
I needed a print job done asap for my grandmother's funeral program. First of all, I had called a few places to compare prices and their prices were the best! I went to the store to compare different paper options and unfortunately they didn't have enough of what I was looking for, but the man helping me gave me other alternatives and said, "don't worry, we're going to figure this out!" That gave me so much peace of mind, especially for being in a tight time crunch.
After working on a sample he told me to come back at the end of the day to pick them up. I came back right before closing to find three employees working on my grandmother's program. I hate to be that annoying customer who keeps people from going home on time, but they were in no rush and they came out beautiful. The man even showed me the final product as they were finishing them up and complimented the finished product. I honestly had such a great experience, especially for a very unfortunate situation. I really appreciate this place and I will be a returning customer for future services as well.

Eli helped me package my scornful piece and my limited edition pack of 1st edition pokemon cards. Although I would recommend a cool dark souls poster complement the interior color. Eli's shirt was easily the highlight of the visit, it was cool.

This PostNet location is awesome. Every time I go, the people working there are super helpful and today was no exception. I had walked about a couple miles from my home only to find it closed due to temporary problems with their system. I was about to walk away when this nice gentleman walked up and asked what I needed and I said I just needed a couple papers printed out. He then said let me see if I can do it, I was just stopping by to see if I can fix the system that has been down today. So luckily he was able to print out those couple of pieces of paper for me which I really appreciated and maybe it doesn’t sound like a big deal but what really stood out is the gesture of how someone would go out of their way for me. He didn’t have to stop me to see if he might be able to help me but he did. THANK YOU!

I ordered 20 sheets of 24x36.
The print quality was awful. I think the ink ran out, and the worker didn't change the ink cartridge. I will never order prints from them again.

I dropped off a package to be sent out UPS and this business never gave it to the right carrier. Instead it got lost and I'm still to get a call back from the owner and have been given the runaround for 3 days and package finally got tracked 8 days later. Horrible customer service.
1-4-19. 2:40pm
I dropped off a second package to be sent through UPS and the same thing happened again. I called and smart mouth kid answers the phone and gives me ridiculous smart mouth answers and refuses to let me speak to the person in charge or owner.
My package is lost again and I want a call back from the owner
1-4-19. 3:10pm
So I walk into PostNet in person to complain about the kid who is rude to me on the phone. I spoke to another person there while the smart mouth kid butted in into the conversation and continued to be rude and disrespectful to me in person.

I went in there looking for a blank post card but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for and it would have been a lot easier to send me around the corner to the CVS store but "Enoch" (one over their employees) went way out of his way and printed me a blank postcard , put my name and address on it and also put the name and address of the recipient.
This was extremely important to me since it was for a job application ...it looked professionally done.
I'll be doing a lot more business there at PostNet from now on
