My recent visit to the Starbucks establishment in Dixon, CA left me profoundly disappointed. As I entered the premises to order a simple cup of coffee, I encountered a complete lack of customer service. The staff exuded an attitude that suggested they were disinterested in their work.

Standing by the counter, I patiently awaited my drink. However, to my surprise, I glanced up from my phone to find my untouched beverage sitting there. While I understand that it wasn’t a busy time, I expected better attention to detail. A well-trained barista would have promptly informed me when my drink was ready.

This establishment urgently requires an overhaul of its customer interaction training. As a loyal Starbucks patron, I sincerely hope they address these deficiencies and elevate the overall experience for their clientele.

Since the pandemic Starbucks has changed their services and no longer provide a counter with coffee amendments like cream, milk, non-dairy creamer, cocoa powder, etc. Stupid! How does the barrista know how much cream I want in my coffee? And Starbucks prices are higher than any of my local, independently owned coffee shops. I am done with Starbucks unless I am traveling on an Interstate highway and need a quick dose of caffeine.

So the guy that took our order was super nice but the girl making the drinks in the lobby was horrible. She made our drinks and we asked for new ones because our caramel fraps had zero flavor and color i felt like it was just milk and caramel. And she was doing the remakes with very bad attitude slamming everything she had horrible attitude. The remakes looked the same as the first ones but we didnt see a point in asking for new ones!

Nice place right across from the Nut Tree center. Great, friendly service. The area offers up a couple of diverse food choices. The parking lot is a little tight to navigate but also reasonable freeway access for a quick stop.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at a Starbuk's. I've been a loyal customer for the very least 15 years. I ALWAYZ have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER SAME DRINK. The woman that took my order saying "we don't make those kind of drinks(Expresso frap with 2% milk, had to b nonfat) fine then go to window to pay & she says she can't take cash & I give my card & during hand off she spills half the drink & I'm livid at this point but still ask for napkins/wet Wipes anything to use to clean spilled drink on me, my purse & she says we don't have enytin to help you & waves us off!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!! THAT EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO B RETRAINED ON HOW TO B RESPECTFUL TO A CUSTOMER. I just spent something between $45 & $50 & the experience should've been a whole lot better.

I’ve been trying to give N.1st the benefit of the doubt because they use to be my favorite Starbucks in Dixon. That has sadly changed. The last 3 times I’ve gotten a brown sugar shaken espresso it has tasted horrible. This time (3rd time) was the last chance I was giving them they forgot the oat milk all together and it tasted like straight watered down espresso. 😔 each time I’ve had someone else pick it up so I didn’t know until it got to me and so disappointed every time. From now on I’ll be going to the one across town from me.

Coffee was great but that breakfast burrito wrap has undercooked potatoes inside and mine was cold inside the entire thing. The drive through felt like jurassic park. It was beautiful at one time but now it's overgrown and unkept.

My wife walked in ordered 2 drinks the no break cashier did not know ask about the 2nd drink and my wife received a cold drink instead of a hot drink both should have been a hot drink. She waited in the lobby for about 5 to 10 minutes for the drinks And then I prefer to walk inside myself find out what was taken so long There was A-line in the drive-through So I don't know who gets to get their drinks 1st. Overall I'm satisfied with my visit today and hopefully my next visit will be better.

Worst Starbucks bathrooms ever. Dirty, no TP, notified staff, didn’t seem to care. Dirty inside, full trash cans. Had to ask for cardboard around cups so not to burn hand. No Christmas cookie available but still displayed in counter. And they wanted a tip. Wow, like, no.

They do a lot of drive thru, but I would like to be able to hang out inside/outside. But although it's an attractive location, I can't stand how filthy it is. Whatever happened to all the "COVID" standards of cleanliness? The outdoor cushions are disgusting, why have them if you don't clean them? The tables are always dirty. Today I saw a stool with some kind of food smashed into one of the legs. I guess no one else cares about this stuff anymore, but I do.
The staff is always pleasant and efficient.

Love the spacious outdoor area that spans two sides of the store: either sun on shade is always there. The indoor area is very spacious also. The staff was super attentive and made our long distance trip to Dixon so much more pleasant.

Loved this location! Worth driving out of my way to pass other locations to come here. I order a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and not all locations make it correctly. Customer service is phenomenal as well.

I can confidently say this place is great. The store manager, Danielle, has been in charge since it first opened a few years ago. She's smart, she's hard working, and she's a strong leader and her store reflects that.
Her team is great. Everyone there is just incredibly nice and good at their jobs. This is the better Starbucks in Dixon, in my opinion.

Rude staff. Unacceptable service. I ordered a latte' and waited 20-25 minutes with no coffee in sight. They had 4 people working and only 1 associate making coffee. Seemed they did not care about the in-store guests and were only focused on drive through customers. Customers/orders in drive through that came after my order was placed were served before me.

The manager, a blonde curly hair lady wouldn't care if they had guests waiting to order and was going in and out of their stock room with headphones on. Guess, whatever that was; was more important than taking care of the guests.

I finally couldn't wait any longer and asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. Same manager refunded my order and was extremely disrespectful and utterly rude. She just handed me a receipt and did not say a word ... no thank you no apologies, just stared at me hatefully.

I have been a Starbuck's member for life and have been to a multitude of locations across United States and of course experiences were not always stellar; however, I have never been treated how the manager at this location treated me.

This Starbucks is pretty good. I don’t ever buy for me because I don’t like the company in general and what they stand for. But the employees are pretty 😎 cool. The other stores in Dixon can just catch fire and I wouldn’t miss them.

During my trip to back home I went there and ordered a drink to use bathroom (I didn’t want to stay) and after 25 minutes still they didn’t let me use bathroom because they cleaned it. I appreciate clean environment but maybe there could be other cleaning ways (or dry it with disposable towels) so people won’t have to wait this long. They offer me to use other restaurants bathrooms :(
