Heavily stocked!

This location was very well-stocked and had a large selection. There were certain items that I was looking for but didn’t find which is understandable because their stock is random. The place was kind of messy but that might’ve been because it was crowded at the time. Prices match their other locations, but the checkout line seemed to be moving relatively slowly.

It’s connected to the Homegoods next door which makes it very convenient if you want to check out both. It’s located in a large shopping plaza so parking is very easy.

Today is the last time I'm going to this location. This location COMBINES the checkout line for both TJ Maxx and Home Goods, so the line is always long no matter when you go, even at 10am after they open in the morning. Today I waited 15 min. in line to check out. Never going here again.

Please improve customer service, I was there waiting for a salesperson to help me remove a bag and a person who worked there told me that no one could help me because the floor saleswoman was on break.
Please, hire more staff, there are long lines. Respect the time!

I enjoy coming to this store. There are many fascinating new things to look at. However, the bathroom for women is filthy and unpleasant. It smells extremely terrible. It smells like urine, as if no one has cleaned it properly. Please have the restroom cleaned on a regular basis. It should not smell so awful.

Es una de mis tiendas favoritas, pero está vez salí disgustada😡 porque nunca había estado haciendo línea 30 minutos había como 50 clientes haciendo línea, solo fui porque tuve cita al Dr. Y cuando tengo una de mis tiendas favoritas de paso voy con cualquier pretexto y nunca salgo con las manos vacías, está fue la primera vez hice línea 30 minutos y no había ni llegado a la mitad. Tenía que perder 45 MTS. Mas por algo que no necesitaba. Me sali sin comprar No entiendo porque teniendo muchas cajas para pagar solo tenían 2 abiertas.. eso nunca había sucedido.. es Frustrante que perdamos nuestro tiempo haciendo línea en tiendas que vamos a dejar nuestro dinero.
Lo pensaré mucho si voy a volver a estas tiendas si sigue así..

2:30 pm on a Friday. There's about 100 customers in line. There are 4 cashiers at the 12 registers. There are several staff members wandering the nearly empty floor. I can't even blame there being too few employees. Management here is apparently completely useless.

The bathrooms smell really bad and the floor is super dirty I can tell. I don't know how employees survive there to go to the bathroom there if they need to go.I see a woman on youtube clean a bathroom in Mcdonald's really good and she's not even getting paid. They need to do more than just mop the floor there. The car dealer bathroom's are more clean than this and they have a special thing to make it smell decent at least. .Papers are left lying all over the place in the bathroom and it looks like people did number 1 on the floor. TJ Maxx you are gaining lots of money from us and lots of customers and should use it for these kind of problems . Install more toilets and renew the bathrooms. Plus I don't really find too much stuff at this tjmaxx anymore.

Hello hello …again shout out to an outstanding group of three awesome people here at this location! Stopped by to return some items and was assisted by Daniel, seeing my physical limitations he quickly assisted me with the returning the items and forwarding funds back to my bank account with 1,2,3…You’re all set! Thank you so much Daniel for your understanding and compassion and kindness to help out your customers and making things much easier for me…This wasn’t my only time I’d see Daniel🌻🫶I’m getting things ready for my back surgery and needed a few items like great P.J’s and so on a cozy pillow to keep me warm during my hospital stays and goodnesses found everything down to the lucky stone I found in their jewelry dept. Mom and her best friend assisting me were ready to go…I took my time enjoy the jewelry pieces and there I met Erika who assisted me with buying my momma a beautiful ring and the one I truly loved for myself…Erika was extremely patient and helpful during my picking and trying on of certain pieces…finally decided for the right ones and momma had the opportunity to try her ring which fitted just right, Erika was helpful and attentive to my needs there …I asked for credit approval to get an additional discount opening the account. I saw her smile 😊 get bigger when I said yes let’s do this! Their system had a few cliches and Erika need help in the dept. Mariela was called over to help with imputing my data to get pre-approved! I was waiting patiently poor Mariela tried and tried until finally the system was up and running and was able to key in everything by hand scanner wasn’t working…Her professionalism was extremely noticeable and appreciated during the long waiting period. I was a bit worried that mom had already paid for my other items and I was still in jewelry dept. Finishing getting approved. Mariela assured me not to worry they could return all the items again back to the card that made purchase and then ring it up to the new one that I just opened and applied all the discounts on total items not just jewelry…who doesn’t like savings! That’s where Daniel returns to this story , greeting me super friendly since we had met earlier and he handle everything super professional and extremely helpful and caring was outstanding in making sure …I’d left their store super happy and also asking me what was wrong…wished me the best of luck and prompt recovery from upcoming surgery and “That’s why I love doing what I do best…being kind and appreciative to those who go the extra mile to help me and make my experience worthwhile and leave with a feeling of grateful gratitude! Yes this matters and believe me it matters a lot, thanks to these 3 musketeers who worked extremely well teamwork was amazing and their compassion for others should be phrased…why? Because life now a days isn’t the same…when you get a smile and great service you have to acknowledge it! Even people who we think we truly know, surprise us with not having any compassion…Wow if I get it from a stranger someone who doesn’t know me…but yet can somehow just say something kind and caring…That my loves is definitely something to cherish and to leave…with a smile from ear to ear🌻Thanks Again Daniel, Mariela & Erika 🌻💯I will be returning…Elena AKA “Nena”🫶💯❤️

Im giving two stars because me and my daughter were at the registered checking out. So this young lady name Griselda was behind the cashier not far from us i heard her gossiping about other coworkers I was a supervisor at tjmaxx different location i can’t believe they have people like her in charge in the front and the supervisors not paying attention what she says. Especially not doing anything about it either . I believed they’re all favorites from the supervisors they seem not worry about it . This is why I always see new people working here all the time and the same bad people like Griselda working here for years . I shop here all the time with my daughter and family members every time I come across her she seem really off with the cashiers I seen few coworkers not comfortable around her and seen their faces when ever she speaks to them .

I have visited this particular location several times, and this is the report:

The good: Selection is ample, and variety is wide. You just have to be patient and look around a few times. This store has way better selection than Burlinton's across the street. You can actually try the clothes on!.

The bad: As it is expected, the store is a mess which makes your searching a bit of a challenge. Employees are not friendly and it is very noticeable they don't want to be there.

The ugly: Waiting time in line is horrible due to no management directing the cashiers. Most of the cashiers are young and do not have any experience, plus their attitude does not help at all.

Summary:

If you are willing to bypass the bad attitude, the unfriendly staff, the store mess, and can put up with long lines with no apparent reason, then this is the store for you. Prices are decent and you will definitely find something.

Three star rating is due to staff and lack of management supervision.

love the store but this location didnt have much decor for Valentines and very low stock in kids clothes next door at tjmax was a lil messy the aisles are too small for people like myself in a wheelchair the store as big as it is DOES NOT OFFER ASSITED ♿️ CARTS SO NO THEY DO NOT CATER TO THE DISABLED SHOPPER 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ also the people who shop here are really rude i been here 3xs and the locals have no manners or respect for ppl in wheelchairs ..

I Went into the store not to purchase anything from TJ Maxx but they are linked with home goods so I walked into one store and ended up leaving from the other. Homegoods has so many great items. Anything you can think of at super great prices. It's dangerous for me to walk into one of these places. I always end up walking out with at least a $100 worth of products, that's how good this place is...lol I'm not complaining..
