I came to this location because I was in the area and found these really nice balloons for $1.50/ea. I thought these were awesome. I will look for them at my local store but if they don't have any I will drive to the Downey location to get them.

I went in thete for a few things I take the bus one checker a lady had a lit of items well I work in a store as a retail worker Im.friendly but this checker was talking to the person with all the items taking her time checking never called for anyone else bur im.sorry thos checker was cheating somuch but not scanning the items it was super slow and the line was bulding up she had no care in the world I left im going to the dollar tree in lakewood mall

This is my Go-2-Store. I work right up the street and at my company we do A LOT decorating and planning events, parties, functions and just because lol. Each month our office decorates according to the month and or season. Right now it's Harvest & Halloween 🎃 Our office has already purchased decor, grab bags, candy and other Halloween garb for our party🥳Today I saw employees stocking shelves with Christmas merchandise. We'll be back for Christmas as well. Even though the stores have gone up $0.25 more. Still the best place to shop and stretch your dollars. Until next time Dollar Tree 😁

Best Dollar Tree Store in a 50 Mile Radius due to the Amazing Staff! No I don't work there or have an affiliation other than being a now avid customer of their store only. I refuse to go to any other. The ladies there are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist a client (like me). Always have a great attitude and seem to know everyone by first name basis, which says alot when you have repeat customers that can easily go elsewhere. They are very respectful, attentive and maintain everything clean and in order. If something isn't in stock they will order it for you to ensure it's in on your next visit. Thank you Ladies and Keep up the amazing service!!!

Poor experience this store is not characterized by super customer service ,stuff always look they don't like to work there may be is because poor salaries , I was tonight there and the line was really long with only one cashier , I asked another employee if the can open another cashier due to the long line and excessive waiting time , she said I have to do this then I'll open the cashier ,She was dry moiping the floor and flirting with a costumer in the back , I don't know her name but she is a young overweight Latino dye har woman ( pretend to be white ) , totally lack of customer service , dia solar price is what you get dollar customer service

Store is disorganized and items are all over the place. It also isn't safe due to the homeless population that sleeps right outside the doors, parking lot, and sleep behind the building.

As you walk into the store, you can see how overworked, tired, and unhappy Dollar tree employees are. Dollar Tree needs to provide Customer service skills training to these employees. And Teach them not to argue with customers but rather address the issues without an argument in a professional manner.
Is it too hard to smile at a customer!!!

Bring your own bags. You'll be surprised by how much you buy & how little you spend. BUT. Do not think you will get out buying only one thing! It is amazing what a variety they carry. Savvy shoppers will know if item sells for less as something's are less if on sale at other stores. I almost always end up spending 10-20 dollars.

Manager by the name of Chaveli on a personal phone call in the store. Everyone can hear, there's a long line and I asked her to help, she is too busy to hear me over her personal call. Finally looks at me and says there's 2 cashiers, I told her they were both helping with balloons, she keeps saying there's 2 cashiers because she's not listening to me and she was very rude.
