I had placed an order online for 12 pm, I arrived at 12:05 and had to wait over 20 minutes just to eat very soggy food. And my colleague only wanted to order 2 crunchy tacos and as he waited in line for 15 minutes he decided to use the kiosk to place his order and still had to wait for it for nearly 20 minutes. I am very upset that I had to wait that long to pick up my food the employees only prioritized the drive thru and even other delivery drivers still had to wait for nearly 15 minutes each. I am never coming back to this location it is severely lacking in management

A rated restaurant. friendly fast service. Indoor, takeout and drive-thru available🚗🛋🧳. Face masks are required😷. There is no restrooms available❗❌🚻🚫. This one has good-sized parking lot. Also has a kiosk to order so I could take your time🤔⏰.

The only one that actually sells a $5 box. Good food friendly. Medium size parking lot. Be aware it's next to a school. Don't go when schools coming out is gets really busy and traffic is a nightmare.

The employees here are decent people, but when the manager, "Rosie" is there, they become spineless cowards out of fear of their employment, which is extremely depressing. As others have pointed out, the problem is obviously the management. As the person who took the picture of the ignorant lady who wouldn't give her name about the hot sauce, I had a similar experience today. When my name was called and I went to collect my order, the "Rosie" was standing there with an appalling look on her face. She didn't give me my order and started saying that "there was no way she's going to give me all that hot sauce". I ordered the taco bell value box, which includes three items, and it was free taco day, so four in total. I also ordered and paid for my friends meal, the same thing, in a separate transaction. I put all the hot sauces on my order, about 10 fire, some diablo, some hot, and 4 red sauce and green sauce from the kitchen. So this was for 8 items in total, and I don't like wasting food so I ordered an amount that I knew I would finish. So when she said that I was baffled, and she was too ignorant to hold a conversation and mumbled that she could give me blank hot sauce or none, I'm not sure as I was already so in shock about what she said. When someone is as ignorant as that lady is, there is no logic or reasoning to get through to them. What truly offended me was that this low IQ manager handed me three packets of hot sauce and said that's all you get. I was extremely upset and said what about my friend and she straight up said no. Now at this point I'm done, and I wanted her to understand how truly ignorant she was, so I said some choice words that I know every employee in there probably wanted to say to her multiple times throughout their career. When my friend received his order, which was given before mine, another employee at the counter asked him if he'd like sauce, and he told her mild and they gave him a bag of like 10 mild sauces, so I'm not sure why I was singled out to put the sauce limitation on. I have been going to this Taco Bell pretty often the past few weeks, but that ends today. I know that person is too ignorant to read, so I really hope one of the employees sees this and passes along the message. By the way, the attached photo is a picture of a table at taco bell after a customer finished their meal. I guess hot sauce allowance is selective.

Horrible service. I asked for extra sauce and the person gave me 2. I said I need way more than that. She said she couldn’t. I said I will pay for extra and she said she couldn’t do that either. In shock, I laughed and asked since when bc I used to work at a Taco Bell and we couldn’t treat a customer that way. I asked for manager and she claimed to be the manager. I asked for her name and she would not give me her name. I asked for the customer service number and she told me to google it. Again, I said “you realize you’re giving me attitude and arguing with me over sauce, it’s sauce. I worked at Taco Bell and this is not proper customer service” to which she said “when 40 years ago?” Isn’t customer service still a thing? No wonder this place is always empty. Since she wouldn’t give me her name I took a picture of her in hopes that higher ups know who she is and how she treats customers.
Oh and she threaten to call the cops bc I was asking questions she could not answer. I hope they have cameras to prove her behavior. By the way she wouldn’t give me a copy of my receipt either.

After 11:00 a.m. today, June 29th, I went inside to place a small order. Someone was working on the tables and chairs, someone was doing something in the serving area behind the cash register. No one seemed in interested in taking my order. After 5 or 6 min of waiting, I left without making a purchase. There were no other customers at the counter or at the drive thru.

The truth is that I have worked for 3 minutes at this Taco Bell but the service is terrible for 2 I was there for 15 minutes. The girl with a lot of attitude is not the first time it has happened but today was the last straw.

They force You to order on the kiosk and their bathrooms are always Out of Order, the dining room is very dirty. Based on my visits here I'd say a prerequisite is failing a math test and bonuses are based on how many hot sauce packets the employees can hoard and withhold from customers.

Place is an absolute joke… I enter the restaurant In need to use the restroom but to my surprise it is barricaded so I can’t even use the restroom.. then with only one more person in line they take about 5-10 minutes just to even take his order… No acknowledgement that my order was going to be taken soon but the lady manager just kept looking and not saying anything to me… after waiting about 5 more minutes I left the restaurant

Very silent Taco Bell I have see. Food was good full rating for that but service wise they are little lacking. I have to wait for 5 minutes to place order. I need to modify some taco so I cannot go with table place order so I have to wait for 5 minutes to give my order and 10 minutes to get my food. It looks like their first priority to finish drive through order.

Just picked up three burritos at around 4 pm, the middle aged lady with eyeglasses by the drive through window, who I already sensed smirks embellished her expressions, ended up being rude to the core. I asked for more napkins, she countered that’s already included in my bag, and in second thought, she handed me one additional piece while rubbing it lightly to make a point, only one more that I deserved, imprinting her oily fingers. I just waved my hand without bothering, then stepped on the gas. In other words, saving it for her horse-play and wiping her a_ _ mouth!

Food and speed is always good even when busy, but they close a little early sometimes, and alot of the employees look and sound very miserable. I know fast food is not the most desirable job in the world, but the negativity rubs off on people. Every time I come to this TB, I leave feeling a little sad for them. I hope their manager is treating them right, and God help them with whatever they may be struggling with.

Been in drive thru for 20 minutes with no movement in the line whatsoever. This is a new waiting record with no worker atleast trying to come out to tell us if the line works or not. No one also answers the phone.

The cashiers where/are friendly. My wife and I really like there food. They also have add new Tacos & Burritos to there minu. I like the idea that you can order on line or there app. and pick up your order. It makes it even easier to do.

Be sure to check your items if you are ordering at the drive thru. They seem to always forget one thing or give very little sauce & napkins. BE SURE TO ORDER EVERYTHING AT THE INTERCOM. They don't let you add anything at the window. Also they don't adequately stuff the tacos or chalupas with protein for some reason, it's makinly lettuce. Kind of lame.

The guy at the window drive thru practically through the sauce packets out the window to my husband. I didn't see any courtesy 😕 at all or any other service that would provide professionalism with customer experience. Rude, rude, rude! The food was good though but I also believe that I'm going to pay for good service too. Saturday night is a good opportunity to be able to get out, but don't blame the rest of us because you're working! Hey, be happy to work and provide good character!

It's known that going through the drive thru means they get your order wrong and you don't find out until you're long gone. I ordered a crunchwrap Supreme and they forgot the crunch. It was like a flat burrito. I don't think it's difficult to do a job right.

I never write reviews so that should say a lot. There is SUPER rude staff working here. I got there 10 minutes before they closed to pick up my mobile order I had placed 30 minutes prior (app glitch changed my location so I was late after driving from wrong taco bell). Anyway, I got there only to be shoo'd away like I was crazy when I politely gestured I was there for pickup. More staff came out and kept shooing me away and it was dehumanizing and humiliating in front of my family. If they are going to close ten whole minutes before their hours suggest, they should state that on their hours. I got robbed of $30 from food I never got and the time/stress of frantically hurrying because of an app error. I wouldn't have even minded if I got treated with the slightest bit of respect.
