I arrived at 7:30 pm and the woman by the counter stated that they were no longer inflating balloons since 7pm which to me is inconvenience and not to mention by 7:45 they had literally turned off the majority of the lights making it horrible for customers inside having to feel rushed. For the person or manager looking over this store or CEO maybe your team should be a bit more considerate.

I wasn’t able to get a good photo and I’m in a hurry to get home right now, but I just wanted to say that the employee party city brought my phone to me because I forgot it. I bought a dozen normal balloons and two foil balloons for my fiancé’s birthday . I’m so thankful they did a great job with my order and I will definitely come here again. I didn’t get her name down but she’s a good person! The other employees were very nice to me and help me with what I needed today ❤️

This cashier is behind the counter did not say one word to me or ask if I was ready, it was another employee on the floor who said I could go to counter 1 and that the girl behind the counter would help me. She did not say hello or offer any help whatsoever. She clearly hates working here and made me feel like I was bothering her. I won't go back to this location.

The Worst balloons. They charge all that $ for balloons and by morning their on the floor... ANY Dollar Tree 99 cent store etc, IS BY FAR THE BEST Not only for your buck but the helium lasts months it's actually pretty amazing..... ALSO, THIS LOCATION THE STAFF ARE RUDE ALWAYS. Never again

Think again before buy Helium tank. Its 35$ and you can fill 11 balloon and you have to buy them separately. But same size 12 balloon if they filled up 15$ 🤯🤯🤯 and increase prices so high.

I did not get what I was looking for, but Ricky clarified why I will be going back to your store in a couple of weeks.
I was looking for tissue paper with an Easter design on it. He asked if a tissue paper in Easter pastel colors, could be an acceptable alternative to an Easter print. I said no, and explained why I needed a print.
Ricky gave an alternative to just a "yes" or "no" response in my search for printed tissue paper with the Easter theme. He simply let me know not all the expected Easter inventory was presently in the store. .Good answer! Please thank Ricky for his time and information.

I shopped at this location today and was helped by "HECTOR" & just wanted to say that its been a long time I don't experience this great level of customer service. I wanted to buy balloons to welcome my neighbors newborn baby . Hector helped me put something together and I loved how it turned out! He also helped me to put the balloons in my car since I was shopping with my one year old and could really use the help. Because of him I will continue to shop at this location.
