I was at the register for 20 minutes waiting for anyone to help. Line grew massively, when someone arrived she wanted me to carry all my individual items and do self checkout. I just left everything and walked out instead.

Since they shut down their other store on Firestone, I have to come to this one for perscriptions. The line is always super long inside and in the drive-through. Takes forever. They have lots of people working but just too many customers. Block out a good amount of time to pick up a prescription.

Since this CVS is accepting all of the pharmacy prescriptions from the other CVS that has now closed, please hire more staff to take care of all the prescription orders/pickup coming through the drive through and pharmacy counter. Customer wait time in line has increased.

Today I went to the pharmacy at 1:40 and it was closed and an old man asked the employees that were inside if it was closed and they were very rude to him.

Called in today to ask about my prescription. First time In history I was told to call back in 2 hours. Because they are too busy, than I asked wouldn't you guys be closed by than. Since they would. And the response was

They have a sign at the Rx Drive thru that says you can purchase Claritin D and other medications in the Rx Drive thru but then at the drive thru window they tell you they can't sell it to you and that you have to go inside. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Made me waste my time waiting in the drive thru line just for them to tell me I have to go inside. Super INCONVENIENT.

Their medication disposal bin was full, but they took some medication my sister found that someone left on the sidewalk. God bless you CVS.
