A good departmental store with great stock. I found their prices of some stuff cheaper than ross/michaels. It’s two floors full of lot if items.

I recently visited Burlington in Dublin, California, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the variety of items they offer. The layout of the store was organized and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience enjoyable and efficient. Me and my family wanted to get some products from a Burlington the floor was dirty and many products where scattered around the floor the place was trashed when we went to pay I wanted to buy a miniature ladder but it didn’t have a tag but I remember seeing another one wich the tag said $7.99 the cashier asked ME to walk all the way to the other side of the store and do her job for her I refused to do it. Then she scanned a 2 in 1 shirt with shorts two times and I saw her clearly see that she did it I told her to remove it she did but it looked like she hesitated to do it anyways don’t come to this Burlington it is really messy and it has bad customer service.

This store feels somewhat ghetto- there's plenty of disorder and empty sections in the store. Even the escalators and elevator don't look well-maintained. But who really cares? If you are looking for bigger bargains than can be had at the Livermore Outlet, and you have plenty of time and patience, this is the place to come. But you have to be patient and persistent to find the treasures here, lest you leave with a ton of items you don't need, simply because they're cheap. The sales are friendly and the return policy is liberal here (30 days).

When I go to a department store, I usually do expect to leave with fully satisfied and wanting to go back again. I had couple of negative experiences under poor management at Burlington. Honestly, I have never felt such disappointment and discrimination previously.

I went to Burlington yesterday on 9/1/23 and as well as stopped by the store last week and had a very poor customer service. Unfortunately, the manager Katrine arrived at customer service and talked to me with very loud voice, giving me her opinion about the price of an item and clarifying the item. The expectation is to react with the customers in a quiet and apologetic way especially when the fault is on the store. However, it appeared to be Katrine did not care about my and my family’s opinion and was very disrespectful to us. The way how I felt about her attitude is not going to help to bring me back to the store again.

I strongly believe Katrine needs a training about fundamentals of customer service because if she continues to talk to other customers with the same way, Burlington will be losing more valuable customers like me.

This is the dirtiest unorganized Burlington I’ve ever been to! Dublin do better Omgosh so much on the floor. The clothes are so unorganized I didn’t even shop for myself because nothing was size like the store is supposed to be! Sad do not shop here it’s management needs to be fired!

Have came to this store several times when they say they are open but the doors are locked- beyond flustered—why say your open online if your going to keep the doors locked 30 minuets early—- CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE IF YOUR PLANNING TO CLOSE EARLY ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! Don’t shop here! good deals sure but when you try to return something even a week later with your receipt they say the item went down and they can only give you what the value is now. Unacceptable especially when you pay full price for something and then they say oh I can only credit you back half! So wrong. That’s my money and I had proof I paid for the item!

I came in here today and was able to find 6x fleece shorts for $9.99. Not a bad deal place is nice. Great area. Staff are really nice. Not far from. The 30r bus stop. It's a definite nice place to check out.

It's been condensed from what it use to offer. The whole second floor has been cut off to customers. So the main sales area is more limited in what they offer. For men, most of the dress clothing has been removed from here. I didn't see any sports coats or suits. No dress shirts either. Just casual clothing currently anyways.

I love the BURLINGTON store. It's my favorite store. I come here once a month and I'm always satisfied. I always find something for myself. There is a very large selection of everything, good quality, low prices. Menadzer is very nice and friendly. I recommend this store to everyone.

This place has some great stuff, but it lacks the medium size that I want sometimes. A reason why I gave this place a three star is because I have to wait forever in line here and that there are only 2 cashiers available and the cashiers have no empathy to call for backup. It makes me mad when I have to wait in line all to go home and find out my clothes don't fit since I can't even try them on in store during the pandemic. I'll take my business elsewhere where cashiers have the empathy to call for backup!

Went in to return two items I bought before the lockdown and the employees had no idea on the procedure or how to even do a return. The male employee was rude and short with me when I informed him that I did not want store credit as I have only shopped there once and I wanted my money back. He said they have a 30 day return policy... ok sure but don't you have a meeting with all employees before opening to discuss how to handle legit returns...with receipt after reopening??? After a couple phone calls on what to do and how to do it, the male employee said he could give me a return credit at less than what I paid for because that is how it was showing up in the system now and they can't bring the items up on the receipt or from my card so now they offer me less, I said I guess I don't have much choice, he responds with Yes, you can come back tomorrow when the manager is in. Oh, really sure let me drive back out here tomorrow and deal with this nonsense...NOT, I do not live in Dublin and I do not want to come back. long story shot I received a refund $20.00 less than what I paid for. I will never shop here again.

Relatively low prices with a wide selection of merchandise, mostly clothing. Close to other stores in the same area. From Hobby Lobby to Target. Several eateries available across the large parking area. Close to i580 and i680 junctions in Dublin, California. Come see the variety.

I've been to this Burlington before and enjoyed all the variety of items to look at. Recently it seems as if they have lost a ton of variety and the 2nd floor looked barren. In addition, the items that were upstairs seemed beat-up and poor quality. I would not recommend this store unless they pick up the quality again.

Was ther 12/11/16. What a mess! There was clothes threw on the floors everywhere. It looked like they never straightened up one thing since black friday. Looked like a tornado went through. Staff was nice but what a dumpy store. Needs cleaned asap!
