Great coffee as always. Though service is was little slow even though there wasn't much rush during morning time.

Visited the place again after a year. Always a pleasure to be at PEET'S for a cup of coffee. This time I opted for Drip coffee. Recommend for people who like strong coffee. They have changed their layout . Looks far better. A visit here will not disappoint you.

I'm guessing this lady right here is the manager? I was standing alone at the register for some time and she saw me and walked by but didn't say hi or good morning or someone will be with you soon. Totally rude, it would've been so simple. Luckily the regular emoloyee was great. I don't know what this other lady's problem is but I don't appreciate it. She kind of just looked at me like dealing with customers isn't her job or problem but guess what it is. I'm going to try to call her boss. Especially if this lady is in charge of training employees she's not setting a good example.

Peet’s Coffee has a great ambience, delicious food and drink, and good service. The new renovations are beautiful and I like sitting outside and enjoying my coffee. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for snack and a drink. 10/10!

Went out of my way to come to this shop today in order to avoid Starbucks. Was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and efficient and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. And a large Major Dickinson never disappoints. You all made my morning.

The staff at this Peet’s Coffee location are always super friendly and service is usually quick. Would recommend giving their holiday flavors a try... pumpkin spice latte hits the spot.

There’s a solid amount of indoor and outdoor seating at this location. Biggest drawback IMO is parking which is par for the course at this shopping center.

Really good service, but very poor acoustics inside, it's very hard to hear the person at your table through all the other voices bouncing around inside. Also, oddly only have spoons to eat your cinnamon roll with.

Peet's is my favorite coffee and one my favorite coffee shops. The coffee is always consistently pleasing, and they always have a large selection of various pastries, breads, and sandwiches. This location also accommodates quite a few patrons and is located in a relaxed atmosphere. Peet's never disappoints.

Me & my wife went to this location for coffee today ( Morning), total waiting time for my wife to get her coffee is more than half an hr; @ the end my wife still didn't get her coffe. Every time my wife followed up about her coffee, they said 5 to 10 mins, but coffee never show up. Then my wife decided to cancel the coffee, because waiting time is too long. They weren't let my wife cancel her coffee, they said it needs another 5 to 10 mins, but we insisted to cancel the coffee, then those cashier people just showed us the poker face(The facult is not from our side) not let us cancel the order, then we told them we need to cancel the coffee due to waiting time is too long. Finally, they canceled our coffee & gave us the refund with mean face & even without the apologies. I don't know what happened with this branch, I bought coffee from this branch for more than 15 yrs & never see this kind of issue before. I'm not sure it's because switch to new manager. Pitts cofee is still a good cofee, I like it. But not this branch.

They advertise their iced tea refreshers with fruit pieces. Even in the pictures & description they have sliced fruit in them. I have never gotten one with actual fruit in it. The last iced green tea lemonade I got was awful and made me so sick!

This Peet's coffee is amazing, not only by it's services but by the view of Dublin you get. The servers are always very nice, and it is in prime position. It is just a perfect place for a Sunday morning cup of coffee. The only tiny complaint I have with this place, is that they are close to early, but that might just be me.

Attempted to order today. 40 minutes later, I attempted to get an update on my order as multiple people who ordered in front of me had received their orders but couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me for another 10 minutes. Ended up cancelling my order and got the exact same order within a few minutes at Paris Baguette 5 minutes away.

Peets is always a step up from Sbux. Its warmer woods and darker roasts but with style. Just no comfortable chairs nor couches (yes they had love seats styled couches burgundy and woods.
The Tea actually comes in Tea Pots that sbux omitted decades ago. More fresher local pastry unlike frozen La Boulange. CityBakery supplies Eastbay. Dub has new facelift as of 10/2023. WOW

Received severe food poisoning from a chicken sandwich 2 years ago. Couldn't move for a whole day. General Manager dismissed it when i reported it the following day. Ever since then, I never buy food from Peets.

Whenever we are in the bay area, we find Peets. We live in the foothills bow so the closest one is nearly an hour away. This time we were in Dublin. It never disappoints. The atmosphere is always a relaxed vibe, the food is yummy and the coffee is literally the best. Why can't other places get steamed milk right? The coffee tastes better than anything around.

Great staff and coffee. Can be busy in the AM so get your mobile order in to be "in & out". Also good place to chill or do some laptop work. Small seating area outside is nice in the Spring or Summer.

I regularly go to this Peet's since it is close to my house - it usually takes a long time to receive my drink. Over the past few months, I had learned to order my drink via the app well in advanced (10+ minutes) so the drink is ready when I arrive. However, this time around was an extremely disappointing experience. I had friends over for the holidays so I decided to take them as well. It took close to 30 minutes to receive our drinks. On top of that, the drinks were inaccurate and we had to tell the staff about our missing drink twice since they had forgotten about it. One of the drinks ordered was a iced coffee and I received a cold brew - when I asked the barista to remake the drink, they said "it is basically the same thing". This was extremely disappointing to hear, especially from a barista - they should not be saying that iced coffee and cold brew are the same thing. Very disappointed by this experience, especially because I love Peet's coffee and this location is within walking distance.

Ordered a iced matcha latte. Waited 25+ minutes for this order. At that point could have bought all the ingredients and made it at home myself! Seems like they have a different station for iced vs hot drinks and they forgot about iced drinks. Drink itself was ok, Starbucks matcha is better

They need another espresso/coffee machine to make the specialty coffees and more staff. I haven’t been here in a while and 8-9am is the worse time at Peet’s. I waited 25-30 minutes for my coffee. I know this because I finished eating my pastry and I checked the time from ordering coffee till I had the coffee in my hand. I should of ordered just plain black coffee instead. Come to Peet’s when you are not in a rush to go to work or if there’s ever a time they are slow during the day. Coffee this morning was okay and spent about $12 for a medium ice blended coffee and 1 pastry. Getting too pricey.

The people I was with wanted me to try this place. I was nearly burned by how hot the coffee was, once it finally cooled the beans were obviously burnt by the taste. I cannot believe how bad my simple Mocha was made, I picked it specifically because it is an easy starter drink for new places.

So the coffee is burnt and sour to the level that it is not drinkable. The restroom has a sign that it's closed to the public while it's perfectly fine. When I asked for a cup of water for my 6 years old son, I was given a hard time because apparently there is a separate charge now for a water cup, either for a water or just for a cup. Some kind of nonsense. The staff was rude and tried to make me ashamed of asking for a cup of water.

I have always loved Peet’s for their consistency in flavor and this particular branch has never disappointed me! The staff are really friendly as well and there is enough space both indoors and outdoors.
Only con here is that on weekends, it gets really crowded and it can take anywhere between 15-30 minutes for coffee to be ready.

Long line to order. Only 1 person taking orders. Ordered vanilla latte and a pumpkin bread slice. Took almost 20 min to get drink. By that time, it made me late to a church service. So couldn't even drink it cause I can't bring it into the church. So didnt even get to enjoy it. Won't be back.

I constantly show up here and they are temporarily closed in the morning. I completely understand that it's hard to get employees but just change your hours so I don't depend on your coffee and then have you be closed!

They keep getting worse... 80% of the time the coffee is burned and the other 20% they get my order wrong. Also there online ordering at this location is turned off half the time. Definitely won't be coming back to this place any time soon.

It is very interesting to see the US paper currency is being denied in the US stores. But ironically tips are still acceptable in the form of cash.

If US currency is not good at this establishment as payment, then I am taking my business where US currency is accepted.

The transmission of corona virus has never been linked to paper currency.

Best coffee. I usually order their coffee beans online, finally got a chance to stop and grab a fresh coffee. Ordered a French vanilla latte with extra espresso. It smells and tastes like heaven. I usually have other coffee places put less sweetener but theirs is dead perfect and damn good.
Tables outside were full due to indoors is closed so I took mine for a field trip to the park.

Very bad service. I asked for a mocha with microphone milk but instead I got a cold mocha with flat milk. I had to asked them to remake the mocha again and to make sure that they make it with microphone milk but again I got it with the flat milk and this time it was very hot that I burned my mouth. I had to wait for a long time for the mocha to be able to drink it. Also, my wife had a green tea macha with cinnamon flavor, so I had to call back to explain the bad experience. The woman who answered the telephone was rude. When I was explaining about the green tea she didnt answer the phone anymore. I had to walk back to peet's store and asked for the manager but there was only a supervisor. Also, my wife drank the green tea matcha with lots of ice. Tylor, the supervisor who took the order knew my wife asked for a green tea matcha with little ice but she remake it with lots of ice. I told her that we didn't get what we asked for and instead of trying to find out what happened she became aggressive and responded by saying, " I have been working for 10 years, dude" my name is not dude. If I go to peet's coffee and not 7-11 is because they know how to prepare a good cup of coffee. She was mad that I asked for the right drinks. After all I paid for good coffee and I have the right to get it. She has not right to decide how my wife and me drink the coffee. If she doesn't like to provide good service she shouldn't be working at peet's coffee. For many years I have been coming to this location because I like their good service and coffee. But today wasn't good service and coffee.

The Best Espresso Javiva Blend I've had in a long time. I asked them to apply ice for the next larger size to help offset the sweetness. They did. It was perfect.
