I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this location was uncomfortable enough that I felt the need to share. It was my first time shopping here, and I left without buying anything not because of the merchandise, but because of the environment.

While near the dressing room, I overheard someone, later identified as Anami, training another employee very loudly. The trainee clearly had a language barrier and seemed underprepared. As a customer, I shouldn’t have been able to hear this exchange, especially given the harsh tone she was using. It made not only me uncomfortable, but also a male customer waiting outside the dressing room, his body language clearly reflected this.

This kind of behavior is very unprofessional. Having been a manager myself and trained employees with language barriers, I understand the challenges, but it’s important to never make your employee or customers feel uncomfortable. Patience and respect should always be prioritized, and that was lacking here.

Later, I saw her casually chatting with another associate, which further gave me the impression that she didn’t want to be inconvenienced by having to train someone who didn’t speak perfect English. While I understand retail environments can be stressful, the situation was upsetting to witness, and it seemed more like indifference than stress.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to shop at this location again.

Probably one of the worst Marshalls I've ever been to. I couldn't find any decent looking clothes in there I found way better clothing with a lot more variety at the Savers store across the street. Not worth stopping by at all and then employees have the worst customer service just save yourself a trip absolutely not worth the trip.

Always so many great finds here! I loooooove this place! Very happy we have a few in the valley! And customer service here is like 5⭐️ compares to it's neighbor Ross! Scored with some fantastic gifts this year

It was a good experience shopping in Marshalls.
Clothes looked fresh here than in Ross. Prices are a bit higher than Ross but the collection is good.
I went for our anniversary shopping and got good jackets for my husband which honestly I couldn't find anywhere.

Driving by, stopped in at Marshalls. We thought the clothing might be a little more upscale than TJMaxx, though we knew they're the same company. No difference in quality from what we saw, except Marshalls had less designer clothes than TJMaxx in Livermore that we'd visited several days ago. Could be that there's more traffic at this Dublin Marshalls, but we felt the inventory was lower overall. Lots of make-up & toiletries, though. Not particularly organized, which makes it hard & a bit frustrating to shop there. Got a good buy on some throw pillows & large bath towels. Some interesting snacks & candies, some at good prices from what we've seen, would make for a nice gift basket. Cashier was pleasant & chatty, store seemed clean, but could use some updating. Didn't see a jewelry counter like at TJMaxx, which was disappointing. We'll give it another try, but if things stay the same, will probably stick to TJMaxx.

Had a terrible experience as this Asian male worker screamed at us while we were waiting in line. A cashier called us over and due to his ignorance he did not hear that they called us over and he started screaming at us without knowing the situation. However he saw the long line and did nothing to help out yet he went out of his way to scream at us without reason. He never even apologized. Terrible experience. I am very upset about this situation. The store and every other worker is great however that specific worker is terrible.

Love Marshall's...depending on the area is what you will find...all Marshalls carry same but different choices, so if traveling through with extra time stop....you will find something your neighborhood Marshalls didn't have....

Busy location with a lot of different varieties of things. My favorite finds here are for kids, if you want a good selection of clothes, come here in a treasure hunt. I don’t love the fact that the parking lot is hard to park in front of this Marshall’s and the place is hard to navigate with a baby. However, overall good stock, helpful staff, great place to find odds and ends for Christmas.

I don't remember remember much about it... besides the mess in the restroom. They seemed understaffed, I remember it was so difficult to navigate the aisles I ended up abandoning my cart in frustration (I hadn't found what I was looking for anyway, and I recall being glad I didn't buy the few random items I'd impulsively grabbed). Idk why it prompted me to review it two years later - I remember more than I thought I would, though.

The worse place !!!
at the checkout to pay and the cashiers leave, one of the cashiers also throws away the item that she doesn't want me to return in a bad mood and they don't give a refund when I have a receipt and the item. To finish, she tells me that she does not know if I will change the return item??? I am super honest. I never steal !!!! May 3

Worst experience at Marshalls ever. Items bought at Marshalls they refused to return. Even spoke with the store manager but she was of no help.
Will never go back again! Would definitely spread the negative feedback about this branch and their employees.

I came with my mom to buy some clothes and when we payed the cashier asked us to apply for a credit card we had it before but our experience with it was very unpleasant so we cancel it, I explained her what was or previous experience and she reply “of course if you don’t pay you will have a difficult time with credit cards” I really got upset because that wasn’t the issue with our situation and even it was it she did not have the right to judge us, I got very upset and asked her to be more polite with her comments, her comment was super rude! She keep insisting in the application for credit card, such a bad experience!!

Although typically I love shopping here the other day I was with my mom and we stopped in and I never realized how hard it would be to maneuver inside but you can't even get the wheelchair through the front door without a hue struggle guess mom is no longer a Ross Marshall's TJmaxx conssumer

Me encantó Marshalls es la mejor tienda que he visitado, muy surtida y con muy buenos precios.
La gran mayoría de artículos están en su lugar y acomodados. Los trabajadores de Marshalls siempre en su trabajo y sí requieres de su ayuda lo hacen profesionalmente y muy cordiales.
