Great collection of clothes for all ages. Clothes from almost all brands available so we have variety of choices. Reasonably priced though some men's apparel seem to be expensive.
It also has huge collection of footwear to choose from. One needs patience and time to pick up the best.

Decent parking, great jewelry bargains, but purse selection more granny than trendy. Otherwise, great prices and clothing selection. Staff fast but didn't look the happiest. Maybe holiday sale burnout for July 4th already? But I found a stunning pair of earrings for $15, so I'll be back for sure!

Yesterday I saw a brown color hobo crossbody bag for women in the store and it was $99.99. I opened up Nordstrom rack APP on my iPhone to see if it had black color. Apparently, it didn’t have black color, the brown color was sold out but its price listed as $69.99. The employee helped me to check if I could get the price adjustment. She came back after 25 minutes and stated that the printer for the price was not working and I should come back the following day and the printer might work properly. Today I went online to check that same bag so I could show the employee my proof but it was no longer on its website. Thus, I wonder if that yesterday employee had lied to me with the knowledge of the bag would not show up on the website next day. I am thinking now that why she would not sell that bag by adjusting the price at the cashier counter. Why would she tell me to come back the following day. I am disappointed that I wasted my time for this dishonesty.

I went to check out close to the store closing and my credit card declined because for some reason my card company always wants to flag my transactions and verify me over the phone. Today for some reason I got a rep through my card company that was slow, and rude and purposefully taking a long time on top of the fact he made me go through multiple verification steps (way more than usual). I ended up taking a long time at the register and the store stayed open late. I was so upset at my card company and embarrassed for making the store wait on me, who embarrassed I forgot to say sorry. Thank you to all the workers being patient and understanding! I am so sorry the verification process took so long. And the lady who helped me with the sunglasses the second time was so helpful! The cashier was also extremely nice and understanding. Again I’m sorry I value your time and even though it wasn’t necessarily my fault (it was my card company) but thank you very much again for being understanding.

Good selection, great prices, clean. Friendly employees. I always find more than I bargained for and I found many of my favorite pieces here. There are many Express checkouts throughout the store, so you really don't have to wait in the long line.

I must say I had the most pleasant experience at my time in Nordstroms Rack. The young ladies Varsha and Mamie were an absolute delight to deal with. They made my experience at the Rack a more than enjoyable one with their kindness and warm smiles. I can’t forget about Theresa in the fitting room. It was such a treat to be welcomed into the fitting room by her. Beyond kind and helpful. My experience at the rack was a great one made by these ladies and all the other staffers who I’m sure are just as nice as the mentioned women. Thank you again! Look forward to stepping foot inside this store and seeing these amazing women again!

While its a nordstrom rack, its one of the smaller locations and has way less for men then for women. The men’s selection is very hit or miss. I typically pop in when I have some time post lunch before getting back to my desk. I wouldn’t recommend this location, but instead, others in the bay area. Also in a more digital world, the app is really great too.

This is a nicer shopping place than most stores around, e.g. Compared to Ross Stores, Nordstrom Rack is cleaner and more organized.
Better selection and more stocks too. Able to find what I need and more.
Easier to navigate to the store since you can clearly see where things are.

Great selection and discounted prices. Sizing limited to under 6ft guys and sub 200lbs so if you are looking for a suit jacket larger than a 48R look elsewhere. Helpful staff made it a great experience.

Expensive in comparison to TJ Max....but Mostly high end Brands ... Jeans are cheaper at Macy's.
Birkenstock Sandals were $110 vs Regular $250...
As it's an outlet for bargains you need to spend plenty of time as merchandise is all mixed up. At most the clothes are in order of size...but still need a double check ✔️. At least now COVID-19 is over 😄 hence you can always try at fitting room.

Loved visiting Nordstrom rack in Livermore/Pleasanton. There's an abundance of good deals and amazing brands. We visited on a Saturday and there was a higher volume of people, but still plenty of space to shop and enjoy ourselves.

Sometimes a bargain, but often not. Clearance section was really unorganized and messy. Children's shoes were scarce with very limited selection. Lots of women's shoes and clothes for those that like spending time looking for the right buy. Employees are friendly and prompt however sometimes they'll forget to remove the security tag/ device so be vigilant unless you want to feel embarrassed on your way out or worse, have to come back because it didn't even trigger the alarm on your way out and now you're home and have an article you can't use.
