This Target is HUGE! Has a CVS Pharmacy in the front of the store and good size Starbucks. Tough to find a Target member on the floor. Seems like all Targets now have their staff only at the cash registers area.

Was here on a Sunday, first day of weekly ad to "Buy $75 worth of diapers. Get $25 Target Gift Card" via Cartwheel app (which is a "must have" addition $ savings discount app to scan before going into a Target that may even save you more $$). They were already out of stock for what I needed (size 3) in the Target Up & Up Giant Size boxes. Only had Sizes 1 and 4 (lots of 4s) in the two areas of the Baby Department (Diaper row and end cap).

Tracking down a Target Member was tough! Had to walk to other side of the store to stop one and ask whether there were any more Size 3. Overall what should have taken 15 minutes at the store took 40 minutes. None in stock and had to drive to the next town, San Ramon, to buy what I needed. More time lost!

Their Dollar Spot section at the front was a mess although they had more merchandise than the San Ramon store (their Dollar Spot always gets cleaned out quickly).

Plenty of parking in the massive parking lot. There is also a one Family Restroom next to the Women's and Men's Restroom. But the Women's and Family Restrooms could use some cleaning. This is a high traffic store. Diaper changing table in each Restroom.

J’ai mis 1 à défaut de pouvoir mettre 0, magasin relativement vide dans la plupart des rayons, prix mal affiché pour la plupart des articles ( bien évidemment pas à l’avantage du client donnant des sueurs froides une fois arrivé à la caisse) et personnel ne faisant rien pour changer cela ( juste changer les étiquettes ça prend 5 min mais bon c’est peut être trop leur demander ) Il est bien de vouloir gérer une grande surface comme ce Target mais derrière il faudrait au s’assurer que le miminum soit fait correctement. J’irai dorénavant chez la concurrence.

Went into ask for eclipse glasses. One person with a badge, red shirt and name tag said she didn’t work there as she was organizing items in the beauty section. The person in the glasses section said I don’t think so. I mean you should know what glasses you carry and this is a two hour event and it would definitely be on your radar. No one wanted to answer questions or help. But have found this to be the way of Target recently.

Horrible! Went in to get formula for my grandson. While there I decided to change him. BATHROOMS WERE FILTHY! Family bathroom, where I found the Koala changing station, was worse than a pigsty. Toilet clogged & nearly overflowing. TP everywhere. 2 of 4 stalls in the women’s room did not work & there was NO soap to wash your hands. I let mgmt know & they responded….”we’ll get someone in there when we can.” It was obvious the room had not been cleaned in days! The community deserves better. Target mgmt should be ashamed. I WON’T BE BACK TO THIS STORE & YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER!

The customer service lady named Cruz at the 2800 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, CA location was very rude and made my experience very uncomfortable. I was not able to add my gift card at the check out counter in which I bought items specifically to use my gift card with but could not due to it not scanning on my app so I had to pay with my debit card. I then went over to the customer service area to explain my situation in which I wanted to use my gift card but then the lady, Cruz said in an irritated tone that she would have to refund a large amount worth of items to then use the gift card. I understand it was a big amount but there truly were not that many items to scan. The lady then forgot my discounts after I had mentioned to re-add them. The whole time she had attitude towards me as if I was making things so difficult. After she rung me up twice and re-added the discounts and gift card, the third time she gave me back cash and a gift card in which I would’ve rather had it done right the first time so I didn’t have two different types of credit. In all, the experience was really poor and it made me feel like I was in the wrong even though all I wanted was to use my gift card and have the right discounts added on properly.

Why is the In store pickup the same line as returns? Makes the in store pickup experience pointless with the long return lines. You're probably better off getting the items yourself.

I ordered the benzoyl peroxide foaming cleanser and received the sacylic acid cleansing gel.

I can't even keep track of the number of times receiving the incorrect item. The picking employee should have to scan each item for the computer to confirm the correct item is pulled.

Instances when they just mark out of stock not relating to this order I have gone in to find it without difficulty. Seems no effort is given to the guests' requested item when paid. Additionally, don't mark the item canceled. Give the guest a chance to source it from another store or have it shipped. it's an inconvenience to have multiple charges on my bank account waiting for a refund and the charge for going in or reordering from another store.

I understand items may be incorrectly stocked or misplaced. However, a little effort and patience are typically correct for the in stock item. Must be a nightmare with the inventory discrepancies due to the employees' mishandling orders by giving the wrong items or marking out of stock when it is, in fact, on the shelf.

This is a reoccurance for the Livermore and Dublin East stores, while Dublin West easily manages by consistent zoning of departments and accurate order pick up.

The executive leadership needs to better direct and coach their teams to provide a shopping experience that makes target stand out from Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens. otherwise it is just the same and no reason to shop the slightly more expensive merchandise from Target.

As of right now, I have the burden to buy the correct item from Walamart, and since it's closing time, I go out of my way to return the incorrect item to Target.

The fast, fun, and friendly atmosphere is fading away, and these stores are failing the communities they serve. I hope this reaches the corporate district leadership responsible for this area.

Further action on my part is to apply this on the survey in email and online to the district staff.

I was here for a curbside pickup.. The associate was super rude and she did not refund my bag fee. I did not want a bag but for online order there is no way to say that and they take money for 10 bags even if I am buying only one product. There is no way on earth where I can put one box into 10 bags. I said that I did not need a bag just when she was about to hand over the item to me, she responded that I was too late to inform her. I did not know what was the right time! She did not even ask for my consent. Poor experience here unlike any other Target. Management should listen to the feedbacks.

Always long lines at checkout. Customer service is lacking. I asked an employee for help getting something locked up, they radioed someone else, and they never showed up after a 5-10 minute wait so I gave up. The whole shopping center that the store is located in is pretty annoying with parking, traffic, shopping carts left in random places, etc.

I'm going to start using this as a last resort for any shopping needs.

The location of this target is perfect! Always neat and most of the time tidy, close to my neighborhood and plenty of parking space.
During my last visit when I ordered online and went to store to pick up my merchandise I noticed the waiting line was long and only 2 front desk persons at "return, pickup and registery". Not sure if they were short staff or what? but could be more professional and courteous!!

Christian at self check out ROLLED HIS EYES at me when the self check out machine I was using called for a team member's help because it couldn't find the price of an item I had just rung up, which isn't even my fault. I informed him that I had found most of my items on the clearance shelf, but he still entered in a price almost TWO TIMES higher than what the clearance shelf labeled. He rudely argued and told me that all clearance items had a yellow tag, but one of the items actually rung up as it's clearance price, and it clearly did not have a yellow sticker, so obviously Christian was wrong and doesn't know what he's talking about. (Maybe he is visually impaired???) In fact, none of the items on the clearance shelf had any yellow tags, which is not my fault. I informed him again, and he yelled at me and told me he will just void my entire purchase and take the items away, which he did.

Shame on you Christian for trying to scam me out of my money and being so disrespectful even though you are working a simple customer service job. I've never encountered an actual adult acting like a moody and bratty little teenager. Go find another job if this one is too difficult for you; maybe go mop the floors in the back where you don't have to have any interactions with guests, since that is clearly too much for you to handle? Do better :)

I’m a huge Target fan but sadly this one was not up to par. The women’s and girls’ clothing sections were a mess. Couldn’t find sizes on designated racks and found others of the same style in multiple places.

The worst experience was that the handicapped fitting room was being used for storage. I’m a wheelchair user and was floored. Another instance of assuming that wheelchair users don’t shop and therefore don’t need fitting rooms for them and their chairs. ‘Luckily’ the nursing room was open and was able to accommodate me. Felt entirely wrong to use a designated spot for another group of individuals.

Disappointed in a brand I usually love.

Horrible inventory said they had SIX in stock and standing in front where the item should be there are NONE. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time here if you are looking for something specific they probably won't actually have it. I tried ordering online but said they were behind 72 hours so it was not ready for pickup. Ended up having to go to the San Ramon one to actually find it ... Guess what their stock number was accurate! Thank you SR Target and thanks to East Dublin for wasting my time.

Wow! Due to Covid 19 I didn’t want to shop in store so I did an online order & in store pick up. The folks at the service desk were helpful and fast. In my order was a hand written note thanking me for shopping at Target and it came with some beauty samples. The only think that would make my shopping experience better would be if people would wearing their mask correctly. I saw SO MANY NOSES.

The African-American Lady in front was really rude. They don’t update their hours to represent their current times (said open to public at 9 then change your time to 9 instead of turning down 20 other people so rude and unprofessional) and just didn’t feel safe there when you see workers inside not wearing masks. Will change review if things get better but right now this Target is more expensive, less safe, and have more rude employees where many weren’t wear face masks in the morning

I, generally, find what I need at a reasonable price. I find myself going to Target more so than any other store I shop at.
