I usually have no issues. Today I went looking for a specific item, 3 actually but same category. It was to be released today, but I didn't see any. The app says it was in stock. I found an employee and asked. He said that he didn't know but they probably got lost in the back someplace and nobody put them out for sale. So I asked him if that means I'm out of luck and he said yes. He never bothered to go look. If I didn't see them, then oh well. He then went back to his tasks as if customer service isn't his main job. I guess Dublin Target doesn't want my business.

I'd rather be at Walmart. Make sure you check the back of your gift cards they do not care if people are coming in and doing gift card scams at this location. They make it really easy you can just walk in and access the cards. I paid for mine and when I got home the numbers under the sticker were scratched off. Neither Google or target will work with me both are just pointing the finger so it's buyer beware or just accept the L.

Great location and store is always clean, lines can be a bit long so I preferably prefer to use self check out, here is the reason I didn’t give 5 STARS!!! I find myself always being watched by employees well in self checkout they literally stand right behind or walk up and pretend like they’re fixing bags or candy. Trying to make sure I am not stealing and it sucks because not all Black people steal however, I still continue use self check out because it’s convenient.

With the San Ramon Target Greatland right up the freeway an exit or two away, coming to this Target doesn't make sense unless you're running in and out for something small. If you're doing a big shop, just go up to the bigger Target.

This was my go to Target growing up and it's starting to look a bit worn. Also, the bathrooms are a mess.

Disgustingly dirty store. Trash all over the floors. Clothes and other items on the floor. Wrong sizes of clothes stacked on top of each other. Peghook items scattered randomly. I never saw a single employee attempting to rectify any of the above. And, unfortunately, this is becoming typical of every Target / retail store in the east bay.

I would give it 5 stars but the Entrance to the store is very dirty spills gum stains …, please wash clean the front of your store ,
also the shelfs are dirty laundry isle , i love this Target shop there all the time , but i like it clean inside and outside, parking lot is fine no complaints there , please clean the Entrance of your Store thank you

I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.

Una de las cosa más atractivas de esta plaza es el Target. Este local es grande, se agradece. Se encuentra un poco de todo, no de marca en si pero son productos buenos o al menos lo parecen. Para los que somos turistas son de esas tiendas donde se consiguen ofertas.

En este local hay areas mas amplias y surtidas que otras, por ejemplo ropa de hombre no es muy grande pero la de electronica si es mas grande al igual que su supermercado.

En los comentarios de cualquier local de Target siempre hay molestia por la cola, los pocos cajeros o lo lento que son. Y este local sucede lo mismo. Se nota que los cajeros no les dura y es que siempre se ve que los estan entrenando y, bueno hay que tener paciencia y tolerancia.

Este local se recomienda. Se ganó 4 estrellas.

I frequently have to come here because my San Ramon Target never has what I need in stock. But this Target is well stocked and drive up orders are completed very quickly!

This target is trash. The employees are rude not helpful. Fire them all. I had a drive up order at this location and multiple other locations. I had one item that was out of stock for this store and a negligent associate canceled all of my items for every other drive up order I had. They have no solution for this other than to refund me as they should and give me a $10 gift card. They suck.
This is a huge inconvenience for me because of one person not clicking the right button they canceled my entire order. I had an order for over $400 at four different locations. Normally when one item is out of stock, they cancel just the item not the entire order. Management here is a joke, and everyone here needs to be fired or retrained.

They penalize people for returns with 1 employee assigned. Here was my case they picked wrong item for my order pickup and made me return it. This is that one lazy employee who picked wrong item I ordered online for pickup. The store manager should be fired for making false promises to customers.

Employees were not helpful and rude. We attempted to ask multiple employees for help locating items in the store and were blatantly ignored. Employees were very standoffish towards customers. Furthermore we were sent to the wrong areas multiple times. It felt like employees were trying to get us out of there way as quick as they could and didn’t actually care to help.

I would strongly recommend (re)training your employees PR skills.

Make sure double check your receipt if the price matches with the label. I have experience 2 times incorrect price on the receipt and I had to go to customer service. It was so annoying and unnecessary!!

I needed to get some things done at home so I let Target do my shopping for me. I placed a pick up order and it was ready in like an hour so that was great. The staff was really friendly when I came in and helped me right away. The only bummer was that I had to use the restroom and it needed some attention. I know that the store gets super busy but perhaps workers could have a rotation to ensure that bathrooms are neat and tidy. However overall Target is always a great shopping experience.

While not as new as the east side Target it is still in good shape and kept up well inside. Target is always a little nicer than the local Walmart. Outdoor pickup service is great although you can't get fresh items so I still have to go in.

The worst experience ever is always at this target they need serious customer service skills. I asked them to look up an item that another target told me they had..first he said did you check the floor I said yes then said well they should have not told you we had it its always changing then I told him well they said you have 48...then he proceeds to stare me down not budging to check...i don't think you should work the customer service desk with that attitude.

Not a big fan of oversized stores, but Target's surveillance cameras are very modern in delivering safe and reliable coverage of all activity everywhere in the store. I personally want to thank them for their accuracy and response time in apprenhending fraudelent transactions that were made on my card. They really care about their customers and their own loses To them I am grateful.
