Dd's Discounts store is next door to the now closed Big Lots store. After finding the store closed I browsed dd's Discounts store. There was a couple of items that was appealing, but not in my price range. I've already met my spending budget for this month.

Saturday morning I decided to take my parents with me, 79-year-old mom and 78-year-old pops so Mom needed to go use the restroom because we had driven 45 minutes away from home I asked the security there if there was a restroom my mother could use and he said it was closed at the time which was after 10:00 a.m. this is not the first time we have asked because the previous times they have been closed also other customers have also asked and the times I've been there they don't allow anybody in their restrooms I don't know why,,, ???my mother was very upset saying that all department stores should have a restroom for their customers so there I went to go walk mamma who walks very slow,, and can barely see ,,, to (John long silver's ) that was fun! It was like walking from California to south of the border,, which that was across from DD's I understand people make messes in restrooms and there's people that grateful for having one,so hopefully next time we go there's one available,,other than that I love ur stores and prices and the most important thing( WELCOME TO DD's)

I'll admit, some items are cheap, BUT, on that rare occasion where you get lucky...you will find amazing deals! I purchased some hard to find twilight tote bags here today. So worth it!!!!
Awesome!!!! Got my patio rug, pillows, planters, and tableware for 100$!

Full of discounts.. I bought one pair of shoes for $4. There is a little issue with the quality of some of the products. But overall, it was a good experience. Staff is very polite and have smiles on their faces. I will recommend this place if you are a shopaholic.

Recently purchased some items from Dd's. Cashier forgot to remove the merchandise alarm off of the item, as I was leaving the store the alarm went off. Security checked me and the items, and told me everything was good and I could leave. I am crazy busy trying to wrap the gift for a birthday present and the censor was still attached. So I had to drive far to Dd's and explained what happened. I showed my receipt and I asked for compensation for having to return to get the censor removed. All I asked for was a gift bag to put the item in and they told me no that sometimes this happens. I feel that Dd's really should have better customer service skills, especially when it was there mistake.

I decided to go try and check this place out for the first time today, and unfortunately it was one of those wrong place wrong time,
I was approached by the worker and told they called cops because they saw me stealing with a gentlemen who was in the store as well, (whom I did see acting strangely, and noticed a worker notice it as well)
But yet she came to me accusing me of being with this man i only seen when we both walked in the store.
Sadly I will not be back to try checking it out again.

The employees and management are very rude. when i asked to drink water from the fountain near the bathroom i was told it was not operational. so i waited for someone to come out of the bathroom and went to drink water. the fountain worked perfectly fine. i feel a victim to sexism and racism. i have seen that employee let in multiple white,black & asian females into the restroom area but when i approached and asked to enter i was told no because it didn’t work. i will be spreading the word about this and sharing my review and terrible experience all over the internet.

My caregiver has bought me pantsuit there for $10:a piece and I'll tell ya they are very nice and sturdy to wear. She likes to shop there often and gets good deals. I haven't gone yet cuz I have problems walking right now. Plan to in the near future.

The bathroom is dirty as hell ...my daughter had to go the bathroom so bad and soi dropped her off. I was coming in .the lady was rude to her would not let her use the bathroom. I came in and she still wouldn't let us go in said someone was in there. The lady came out. I had to get her attention.there was 2 stalls no reason we could not have went in. Very sad Very sad being we have spent a lot of money here but won't be coming back

I went here to do a quick exchange. The night manager was so rude amongst other things,. She made an oveheard announcement at 9:30 that "the store is now closed and you will not be cashed out. You can come another day" I immediatly went to the counter within 30 secs to try to pay.She told her cashiers not to cash me out when the 2 others customers will still customers were paying for their stuff. She said thiz om front of me and other customers. I had 2 items to buy and 1 exchange. The cashiers were willing to help me but she told them "its my decision an dOnt cash her out" i felt angry, embrresed and horrified at how I was treat. I am goin to reach out to the cooperate office and wherever I came because I feel this lady racially profiled me and targeted me. I was not even 1 minute late after 9:30pm. She spoke down to me in front of other customers and the staff. She also indicated that the announcement she made was directed towards me. I hope she is dealt with accordingly and this woman should not be working here and definetly not as a night manager.

Cute cheap clothes. Some times you'll find name brand but if not the quality is very cheapest made so clothes don't last long. The Elkhorn location is always very dirty and clothes are all over. You get what you pay for.

I like this store, although it's not completely different from others I've visited. The staff are always welcoming, and there's never (during my visits) been clothes, shoes, & toys all over & out of place. They appear to take pride in their store.

Customer service is sooo rude! I walked in at 11am. One shirt to return. No one in the purchuse line. 2 associates behind the counter. One Was ringing up a customer with over 40 pieces of clothing. The other putting away hangers. Then 2 purchase customers get in line and the one putting away hangers clearly sees me in line but calls up the two purchase customers. Then when I ask why she is not helping me she says " the other girl will help you when she is done" so I ask for a manager... Then she said " I will help you then" Umm what?? No. Hire people that want to work and do better Dds
