This is not about this particular location , but prices. This tiny chocolate croissant is almost $5. Costco has huge 12 croissants (plain) for $6. Lattes are very sugary and too sweet. The employees are friendly whenever I stop by in drive thru or in-store.

Same as any other Starbucks. Good quality, but too expensive. It's not that I don't know the value of good coffee. (I worked for Starbucks for ten years!) It's just that I don't think Starbucks knows the value of the dollar anymore. Corporate seems out of touch.

Still, I can't fault this location in particular. The employees do a great job and they don't set the prices anyway. I hope corporate improves pricing without taking it out on the employees.

I probably won't be coming back to any Starbucks without a gift card.

And what did I see on the screen? Again absolutely everything is wrong! from the size of the coffee to the type I want, as well as cold instead of hot. I came across the most incompetent employee in the entire history of my purchases. I'm disappointed. I just wanted to drink my coffee. Perhaps I'll look for another place. I won't come back here again

Wasnt in the mood for cooffee so asked for water. Waited around 15 minutes and nobody cared to ask why or what im waiting for. When i asked the girl again for the water, she filled a cup and rudely put it away the furthest possible from me. Had to bend over the counter to get it. An older person or a child would not possibly be able to pick it up. Place was not busy at all, plenty of employees. Careless, rude staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ordered online my drink and when stopped by to pick up the doors were closed and we had to pick up our drink from drive thru. When I asked why the doors were closed, the employee said "it's the time of the evening". We waited in drive thru more than 20 minutes for a mobile order that had already been places way prior.

I'm a regular @Starbucks. Most employees know my special drink. Spent over 1000 + since the store opened
This one manager has intimated me. First it was bring my drink to my car. after stuttering and changing what she was first saying Like this is begging tobe an issue. Instead will get your drink correct. 5 mochas purchased in freezer or thrown out made incorrectly by Starbucks. I still paid for them too. It was like 10+ made wrong that's 70 + bucks . No making it right. Instead told to taste them by this manager @thr drive through window. Unfair.... If your drink is incorrect. You should be able to bring it in. Weather today or tomorrow. When not drank and frozen. What happened to customers being always right ..

This Starbucks is usually very good even on busy days because I had a friend work who used to work here. I spent $21 this morning and was very disappointed because my coffee tastes like water and my friends coffee was also wattery. Morning crew is awesome. They always have a smile on their faces. This includes drive-through. Some advice make sure you use the Starbucks app to get points for food and drinks. If in the am, order at least 10-15 min prior to getting there.

Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with the cashier. I needed help finding a drink to fit my dietary restrictions and the cashier was very unhelpful. I ended up leaving without a drink because the cashier didn't help me. I always ask for help when ordering at Starbucks and I ALWAYS go inside because of this reason. There was no line and nobody in front of me so it wasn't too busy for the girl to not take the time to help me find a drink. I'm very disappointed.

Super, super busy, and the staff hamdled it like pros. 7+ cars in the drive thru, mobile orders, and 10-15 people in store. Ypu didn't see them sweat. They worked as a unit with good communication and a ready smile. I would not have been so gracious.

Drinks were decent despite them not making them as ordered but the customer service was absolutely horrible. The person at the window was rude and accused me of lying about receiving my drink (in the drive through). She looked at me and said (did you need something) and I said (yea my drink) and she was like (I already gave it to you) with heavy attitude, mind you. I said (no you didn't). And she argued back that she did. Then her co worker gave her my drink to give me as it was being corrected. Also the other drink I ordered was made incorrectly as well....it tasted fine but it was not what I ordered. Was not going back because they were rude as hell. Go to a different location if you want better customer service and to get what you actually ordered.

My business partner and I, went there to sit down with our two laptops and talk a little business. My business partner ordered a coffee and we proceeded to talk a little business for 15 minutes then the manager informed us that they were closing down the sit-in area and kicked everyone out. They didn't tell us how long it will be closed and to me it appeared that they were just doing it to keep people out.
No keep in mind my business partner did order a coffee and we were only there a total of fifteen minutes and only occupied one small table off to the side.
No notes posted prior to this happening and no notification that this was going to happen while we were getting set up.
Became a total waste of time and terrible experience

Definitely one of the best starbucks in the area. Their staff is nice and rarely if ever mess up my drinks. The music in the lobby also isn't too loud or obnoxious making it perfect for studying or meeting with friends. Also the bathroom and lobby are very clean.

I get my drink made the same way every day, I probably spend thousands of dollars on Starbucks Per year lol,I find that this Starbucks is not as customer centric as its counterparts, "Bre" The manager Was not able to simply assist me nor do I think she understood what I was saying. I don't want to have to fight to get my coffee every morning before work. If anything is a rule or standard it should be applied across all employees to limit confusion. Consider your time and your morning peace when visiting this Starbucks location. You may wish to make another selection if you expect your coffee on time and your peace intact.

I've never had any major problems with this location, but today I received an order (delivered) with 3 good items that are supposed to come heated up, and all 3 were cold. Not just as if they cooled down, they were never heated up on the first place, just taken out of their wrappers and put in bags. There were also 2 cold drinks missing but didn't give the delivery driver any other options to give us, didn't even tell the driver, just wrote a note on one of the food item bags that they were out. It's just a very disappointing experience.

Honestly, I really like Starbucks and my all time fav drink is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I got my drink from here, however it wasn’t as sweet as it’s supposed to be. I also got a Dragon Drink Lemonade for my little brother and that was fine.

Staff is amazing. It was crazy busy, super long line in drive-thru and in lobby. But all the team members were super nice, they were never upset with anyone and were working extremely hard to get everyone’s drinks quickly. One of the worse locations ever. I used to like this location. But they are lazy, rud, and really are screwing up. They close when they want to, not by work hours they state. They had hours written for the specific days and taped on the door. I came with in the hours stated and found there drive thru and walk-in closed, happen many times. They don't take mobile ordering anymore for this location. They close randomly at any time, when ever they feel like going home. I Came with others on Sunday at 4:30pm and they where closed, sign said they are open that specific day till 9:30pm. The 5 Employees ignored me when I asked why they are closed..... There is dutch bros on antelope and walerga, better to go there.
