Went to the photo center to pick up some photos I ordered. When I got there they couldn’t find my order. It seemed like another employee printed it out but never put it in an envelope and packaged it correctly with the receipt and everything. I felt bad for the employee who had to pick up their mess.

So, I had to wait like 10-20min for the employee who was helping me to figure it out and reprint my item. But MAN imagine if it was a Karen instead of me. Omfg…well anyway thanks for helping me Alex.

Also while I was here I saw an employee pulling a cart while looking at Snapchat HAHAHA.

When I'm home, I go to this Walmart for my oil change. I've never had any issues.
Apparently they do appointments now, and I didn't know this.
I get here at 6:50 am and I get signed in

An hour later, I return. I was informed that it could take 2 hrs. No one verbally mentioned that to me, service guy said that it's on your paper work. Who looks and reads the fine print?

2 + hrs later, I go outside to ask them how long? They hadn't even started on it, and no communication whatsoever. I was the second vehicle in the bay. 4-6 vehicles have come and gone. Apparently they do not understand that you can not get someone signed in, then just not get them taken care of.

My recent Walmart visit was just okay, so I'm giving it three stars. They had a fair selection, and I found most items on my list, but some shelves were picked over. The store was generally clean, but the aisles were a bit cramped, making it tricky to move around comfortably. The staff were polite but not especially attentive or helpful, and checkout took longer than expected. Overall, it was an average experience—not terrible, but nothing special.

A lot of items are always out of stock. Too many shady looking people walking around outside. Online pickup spots are always taken by inside shoppers or instacart or other delivery drivers waiting for orders to be placed. They just take up the spots all day for nothing. I went to this Walmart store to send some money to my great grandson and it was amazingly fast !!! The person who helped me was AWESOME!!! IT was my first time and I didn't know just exactly how to do this !!! I didn't know that you had to have a bill or a photo ID with your current address on it !!! I didn't have either!!! But I was told that they would hold my spot for me until I could get one or the other back to them !!! AND they held my spot for me until I could get back!!! Myeshia got me back in when I got back!!! She had an AWESOME attitude and I was in and out in no time!!! Actually every staff member there was great!!! AND I thank you for your time, patience, and service!!! HOPE EVERYONE HAS A WONDERFUL DAY!!!!

Little to no service the workers don't pay attention to when there phone is ringing for a customer to ask a question about a product or check on a order they would have to come in person some of the workers at this location should get eathier fired or a least sighted by there boss for not paying enough attention truely hope they get there working statics in order for customers to have more respect towards the workers

Non-English-speaking reps work here now apparently- asking for assistance to get a few things behind the glass and all the reps that walked by acted like they don't or can't speak English - Idk why the hiring of this kind of people is tolerated let alone permitted. I go to about three Walmart locations. Men's clothing prices are very fair, the food choices are a little limited
They have fishing tackle which is also limited but convenient. A food items are priced about right but it's not a real supermarket not quite enough items. Bakery items especially donuts are excellent and priced Right

The cashier charged me for my bill and the lady ahead of me in line which I didn't realize until I got home and looked at the receipt. So I ended up paying for her purchases and mine on my debit card. Horrible experience! Scanners!

Very convenient being in the neighborhood. But the store is always super busy the lines are very long at checkout. And the store won't open additional checkout lines. For the most part customer service very rude here, you will never get an excuse me a pardon me or thank you.

This is one of the LARGEST Walmart stores that I have ever been to. It's nicely stocked with more items to choose from compared to a regular Walmart. It's well staffed and now it has NO SELF CHECKOUT registers. Back to Cashiers and there's lots of them. Surprise. Come see. You will like it

So I had to go to Walmart to get some non-skid shoes for my son. I was able to accomplish that task, although no employee in the area ever asked us if we needed help. That being said this Walmart has stationed at its entrance some private armed security force that alleges to be international, which is hilarious. They wear army green and the back of their car has in God we trust plastered across it. They don't have the power to arrest anybody so I don't exactly know what they're doing there except to brandish weapons and create a show of force. When we left, they were joined by several sheriffs vehicles and officers. No one appeared to be detained so I have no idea why so many armed men were required at the Walmart entrance. I'll suggest that if there's a shoplifting issue that it does not require that level of armed force. Honestly the whole thing was offensive and gross and I will not go back. If it's supposed to make me feel more secure as a shopper it had the opposite effect.

I just wanted to shout out the really cute manager that helped me out last night. He probably doesn't want me to say his name so I'll call him Captain America! Thank you! He was running around everywhere being the only manager there and was trying to help everyone and still had time to help me find some stuff! Shame on this walmart for making him do all that alone, he looked so stressed out. I can't believe how short staffed you guys are in the middle of the week! But luckily Captain America saved the day!

Awful experience during my recent visit to this place. I had not shopped at this store in at least three years and it seems like Walmart is getting worse and worse every day. Shoppers, please review your receipt and pay attention if the cashier is ringing your items at the right price. I got charged the full price amount for an item that was on clearance. After I realized the overcharge, it was a real headache getting a price correction or my money reimbursed. At least 4 people got involved in a transaction that should had been something really simple: the cashier, the store manager, an associate verifying the price tag and a customer service rep making the price correction who at the end was trying to issue a gift card that I didn’t request instead of issuing a refund. This was ridiculous. Another terrible experience was the 20 minute wait time for an associate to help me get a tool from a locked glass box. Walmart now keeps everything inside locked shelves making it impossible for paying customers to help ourselves, especially when there’s no workers around to assist with all these inconveniences. Lastly but not least, I noticed that the worker at the exit door checking shopping receipts did not stop two other customers ahead of me to check their shopping carts or their receipts but she did stop me to check my shopping cart and my receipt and I wonder why? When I passed the checkpoint I turned my head back to see if she was also checking the customers behind me but she wasn’t. She just smiled at them without checking their cart or their receipt. What is going on with these Walmart workers? I think this is racism or some sort of discrimination as I noticed the woman did not check the receipts of those customers who looked caucasian or similar to her race. Not coming back to this store ever again!

I just left this Walmart. And the lady’s that was working in the self checkout had no good customer service. They were on there phones. And I asked for help cause they needed to take my meds out of the counter. She didn’t smile or greet me. I wish I would had gotten there names because I do write good reviews and bad one . And do report people. I’m a caregiver and I had to go to the store for my client. I’m not from around here but if I had to go back for my client I will get get there names that had no good customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My daughter went to get store credit for some of my items big mistake this Walmart got over on me for $30.00 gave my daughter a card that was not activated and try and blame the issue on us. Long story short we are out $30.00 and could not be compensated they claimed they could see the numbers on the gift card and out of the 3 gift cards they gave us one was not activated and is supposedly not even the card they gave us. But did not let us see the cameras just like they did. But when a thief steals they can see themselves on the camera stealing! Why could they not show us the cameras? At least I would be proven wrong and the situation would be justified! Instead I get talked down to like I’m stupid. No way my daughter and I are wrong we were just treated like we were but not proven wrong. Nothing was resolved and Walmart got over on me for $30.00 I shopped so much at this store have spent so much money I am not a thief and have no reason to lie, but someone is lying and I want my $30 back. Who do I have to call and speak to about making this right?

If you ask any of the employees where something is in their store they have to look it app on your phone and if you use a mobility scooter like I do they want your Driver's license and then you getting your grocery shopping done you go to go out to your car and they stop you at door and want you to unload your groceries in to cart then wheel it out to your car that is not right..

This place is impossible. I waited over 10 minutes for somebody to help me to get shampoo. Because it's locked up and when someone finally did. I had to chase them down to find them.
To get them to helped me and when they finally did. They told me that they would be at the checkout with my shampoo. So I literally waited over 20 minutes. At the checkout finally said. Forget it and left without shampoo. The whole reason I came. This place is.
