The staff here is wonderful! They are welcoming and helpful (when approached with questions). I felt very comfortable shopping here, the store is very spacious. They have shopping carts (which totally encouraged me to fill it 'til I couldn't fit anymore in it)! They package everything with care for safe travel. I drove over an hour to visit this store and it was absolutely worth it. They have great quality products and beautiful vessels. (Update) John is absolutely amazing! 😃

I've been coming here for decades (off and on). Didn't think it would be back after COVID but SO glad it did! The downside, as it is with everything, is that it's no longer an "outlet" or bargain priced facility. I often find similar candles the same or much cheaper outside of their store. So I hit up my dollar stores (and Walmart and target if I got time) then head over. I miss the days when buying a case for 10% off made sense. I don't go as often. Selection has tapered off severely and there seems less artistic merchandise contributions than before. The people are still lovely, however, so I'll return as my money allows. The people are my favorite part of this store.

I’m jot sure if you can see it on the picture attached but these jars have ripples on them. They’re very lumpy for some reason. I have been having issues with my labels sticking flush to the jars and this is the reason. I thought it was only on the white matte Havana jars but it’s on the Amber and blush Havana jars as well. Can’t sell my candles like this. General Wax please help. I haven’t heard back from customer service yet.

Great selection of candle making supplies and friendly staff. The store has come a long way since I first visited them in 2018. They have a large selection of ready-made candles for all holidays and special occasions. They also have a pretty decent candle class for beginners. They're definitely worth visiting, so stop on by when you get a chance and help support our local businesses at the same time.

I could never get ahold of a manager, and that says alot on how things are being run there. Also when it comes to their shipping, it's just the worst. Its just extremely frustrating! The customer service rep was very helpful and I appreciate her patience with me. But sometime a manager is needed and prefered to speak to someone above. I will not be continuing my business here.

Great place doesn't look like much from outside. Very friendly staff they have a huge selection of candles you could buy in bulk or single. Prices are not that bad and they take cards or cash. No checks. They also have where you can make your own candles and you can scent them yourself. This is also available in single or bulk.

I love it here, although I was surprised at the pricing of the beeswax candles given this IS wholesale distributor. Albeit it does take something like 5 pounds of bee's stuff to make 1 pounds of their candle wax and some rediculous amount of time involved. I was sent by a family member to get some in relation to Catholicism, I would like to know how they relate to each other. Should probably ask that family member. :) Anywho, I feel horrible I can't remember the name of the man who helped me but he was great. He said usually he works across the street and helps influence the creative process, which I thought was pretty cool. Will def be going back!! 🕯💟🐇🌈⛪

I have been buying bulk candles from this company for over a decade. Always quality products and service. You just cannot find a better deal. (Forget Pottery Barn and absolutely don't go near IKEA's candles - made in Vietnam.)

I'm very good at crafts that are aimed at children - not so great with the more advanced ones. I had some friends over at the holidays and we made besswax candles. It was great fun - you can roll it, smush, and the smell is always lovely. Of course I got my supplies [wicks too] from General Wax and Candle!
