This Hello Kitty store is awesome! One of the best I've seen around the world! Inside you will find so much Hello Kitty merch! Everything from t shirts, magnets, leather key chains, backpacks and so much more!

This store is located inside Universal Studios, so you do need a ticket to enter! It is located right near the entrance, so you can't miss it!

Great place and food items, my daughter's really enjoyed their drinks...but I have to say that unfortunately they need new staff members. It was my daughter's birthday and we bought her and the fam a drink since she's a big HK fan. My daughter wanted a to-go baggie since it had the characters on it so I asked an employee if I could have one, since I made a purchase. She looked over to another coworker who was very rude and refused to give me one. Then I offered to buy the baggie instead, since they didn't wanna give me one with my order and once again she very rudely refused to let me buy it and told me I had to purchase a pastry to get one.

I understand you might have your rules and all, but there's ways to talk to people and still comply with your rules. Not to mention, why lose a customer for a $0.25 baggie?

I miss the days when customer service and satisfaction was a priority. This review could've been a great one if employees practiced great customer service and remembered its customers who contribute to the success of every business.

I'd honestly like to see a bigger variety of Sanrio items. In the year we've been coming, we rarely see new items. This store is also connected to the one behind it which has lots of cartoon based merchandise, ie Trolls, Minions.

I bought this bracelet last month in May 2024 and it looked really nice but the second I wore it, it faded. It’s a super cheap product and they definitely charge a good amount.

Have a family member that loves hello kitty? Well this is the place AND there is custom engraving as well for a good portion of their products. Only downside is that you have to buy a ticket in order to get into the store as it is not in city walk

Cute store with amazing merchandise. Despite its overall small and condensed structure it manages to fit a whole ton of different types of Sanrio merchandise. I recommend coming here

The store on the inside of the park and on city walk are cute but small. The one inside is just a small section/room and then other areas are things they sell with other characters/themes not related to Sanrio. The one on city walk is a bit bigger and has more but still not a huge selection of things. I thought it looked bigger from the outside. The staff in both stores were very nice though. I also went to the cafe and bought a cookie and a lemonade. When I went to pick it up at the window they just gave me the cookie in the plastic wrapper it came in. I asked for the small cute bag for the cookie so I didn’t have to shove it in my purse and they were rude and literally refused to give me one but then offered me a HUGE plain white one instead. I declined. That made no sense….

Als Hello Kitty Fan ist das wie ein Traum, der in Erfüllung geht : Einmal im Leben Hello Kitty umarmen und ein Foto mit ihr machen. 😍 Diesen Moment werde ich nie vergessen. 💗

Der Shop war vergleichsweise zu den Universal Studios in Orlando klein. Dort war mehr Auswahl, dennoch bin ich fündig geworden. 😆
Die Artikel sind hochpreisig, aber auch nur dort erhältlich.

I loved this store so much! Such a treasure trove of all things Sanrio. Additionally, the quality is great! I do miss the old Sanrio store though from back in the late 90's. The quality of the items from there back then is incomparable! I still have photo albums from 98 that are still as good as new.

I heard they were slowly doing away with Hello Kitty and Sanrio at this Universal location. I hope they don't! I would love to be able to take my daughter here before that time comes! It's so hard to find actual, physical shops you can go to and shop for Hello Kitty and Sanrio exclusively. Usually you're hunting for those specific items amongst a sea of countless other unrelated toys and you're lucky if you can find a couple.

Erstaunlicherweise war der Laden nicht so groß und die Auswahl nicht so riesig, wie ich vermutet hatte.
Trotzdem dürften Fans fündig werden und es gibt natürlich schon eine Menge Artikel zu Preisen, die gerade noch akzeptabel sind.
Niedlich eingerichtet und blitzsauber.

The store is nice and all I would’ve gave it a 5 star rating but for some reason in my personal experiences the male staff are always rude. I got yelled at to move by one of the staff while waiting in line because I was blocking something I wasn’t supposed to without knowing. Could’ve asked nicer but it’s whatever.
