I usually like Ross but this branch is terrible! as soon as you walk in they want you to put your bag in the front while everybody inside carry in a bag, whether it's handbag or a Backpack, Everybody got something, so why do I need to leave my very important backpack laptop and important Documents in the front when others aren't doing the same? and I just been to a different Ross yesterday and nobody asked me to put my bag in the front. They also Dont care when they have a huge line and don't open another register while it is very visible that many employees don't do anything. Just don't go to this branch it's terrible.

So me and my friend move to a new house in the area and we thought about going to Ross to do some shopping‘s to the new home Ross in general is a great place to do shopping for home and some things for a cheap price that you can find only Ross . The people that work in there are nice and willing to help with any situation. The reason for four stars it’s only because they have only one thing annoying that you can’t go out to your car with the shopping cart like really? If you buy in Ross for $900, this is four full shopping carts .
I went to the car back-and-forth three times they got to do something like that .

Regular as any other the only good thing is that it's next to a burlington and a target as well as food places,Very convenient and lots of parking but no shade so be prepared to get out and enter your 100°+ car interior

Yikes on bikes! This place has little to no associate support. I was getting a whole new wardrobe for the new year. I filled my cart with full-price goodies and was ready to check out when I noticed that the line went all the way to the dressing rooms. I abandoned my cart immediately. Apparently there was some sort of clearance sale, which is fine, but I was not willing to wait with a massive line of overflowing carts. It’s irritating because they knew they’d be having this sale and it just seems like they didn’t plan ahead for the volume of people that would be here. I was really excited about my new things, but the mess of the store and the line was just too much and truly ruined my shopping experience. I left with nothing.

This place has the best customer service they had two" Edgars " follow me and ask me if I needed help after I said I was cool they pulled their ninja moves and we're sneaking around and making sure that you know that everything was cool with me because I don't know that's what they do you know the Edgar types the ones that go to the gym and take pictures of themselves and send them to each other so I felt really safe there too

I unfortunately had a really bad experience at this Ross. I come to this location a lot, so it was very upsetting. The cashier threw into the bag multiple glass items that I was purchasing without wrapping them. When I proceeded to tell her to be careful, and if I could have more wrapping paper, she was very rude! I had to take out everything out of my bags and wrap the items myself! I have now noticed that one of my items was broken. She was wearing clear eyeglasses.

Whatever chunky dark haired girl you had at the fitting rooms today was rude and creepy and I'm not comfortable being harassed by people who don't know how to do their jobs. Would love an explanation for why she's was staring me down in an extremely threatening manner and started screaming at me for putting a sheet set in the cart I was using. No hate to the cashiers but the security guards there are so annoying and they discriminate based on age and race. I have been coming to this Ross since they opened and I have already had so many problems with this store because of my age and race. I come in with my sister to return and buy some new clothes and out of no where I see the woman security with light brown hair start following me and my sister. I didn’t think anything of it because I thought they were following this other lady who was being really suspicious and looked like she was stealing. I finally figured out they were following us because I started taking off the hangers from our clothes so it’s easier to checkout and I over hear the security lady say on her microphone “They just took off all the hangers from their clothes” like what? The Ross cashier always tell you to do that before you come to the register and now im getting in trouble for it. The security lady was literally the age of us, our 20s. The black manger was the one that’s started the suspicion and the chase. It sucks that this is the closest Ross to us and we always end up having an issue. The black manger and the security lady followed us all the way to the exit. The black manger was even pretending that he was fixing the shoes like I know that isn’t your job. If they had something to say they should have confronted us and if they’re gonna be following someone, at least don’t be so obvious about it. Corporate will be hearing about this incident and other incidents as well. This is ageism and racism. This happened on January 16, 2024 at 2:30pm.

OK this location of Ross Dress for Less is one of the best I’ve been. They have so many stuff in the great prices. They literally have everything the line in there. It’s a little bit long but it’s worth it. I highly recommend for people to go to the specific location because there’s no way you will go out without a few bags full of stuff. There is a lots of parking areas for free super close to the store. They have also great customer service at the store organized great that you can see every section.
