I like this place, the guys are helpful, the staff, but the music is loud, but it didn't bother me

i used to love this starbucks but in our last two visits they are messing up our orders! first they messed up a drink and made it with caffeine when we requested without, and we were in a rush so couldn’t stop. Next they didn’t put bacon in a bacon egg and cheese sandwich🤦‍♀️i know they’re only human but it’s quite irritating

This is a pretty good location especially when it isn’t busy. Everyone is friendly here. During the evening, it is less busy but in the mornings and afternoon, there is usually a line. I would suggest to get your order from the app. They haven’t messed up on my order, and once there was a hair in my drink and they immediately made me a new one.

I always go here with my sister and kids. Its our favorite spot and every time we go, we tend to encounter really pleasant and happy staff. Treat others the way you wish to be treated I say lol. Anyways we got there and there was a line, but it moved rather quickly and was painless. The staff got our order right and repeated everything back to verify everything was in order. I ordered a hot drink, my sister ordered a cold drink, and we got sandwiches, cookies and cakepops for the kids with drinks they like. Thank you everyone for your great service and never making my experience a bad one.

I am not from the area but I have been traveling for work and this is by far one of my favorite Starbucks. The staff is amazing and so sweet. They go above and beyond. They are the best! Thank you all for the wonderful work you all do! And thank you for helping me find my hard to find cup(the studded ombré pink one)! Forever grateful for this location!

I've been to many Starbucks in my day and live equidistant between four, yet come back to this one again and again for good reason; The staff is incredibly friendly and their drinks NEVER miss. Plus this location has beautiful windows all around and a bustling sense of community. Best Starbucks I've ever been to, the others pale in comparison.

Your typical Starbucks - super friendly, over caffeinated staff always willing to go the extra mile to make your coffee beverage exactly to your liking, BUT with the addition of a huge parking lot, and an outdoor patio section with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and couches. Also places/power outlets to charge your devices everywhere 👍👍

I didn't get any food, but the place was very calm. Ran and ordered a frozen drink. When I came out of the restroom, my drink was ready, and I was on my way. It was fater than a drive thru!

I ordered a medium caramel frap with soy milk as a Friday treat for myself and the ice was NOT blended. The good thing though was that the person made too much and I had two cups of it.

This place was a life saver. I went to four Starbucks—no plugs. I was completely razzled and rushing. One of the baristas noticed, helped me find the plugs, took my order, and delivered it to me after seeing how much I was scrambling to get my work done. He was awesome! Saved the day and it felt like he saved my life. That was customer service on another level. Right when I needed it most. I wish I had gotten his name. I thank him so much!

Decided to visit this location and employee by the name of Aaron seem to be very un aware of customers entering into the Starbucks to be served I entered into the Starbucks and this young man instantly walked away and start giggling and laughing with his other coworkers as if there was no one to be helped I didn't take it personal but customers are always first and right he seemed to not want to help me. So this is the reason for my rating.

Ordered bakery, cashier did not tell me they didn't have it. I found out after getting tired of waiting for my order.

The cashier told me she didn't charge for the item so I decided to order something else. While I was waiting for that to be ready, I reviewed the app and she did charge me for it. So I waited a 3rd time for a refund.

I'm leaving the bad review because she not only didn't communicate appropriately but flat out lied.

It was a little busy the barriste didn't acknowledge my daughter and weren't the happy spirit I remembered from other Starbucks. Parking is a mess and they only allow 20 min parking? It is a very busy place.

This location is disappointing. I asked for a matcha latte and they gave me a chai latte. I didn’t mind that they gave me the wrong order because I know it’s sometimes hard to hear (especially with masks) point is, I was willing to take the chai latte as long as there is no cinnamon (because i’m allergic) and when I asked the cashier if the chai latte had cinnamon she said no. Before leaving I looked it up on my phone and chai does have cinnamon, which is so reckless on their part. I then got out of my car to ask for a matcha latte instead and that same cashier was so rude and did not want to help me, she asked someone else to help me. mind you, I was trying to be as polite as possible. I know it’s difficult to work in fast food restaurants especially if it’s a Starbucks but there was no need for her to be so mean especially if i’m trying to be as accommodating as I can.
