I do not go here that often for a reason they are rude.
They do not honor their specials.
Today I went in and all over the store they are advertising buy 2 monster energy drinks and get one free.
They say the advertisement is old.
They need to retrain their workers on customer service.
I will never go here again and I will tell all of my workers that go to get coffee and snacks in the morning not to either.
I will contact their corporate office and consumer affairs.

What do i got to say about this 711 well its close to my house its convenient the workers are not just hindu they are other races but the point is that they understand what you are saying that 711 is always clean and stocked i have never had a problem with any of the products specially beer on them packed fridays or saturdays if anything be alert of the police they are very fond of that 711 no bumbs around good environment and safe so i recommend this 711 to you new guys that just moved in the block thanks

Very big store with lots of selections, clean on the inside. Outside there are lots of people camping in the landscaping areas and on the outside. However, the management is poor and has lots of flaws in their operation. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you could help it, better off going elsewhere.

3 out of 6 days a week I regularly stop in not for my regular coffee and donut or banana, but for the morning friendship that employee Jarnail Singh has with ALL of those that dread standing deep in line while those in front of us play the lotto while we sip away. So I'm happy to be a part of the 7-11 morning crew. I've been treated by Singhfor a few years now and I can say that he alone makes this neighborhood a better place. He should be a manager that all of your employees have to train with.

The evening staff is nice, but their register system never seems to work and product boxes are always lining the floors. Overall, I see no reason to come back.

The customer service is very poor. I called and asked if they have flu medication for night time. He just says No! And hung up on me, while I was saying thank you. So rude!! I will never ever go here again.

My request to all new person come from india and other country pls don’t work to this 7/11.Because owner of this 7/11 is not good. He don’t give the sallery to many employees take work from them like one or two month.when they go to take sallery the owner abuse with them&his lady manager fight with them to put a case of harassment.i have lots of proof aginst this owner.he said to you i will put your fake id don’t worry you are gud.i can handle your sallery after one week sallery in your account but after one or two week when you will go to take sallery the same thing happen with you.All in all pls my brothers save yourself from this person
