Me: orders one 5 layer burrito grilled
TB Member: “okay so one 5 layer burrito”
Me: “yes, but could you grill it?”
TB Member: “yes! Any sauce?”
Me: “just hot, please”

Taco Bell has its own taste that is present on each item. Predictable and reliable. The only thing that changes (for me) is the way it's presented...hard shell, soft shell, flat shell plus hot sauce. It's always Taco Bell. Not to be confused with a store front, sit down restaurant.

Terrible customer service. Was waiting for my order to be taken at the register. The cashier kept turning their back at me. There was no one else in the store. I went to the drive thru tonight 5/25/24 at around 10pm. After placing the order, my fiancé asks if they have a specific item in which he responds, “is that it?” She asks again, he responds “is that it?” So I asked and he goes, “you can look on the menu.” Like was it so difficult to say yes or no? I got heated, and drove off. I don’t need rudeness for a microwaved meal. Horrible experience. Never again.

7 out of 10 orders will be messed up. The one and only reason THEY DON'T LISTEN! I don't understand, when they talk to me and ask questions, where the hell their attention is? If your mind is somewhere else, then you be there to. Here is another tip for working in customer service. LEARN AT LEAST BASIC ENGLISH! Ordinary customers are not psychics to put what they want in your head remotely. They TALK/SPEAK and it's your job and duty to 100% understand them. If you can't, then leave. How you mess up "Absolutely no spicy with double spicy? I'll answer myself, "def ear and indifference" = I don't care. Like the old saying said, "fish rotten from head." Company and managers in the role of head. The End!

Sister and I went to Taco Bell a few times around 10pm It is the worst customer service. The food they serve is cold. Had a hard shell Taco supreme and Supreme burrito!! Food was so cold that I Right AWAY FELT SICK. I threw up the Ground beef n everything else, felt sick 2 day, couldn't stop throwing. Second time eating at this place i've got sick. NEVER AGAIN!! The food was ok, how ever the staff looked like they were bothered by people coming in the took the order as if they were doing me a favor (I guess they were having a bad day).....update.......I have been to this location again today.....the place was packed with people waiting for their food....it took over 15 minutes to get my meal . . .and the kitchen area was full of employees so I am not sure why......

Guy at the register was rude and had no common curiosity. The place wasn't busy at all and they still managed to not give me my complete order. The taco supreme that they gave me was poorly made. Check your order before leaving cause they don't seem to care about the service or the quality of the food but they did ask me to drive back and pull forward again to help them keep up with their order time...

Zero star. 10-item order from mobile app, 2 missing items, 3 wrong (got regular doritos but ordered flaming hot), mtn dew not carbonated, beefy burrito with barely any beef, chicken quesadilla with 6pcs small chunk of chicken for the whole quesadilla. went back initially thinking only 1 was missing, manager advised to go back in queue to get missing item. Note that original order was hand-delivered by an employee that had to go out of the store to give it to me but can't do that for the missing item??? Avoid this location especially if you have more than 2 or 3 items order. No quality control.

It’s Taco Bell, all the food taste the same at each location so the review isn’t really about that. It’s more about the service and level of care that employees have. This location is decent. When you call nobody ever answers the phone I went to the dining room area at approximately 7:00 pm and the front doors were locked even though I could see employees inside. If the dining room closes at 7:00 that should be stated somewhere on the door so that people don't walk up assuming that they can get food through the dining area around 7:00. Super lame
