This is a cute little spot and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I told my little there for the first time and it was fun and a success. He got the fresh strawberry froyo with m&m, white chocolate chips and caramel cups. I got the Madagascar vanilla bean mixed with the cheesecake froyo topped with m&M's, white chips and Reese candy bits. Everything was delicious and it was quite with the exceptions of a few other customers that were in and out. All in all first experience was great and very chill. Would recommend for anyone who wants some quick froyo on the go or even to sit inside for a moment, to go and enjoy. They also have outside seating too, but it was a bit windy today so we did not sit outside. Just a side note, that it is located inside a shopping center with other eateries surrounding and a Ralph's.

My sister and I visited the Yogurtland store at 10933 Mongolian Blvd, North Hollywood. When we asked to use the bathroom, the server informed us that it was locked and unavailable. She was very disrespectful and laughed at us. When we asked her why she was laughing and requested her name, she ignored us and went to the back. The manager, whose name we found on the receipt as Miramp 315, came to take our order and initially seemed unwilling to help. However, as soon as we took a picture of the store, she allowed us to use the bathroom. I can't believe this kind of service still exists. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had.

Since last week the yoghurt is very runny. Not frozen at all and the counters are not cleaned and they are not good in filling up if they are out for example of the chocolate sauces or other things. Even the restroom didn’t have any toilet paper anymore. I mean I don’t know but it’s a small store. Can’t be that difficult to make sure everything is clean and filled up for the costumers.
But yeah since days it has been just waist of money because the yogurt is just like liquid after couple minutes. I think they have problems with there cooling machine or something

This location for some reason doesn't offer samples to try any flavors... This is par for the course for any yoghurt/ice cream joint worth their salt. You also can't grab your own toppings and instead have the workers grumble through that process slowly which inevitably causes a slow line even with only a few people in the place. There are much better options nearby

I ordered through Uber and I didn't get the yogurt I wanted, when I called the place to complain the guy spoke very nicely and it made me relax a little and understand that mistakes happen.

Beware homeless people freely walking taking yogurt without paying. Staff don't care but don't realize there is a major sanitary issue.

I’m not sure what is going on with this location. Poor management? Lack of staff? Etc. On several trips there have been inoperable machines or unavailable flavors that are indicated on the app. We love Yogurtland but they are struggling with this location.

Everyone knows the yogurt here is amazing, but the customer service and cleanness is great. My son noticed another customer was touching all the levers and putting different yogurt flavors on his hand to taste them then smeared the left over yogurt on the wall. So I let them know and they cleaned everything right away. I am very pleased.

I am here 3times a week..I don't like or eat traditional yogurt but I love this frozen yogurt. Its killing my budget but I can't stop eating it. Love the staff and the store is always clean.

This is my second time trying frozen yogurt and I can say I'm addicted.. I have as disappointed that the blue sorbet flavor was out, but I replaced it with Birthday Cake. Plus I tried a few samples.. Clean store with great service. I will be returning very soon. I decided on roasted Cocoanut, birthday cake, & pineapple sorbet! 😍😍😍🙃🙃🙃😉

Always incredibly kind staff. Nick is the best! We have a propensityof showing up near close and they never even blink; they're very warm and welcoming. Clean place with an awesome selection of ever changing flavors and toppings. They aren't allowed to have a tip jar out (which is nice, no pressure) but you should tip them anyway because the staff make that shop great!

I would be a full 5 stars if it were based on our service thus far. Your team members are fantastic and deserve acknowledgement for their hard work.

Skimping out on toppings (uhhh... reeses???) And trying to get away with a knock off oreo brand is just cheap and sad. No one appreciates it. We all notice, and would like you to change it back.

Staff is friendly, yogurt is pretty good with a decent choice of flavors to choose from, toppings are usually fresh and somewhat consistent, they are open pretty late, prices are high
