I would like to express my concerns about the behavior of the store manager, Colleen at the Jackalope pottery located in North Hollywood , California. During my recent visit, I observed her being extremely rude to customers, including myself. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role.

In addition, her attitude toward her staff was shocking. She reprimanded a worker in front of customers, which was not only unprofessional but also embarrassing for everyone present. This is not the kind of environment that fosters a positive shopping experience or a healthy work atmosphere.

I hope management addresses these issues promptly to ensure better treatment of both customers and employees in the future.

My wife and I visited last Saturday in search of a bubbler fountain. Colleen was most helpful. They have a great selection of planters and bubbler fountains. Honest pricing without gimmicks. No inflated prices and 50% off signs everywhere. Very helpful staff. Found the perfect fountain for us.

Jackalope is one of my favorite go to nurseries and pottery store. Their selection of pottery is amazing. Plus, it's always so calming to walk through looking at all the beautiful pottery and plants while listening to the fountains.

Jackalope is the nicest nursery I have ever been to.
It is warm and inviting. They have THE MOST beautiful, well made and exquisite plants, pots, fountains, and accessories; such as iron stands, designer made tables and chairs. The pots are so unique and gorgeous that I sometimes come by just to look and get ideas. One day they had a horticulture dude teaching the intricacies of growing tomatoes. 🍅 The vibe is relaxed to the point of Zen.🙏
It's a bit pricey - not for what you get, but for your pocketbook. However, they do have sales. I bought a very large purple pot at 50% off because the color wasn't a big seller. I am very happy with it. 💜

Jackalope Pottery is a great open space with plenty of low- to high-end pots, fountains and plants. All the staff were nice and wore masks. There's also pretty easy parking on Burbank or the residential area behind it. Two green thumbs up.

Lots and lots of indoor and outdoor planters and pottery (every color, size, shape, and material you can imagine). They have a lot of outdoor water fountains too. If you can't find it here it must not exist! Nice selection of succulents and other plants are available here too. New things every time I come back, so well worth a regular visit.

Probably the most reasonable priced pots and plants I've found in LA outside of going to a box store such as Lowes. Most of their stuff features cool high fire glazes. They are just imported from China tho. No local artists here.

This shop has a lot of space so I felt pretty safe while shopping and folks were good about wearing masks while here. The selection is wide and fairly priced, I have shopped here for decorative indoor and outdoor plants as well as vegetable gardening. I have always left very happy and looking forward to the next visit 💜

A lot of different colored pots and many sizes to choose from! Prices are fair. They do have some indoor plants and a nice little cat that wanders around. We purchased a self watering planter from here and it’s great. Staff was very friendly.

My Mother and I really Jackalope. There selection is second to none. We drive from Valencia because we know we will find exactly what we’re looking for. The classes they give are incredibly informative and lots of fun, plus they’re FREE. We took a class on how to make Ponds and a class on Fountains. I can’t recommend them more highly!

This is wonderful little spot in NH. The selection of pots and plants was very nice. They have their Halloween jack o lanterns out right now and they are super cool. Friendly staff around as well. They have a underutilized sitting area out back where I can see some hipsters having themselves a cup of coffee. The prices are a little steep, but the place is really cool to see.

Every time I am at this store, I feel I am in a garden. Many clay pots of many colors. So many different kinds. Wow. You must visit this place if you want to buy pots. Small, big and super big!!! I have driven by this place hundreds of times. I was getting my car fixed down the street at Mikes Auto Repair so I had time to cruise around. I’m so glad I wondered in there. It’s beautiful. They have a huge selection of unique pottery and fountains. This place is so peaceful.

This place is gorgeous and the staff was so helpful and amazing!! We purchased an aloe plant and a really nice pot. The young lady who helped us, replanted the aloe into the new pot and added beautiful rocks on top. She did an amazing job!!!

I'm a regular and the service has been excellent every time. They have a great selection of pottery and gardening supplies. It can be a bit pricey, but they often have decent sales. I've picked up some beautifully painted large pots for my growing patio garden for only $30 a piece from their sale rack and I get compliments on them all the time. It's also a nice place to stop by if you're just looking to kill some time. There are many cute and unusual things to explore, including a hidden room on the back with small pieces of local art. I always enjoy visiting.
