I love shopping at Goodwill, but this is not my favorite location. It's messy. The clothing is all out of order in terms of size and type, and the worst part is nearly half of what's on the rack doesn't have a tag. There are some good finds, but you have to wade through a haystack to find those needles. This store could take a cue from the Magnolia/California location, which is much better run and very organized in comparison.

I bought things in this store and they told me that the changing rooms are closed and that I can return everything that doesn't suit me within two weeks. I did so, I came to return the goods and they told me that it is not subject to return, I should only exchange it for something, but I don’t need their things, I just want to return what doesn’t suit me. This is bad service, I don’t want to go there anymore.

I've been to this goodwill 4 times in the last month, all at different times of the day and week, to donate. I was turned away every single time. I will be throwing away this box of books and clothes. I understand the donation times are on your website - I check them. You change them too regularly, and every store is different. If you're going to have someone there turning people away, why not have them instead process the donations? It makes no sense.

I like the selection of items and the book section. Employees are always friendly and parking is good. However, I don't like that they only use the colored plastic attachments as tags rather than tags with actual prices. I guess certain sweaters are considered "outerwear" and ring up as $9.99 instead of $6.49 since it was in the sweater section labeled $6.49. Kind of annoying that if items get mixed up, you get to guess the price. Would be nice if they fixed that and used actual tags or at least had a way of identifying things that can be considered either sweaters or outerwear.

Best, best goodwill I have ever visit our name being in about four of them. I went there yesterday and I fell in love with these go to world. I’m about 22 miles away but I will be back keep it up. You guys doing a great job.!!!

Bad experience trying to donate. I had lots of new clothes with price tags still attached. However, they want you to wait there while they sort through everything and pick and chose. I'll donate elsewhere from now on to a place that will appreciate it.

There's 100s of LPs here because they're all priced at $5.99 which is insane. Most thrift stores are $2-4. Even every other Goodwill in the LA area is $3.99 max

Definitely call them before you plan on stopping by for donations. Every time I stop by their donation center is closed, at max capacity, or simply not accepting anything.

First of all I just want you to know that I once was an employee at Goodwill, and I worked in recompute in the Bay Area , we never jacked up the prices like this dang bro they want store money, they say they are keeping up with the other competitors which is fine but c’mon now overpriced items like this ain’t worth buying many other Goodwill stores ain’t doing it,and on the stuff they putting out there ain’t good compared to the stuff in the back areas, employees get first dibs on them!! Trust me when I say this cause I went through it I know what’s being donated, certain things they shouldn’t be hiking up the prices on ,this Goodwill need a real reality check on prices cause they look on the internet and price items!!!

If you are looking for a great deal this is NOT the Goodwill for you. While I know Goodwill has been up pricing all over this one is crazy expensive, even broken items. Very small section of books, cds priced at $3.99+, sets of anything are broken up & sold separately. Lots of clothes though, great staff but pricing not amazing.

Tried to leave a ton of clothes in bags at the donation center. They weren't open until 2 and when I left the clothes at the door they came out to tell me I could come back at 2. You are here to come out and load these clothes back into my car? But you can't take donations? That makes zero sense. Leave the clothes and sort them out at 2. Super frustrating when a donation site won't let you donate.

Love that we can donate things we don't use or need for someone else to buy at a significant discount. And the proceeds go to help people! I was helping my in laws clean out a home and made 3 tree trips to donate housewares, bedding, small appliances (some barely used) clothes, many vintage clothes, etc. Next weekend I'll for sure make several more trips because we're not done cleaning out the house.

It's an overpriced thrift store. For example, during Christmas they literally had products from the nearby Dollar Tree that were being sold for $2 or $3 dollars. I would try to talk these people down on prices. The parking lot is in the back and it isn't clean or well kept. No bike parking at all. The alleyway that you have to go through to get to their parking is full of graffiti, trash, and broken glass.

Seem to be very clean and organized. I visited on a Monday so you can imagine the weekend craze and it was put back together very well. And the prices were pretty good compared to other Goodwill's. I was happy.

Restroom is Disgusting!!! Looks like a bunch of wild animals rampaged the whole thing.

Some good deals especially on Saturdays when one particular color in all categories is half off. Also every Thursday that same one color from the Saturday will be just a dollar. Now that's the good part, but be prepared to encounter the common thrift store squatters who frequent this one and may want to talk your ear off. Cleanliness is average for a second hand store. Friendly employees balance out the experience.

Be very careful if you are going to buy electronics.according to a employee the items are tested before putting them for sale.I bought a tv for $70 dollars without testing it first...big mistake.the screen was totally frozen..
I spoke with the helpless manager,unable to reason,and saying that they don't have time to test electronics before putting them for sale,no money back,just exchange for something else.I ended buying something that I don't really need.
They should put a sign or warning on electronics,especially if the price is over $50,or if the item it's messed up..the decent or fair would be to give the money back.
I'd give 0 stars if I could..

This store was closed for a while but let me say that when they reopened, oml they had better stuff! Very good brands on shoes!! Oh oh and on Thursdays they have clothes for a dollar depending on the color of the week. I definitely recommend!

Prices are a little high on some items in the display cabinets- Even higher than ebay prices most of the time.
