Great service I’m a wonderful environment.
We went for the cheesecake but had dinner and were pleasantly surprised as to how good the food was, not just the cheesecake.
The menu is a bit long but the water helped narrow the choices to make a great dinner consisting of a Thai chicken salad and a Spicy sesame chicken dinner, followed by the amazing pumpkin cheesecake. NICE!

Hello! The Trekking Pawns here! Very nice location and the patio seating was very nice! Nicest of all the Cheesecake Factories we have tried. Only shared one pasta dish and we still had to take it to go. Large portions are very nice here. We got the shrimp, mushroom and basil pasta. The sauce was good but the shrimp was a little bland. The parking structure provides 90 min of free parking that was enough time to eat and stroll for 20 min afterwards.

We went here on a Sunday evening. It was not very crowded but they were short on staff. We had to wait a long time time even to have our order taken and then had to remind the staff to check on our order. Then the wrong order was brought which made us wait another 20 minutes.
Food was good but because of the wait time and incorrect order it was not a pleasant experience. They did give a free dessert to compensate for the trouble.

Guys, it's the cheesecake factory. How can you go wrong? The food was delicious as always. The only thing I have to tell you all is that it took us about 1 hour to get our food. Not good, but our food was good.. like always my brothers and sisters listen to your food soul. God bless

Good service, huge menu, and lots of seating. The Cheesecake Factory is iconic with kid-friendly atmosphere and seating to accommodate large groups and intimate seats for two people.

You get complimentary bread with butter with your meal. The lunch sized fish and chips were delicious with the perfect batter and a slightly sweet fish, which also came with a refreshing coleslaw. The turkey sandwich had so much meat but lacked taste. The Mexican tortilla soup is delicious. The server was fast to accommodate but the food took a bit of time. Soda is a set price with unlimited refills.

We had the delicious cheesecake for dessert with frozen strawberries dipped in sugar. There was too much whipped cream as it was on the side and on top of the cheesecake.

Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience and would recommend for families and people with picky eaters as menu is very extensive.

No one comes to take to go order after almost 10 minutes of waiting (They opened 30 minutes ago, still no one to help me for so long, an old man after me also waited too long and now he is waiting for the cashier sitting on a bench) The manager finally came to take an order and took my order but when I chose the extra ingredients, she just told me the options without explaining the pricing. Total came out too expensive for the take out order. Very unpleasant experience. This place is the worst among ALL locations.

Stopped in for an early dinner on the way to an event. Not at all busy and got seated immediately. Waiter took our drink order and disappeared. When he came back, we ordered and added an appetizer as we were really hungry. We asked about the bread that usually come to the table. He said he would bring it. It was over half an hour before my friends pasta came along with the appetizer. Still no soup for me. And again I asked for the bread which was brought right out. Finally they brought my soup which was not the one I ordered but my now, we were running late. I ordered soup and salad. Never got the salad. While the food was good, the service tucked. I wont be back.

Beautiful interior! Food wasnt great! One of our servers gave off weird vibes! The strawberry cheesecake wasnt tangy or firm enough for my tastes (it was quite sweet and mushy). Still, the atmosphere inside was great and you could tell people come here from all over!

I want to share my disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. I visited with friends, and we both have 8-month-old children. When we arrived, we requested a table for four, naturally with strollers, as our children were with us. We waited for 20 minutes while other people, including groups with strollers and families of four or five, were seated promptly. Meanwhile, we were repeatedly told to wait without any clear explanation, even as others were admitted without reservations. Eventually, we were called and informed that a table was available for us but that we could not bring our strollers inside. We were shocked our child was asleep, and we needed the stroller. When we explained this, the hostess dismissed us, saying it was not possible and then walked away laughing. She introduced herself as Krish, though I m not certain of her name, but her behavior was deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. This occurred at approximately 3:52 PM. We were all extremely disappointed by this treatment, which left a negative impression on our entire group. The experience at The Cheesecake Factory that day was far below expectations, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve customer service.

I ate 10/14/24. Arrived just before 8pm. Two people at the host stand took 4 minutes to finally tell me to seat myself in the bar area ( restaurant was not too busy) Sat at the bar and bartender Miguel P was not overly friendly or interested in engaging but told me that he would be back in awhile. When he returned I ordered a beer and the cheeseburger French dip, sub salad instead of fries and well done or medium well, just no pink. Food runner brought my food and fortunately she was nice when I mentioned that I was supposed to have salad not fries. She was quite quick and brought me the side salad. Started eating and something seemed off. Bartender came by and asked if I was okay. I mentioned the salad and he just said so do you want the fries I said no, he tossed them in the trash behind the bar and left. After I finished the first few bites of the French dip I noticed that the meat was not cooked. I had to use the light on my phone as the lights over the bar were red and sure enough the middle of the burger was raw. When the bartender came back I mentioned this too him and reminded him that I wanted No Pink. His solution was I can have the kitchen throw it back on the grill. I politely declined and asked for my bill. I got no apology and no offer to remove the item from my bill. I paid and left at 8:56pm. At 1:30 in the morning I am vomiting. So I m feeling pretty bad that I couldn t have given a lower rating because I don t want anyone to have to go through the same thing that I did. BTW, I m pretty sure this is the first negative review I ve ever given.

Service was so bad that we wondered if our server hated us. The salmon was also raw- we were offered free cheesecake to make up for this but on the whole it wasn t a great experience. Great to take what you want. They have everything and delicious coffee. The cheesecake serving is for 2. Parking: I dont know the parking lot. The place is located on a pedestrian street. This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was definitely disappointed. First, we asked for a caramel macchiato and they didnt put caramel on it. When the water came she acknowledged it didnt have caramel and didnt even ask if we wanted it to be re done. Next, our waiter came over to our table 3 TIMES!!!! Saying she was going on break, I thought it was unprofessional of her. We waited about 15 minutes before a waiter came by to take our drink order and drop off our bread. The food was good, but the service really needs to be taken care of.

This is one of the bigger Cheesecake Factory I ve ever been to, however, I deducted a star because the bathroom was way too small for this big place. It feels awkward to go in there and have to maneuver your way around. In my opinion the bathrooms should have a wide open feel. Service was excellent though, our waitress was excellent and attentive. Food was good and up to standard. However, one criticism I have is that they allow dogs to be on the inside seating area. To me, that s totally not ok. I could understand having a service dog, but these people are insane bringing a regular dog and trying g to pass them off as a service dog and the restaurant letting them do this. I could see having your dog with you if you re sitting outside, but not indoors, it s totally tacky. Cheesecake Factory, updated your policies.

Terrible experience! We got there and where told to wait 5-10 minutes for a table and ended up waiting 25. At our table the waitress only came to get our order twice and dissapeared. Our appetizer came cold my familys food came 30 minutes after asking a different server about our food. My food (pasta) came after my family was literallly almost done with theirs.! No one was checking up on us.. I had to stand up and ask someone again because it had been over an hour since they took our order and beside that my pasta came so dry I could barely even taste the sauce. The worst cheescake factory ever!! I have been to many but this is by far the worst!

The only reason I come here is because I am a picky eater and sometimes a big menu can help me decide what I am looking for. That being said, THIS CHEESECAKE LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE. I usually come here as a single patron, and every time my bill extends past $50 which I do because I know being a waiter is hard, so I try to help. Though I am done being nice and will never come back here again, to this appalling, undignified location. I do not know if it just me, but the waiters here are ABYSMAL. Every time I come here, I get eye-rolls, weird/odd energy emanating from the waiters/waitresses, and just a lack of personable and amicable behavior which should be shown to all customers. I do not care if I am not wearing the best clothes or shoes, I deserve at least the minimal respect owed to a paying customer. These people act as if they are working for a fine dining restaurant or something but I can tell you, it is just Cheesecake Factory, lol. I believe also the waiting staff treats me differently because of my skin color. Food is overpriced but portions are still somewhat large.

Visit date 9/7/24. Food took 1hr to get to our table... My husband timed it... we ordered at 8:34pm. We should have walked out after 30 mins. I did question the status of our food twice while waiting. When I got my my Chicken Picatta it did not taste like any Picatta I had in the past at other places which was better. The chicken was so dry that I could not cut it through. The plate was definitely rushed because the sauce tasted like mayonnaise NOT lemon butter cream sauce made with heavy cream. My husbands combination plate (Steak Diane and Crusted Salmon) had a 2x2 inch sized salmon with 4 steak medallions which was UNACCEPTABLE especially for the wait and price! For $30 we have had more on our plate at other restaurants such as YARDHOUSE which is where we should have went but we were in the already in the area. In the end, while people around us were getting full size slices, we got half the size cheesecake to go. The only reason for 2 stars was for the quick wait to be seated and not for food or service. Not coming back here.

The cake is delicious, but the service and response are not good. I paid with my card at the price of another table, and it took a long time for the payment to be completed properly after the refund, wasting a lot of time as a one-day traveler. Instead of actively trying to resolve the issue quickly, they spend a lot of time talking to others and not visiting the table even when making eye contact. A short female server with tied hair and white-rimmed glasses. Overall, there are a lot of people and they dont try to solve anything unless its their own. The cakes and store atmosphere are okay.

If you are looking for any cheesecake, this is the place. The night I went they had about twenty cheesecakes available. I did take away but the place was also worth stopping at the tables. The downside is that these slices of cake are packed with calories...even just one slice easily reaches 1000kcal. As a treat, feel free to take it, but be careful not to abuse it

Horrible experience. An hour to take our order and receive our food. Restaurant was not busy. My husband ordered the street medallions and he got 4 tiny pieces with a mountain of rice. Our son had the fettuccini Alfredo and the pasta was over cooked. The waitress offered us a salad to make up for it . I had the chicken tacos which were just ok. Very little chicken. I m still in restaurant as I write this. No manger came to talk to us. Will definitely not go back. Update 19 Aug 2024. Saw a reply saying I should have spoke to a manager. We asked to speak to a manager as my original complaint states. We were told there was no manager. Your automatic response is truly unacceptable.

I go here often with my beautiful daughter she and I both enjoy everything on the menu. She either gets sliders, pizza, and I will get fried chicken, and salmon sometimes. But the cherry chocolate Ghirardelli cheesecake might be as tempting as running a red light at 4am when nobody is looking. Service is always very great, and the the cute girls at host are always nice on the eyes when being seated. Its very well priced for portions and quality Id even say a bargain for the cost. The Cheesecake Factory chain is probably known to everybody: The variety is huge, the food is usually good and the service of a good standard. Not sure what happened last night in Santa Monica: We stopped on by at 9:30 with 45 minutes on our parking meter to have a portion of fries, four pieces of cheese cake and two cocktails. The place was more than half empty and we were expecting a quick in and out. This is how our 45 minutes went: We had to wait until 9:35 to get seated; though we knew what we wanted we waited another five minutes before we were able to order. The waiter said he would bring water for the table but instead came back within less than 5 minutes with our cocktails and the fries; we asked for mayonnaise and mustard and he said he d bring that with the water. It took 10 minutes until we received the condiments to go with our by then half eaten / half cold fries. The water came another 5 minutes later. By 10:15, thirty five minutes after we had ordered, we still had no cheese cake and went to the counter to ask for one of the slices to be cancelled and the other three to be boxed to go. By 10:24 we received the bag with three slices and the bill for everything, including a charge for all four slices . Not a good experience. Quality of the fries and cake was good as per usual. PS: the lift down to Santa Monica Boulevard did not come to take us down to street level, so we went the fire exit route. I wouldn t expect it to be clean but the amount of open and half eaten food containers on the way down was quite something. Not sure whether they got left by staff on breaks or by homeless people sneaking in, but as a restaurant, this area should be checked and cleaned at least once a day.

Arrive 3 minutes before opening time and were directed to the front at the host desk. The host was lovely and asked us to wait a few minutes as they weren t quite open. No problem. Just a minute later he proceeds to get us a seat when a man yells loudly what are you doing? we aren t even open yet ? Making the host feel embarrassed. I asked the host if that was the manager and he said yes. That manager does not know customer service or how to treat his own employees based on that snapshot. I told the host he was awesome and we left. I cannot support a place that treats their employees like that OR their customers. Terrible.

Decide to go to the cheesecake factory for dinner. I ordered what I thought was a safe meal with the jambalaya pasta and it didn t taste how it should taste either. The service was bad, they had us outside in the cold where the heater was off the whole time even after asking 3 different people to turn it on. I had a few people with me and we spent over $200. I took my banana cheesecake to go and when I got home it tasted like spoiled milk and didn t look presentable.

I recently visited the Cheesecake Factory in Santa Monica to celebrate my birthday with a quick drink and was disappointed by the experience. As someone who frequently dines at Cheesecake Factory locations across the country, I expected the same level of service I ve consistently received elsewhere. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when trying to order a drink. The manager was unfamiliar with how to verify an Alabama driver s license and refused to serve me, despite also presenting a valid military ID. This was both surprising and disappointing, as these forms of identification are widely accepted nationwide. Moreover, my party and I were the only people of color in the establishment, which left us feeling particularly singled out and uncomfortable. I travel frequently and have enjoyed many Cheesecake Factory locations, but this experience left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope that this feedback will lead to better training for staff and a more inclusive environment for all guests in the future.

We went here on a Sunday evening. It was not very crowded but they were short on staff. We had to wait a long time time even to have our order taken and then had to remind the staff to check on our order. Then the wrong order was brought which made us wait another 20 minutes. Food was good but because of the wait time and incorrect order it was not a pleasant experience. They did give a free dessert to compensate for the trouble.

Menu picture way different to what I actually got, in my picture I had only eaten one piece of meat , the dimension of the meat are way off to what is served or at least mine was like this, @ $28.00 for this plate it sure had a lot of rice though

Viel zu lange auf das Essen gewartet. Qualität hat zum wünschen übrig gelassen. Zudem falsche Rechnung bezahlen lassen, stornieren dieser nur mit sehr viel Aufwand nur möglich. Keine Nachvollziehbare Abrechnung/Rechnungen bekommen, im dunklen stehen gelassen. Sehr viel hin und her mit dem Bezahlen. Leider eine komplett Katastrophe, nie wieder!

Great customer service. I I set @ the bar. The service was old school professional. Polite, inclusive, fast & courteous. This level of professionalism is hard to find lately. Was offered bread & butter, & water immediately. It arrived immediately. Ordered was placed. Drinks were offered, even desert. Just a wonderful experience. It s like you should feel when you go in a Restaurant. Most places don t have this anymore.

My mother and I stopped in 7/16 for a quick bite. We weren t greeted. When we requested a table for 2, they seated several similarly sized parties that came in after us before us. When we were finally seated, the person seating us did not call us by name like he did everyone else, he just waved his hands in a come here motion. We were seated in a corner near other patrons who had dogs. When I thanked the person who seated us, he ignored me and waved his hands in the air as he walked away. When our waiter came to take our order she was very short and rushed and she walked away while my mother was still ordering. We left and went to Meat on the Ocean which is an upscale steak restaurant within walking distance. The service and food there was outstanding. We were greeted by several staff and seated promptly. I eat Cheesecake Factory regularly for lunch & dinner in my home town. It s like an Applebees to me personally. Nothing to write home about. There was no reason for the staff to act as if black patrons are second class citizens in a chain restaurant.

They simply didnt serve us... we arrived and were greeted, ok... we sat at the table, tried to call the attendants... without success, we got up and left.

STAY AWAY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I was there Saturday 7/6 what a bad experience, we got there around 5 pm no one came to the table after just waiting for 15min after that the server came ALEXCIS took our orders, he seems very distracted I had to repeat my order few times. After waiting for 45min our food arrived, when it was a very simple order and after few times repeating the order ALEXCIS still managed to put the wrong order, I explained to him that I had order the buffalo chicken sandwich and that order need to be changed since I do have allergies to the( Mayo chipotle ) He takes the food and after almost 10min he comes back with the same chicken Sandwich and a side of buffalo sauce which he spilled over my son shorts and didn t bother to apologize, then He leaves the table very fast, when I check my food they had just clean the chicken and change the bread but on the bottom on the chicken there s still the chipotle sauce, at that point I ask for the manager ONECIMO who I explain the situation, seem like he didn t care just offer to remove the chicken sandwich out my check or that he could re make it but will take 15-20 at that point we had just waited 45min to get our food I tell him just to remove it from my check. Then again the Waiter come around and I show him that there s avocado on my son French fries, then very upsetting he looks at me telling me if I was sure I didn t put it there, I explain to him that none of the food we ordered came with avocado and that there s no way we put it there. He leaves then manager brings the check we paid him we get no discount for anything, only the chicken sandwich remove since I didn t want it anymore. We getting ready to leave when the server ALEXCIS comes blocking our way screaming to someone at the other side to make sure we had paid , my husband felling upset then tell him that there s no reason for us to leave without paying that ,we had just paid the manager, then out of nowhere ALEXCIS gets so upset and in seconds he s removing his apron telling my husband to go outside and fight him , Onésimo the manager standing right in front not doing anything to help descale the situation. Really horrible Experience Never coming back!!!
