Fairly easy in and out. Little bit of a wait, 5 to 10 minutes. No long wait, had 3 sundaes to order and they were ready in a short time. They were out of mint chocolate chip and had to go with a substitute flavor, but they had lots to choose from still. It was later on a Saturday evening, so I can't blame them for being out of a popular flavor, after tons of families with kids and a busy night. They got my order together fairly quickly and the sundaes were pretty good, did not skimp on the toppings or whipped cream. No complaints, for a spontaneous visit to settle some craving and satisfy the munchies it was delicious

Our service at the north haven location was great! We had Jennifer as our server & she was so great and friendly! Our food came out within 10 minutes! The food and appetizers were delicious 😋 We would definitely come back here again!!

Feeling all the nostalgia at Friendly’s. It has always been one of my favorite spots growing up, and their food and ice cream is just as good as I remember! I started with their sample platter (pick three) and got the iconic mini mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, and loaded waffles fries. For an entree, my mom got the crispy chicken wrap with fries, and I got the featured fav, patty melt with onion rings and thousand island dressing on the side to dip (10/10 recommend).

Under no circumstances should you leave Friendly’s without getting ice cream — their classic monthly sundaes always hit, but I also tried one of their new unique creations, the ice cream nachos with fresh strawberries and bananas, and caramel and chocolate sauce.

Ordered a kids Mac & cheese and the size was about a scoop which is disappointing. Ordered the fish dish - they were out of the glaze and mash potatoes. It comes with broccoli- when I got my meal my plate was full of water from the broccoli🥴😂 . Not sure we will come back here again. Simple meals should not be this disappointing. Server was great

Arrived around 415p on a Saturday for ice cream. Placed my order at 420p. Waited for over 20 mins while patrons who were seated behind me got their food (including appetizers) in less time. Disgusted, I got up and left.

Ice cream is supposed to be your bread and butter staple. It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to put the sundae in a cup, and it’s not like I backed up the truck with a request for gourmet toppings. Sheesh.

Worst restaurant experience of my life!!!!! I have a severe spinal injury that makes it so that sitting in a chair is difficult. I asked to be seated in the booth and the hostess didn’t know what to do, asked us to wait a minute until she could speak to a manager. She stated that she couldn’t seat us in the section with booths because it wasn’t that servers turn. I asked her to please see if she could figure something out so that I could eat there. She again said she would need to get a manager. We said no problem we’d be happy to wait for a manager. The manager then came out screaming at us about how we “spoke to her employee” using our hands and asking her to “figure it out” . We repeated that it was due to a medical injury and then the manager said she couldn’t understand how it’s any different and if we’re going to be rude “we don’t need to eat at her restaurant”. I then explained my entire medical situation and asked again if they could accomedate it as it’s required by the ADA. She said that she wouldn’t stand for it and again asked us to leave. I have never felt so ashamed of myself in a public place of service. Friendly’s had always been a happy childhood memory for me and now it will forever be associated with turning a person away for thier health. Devastating.

I used to love coming to this location but recent events will make me never come back, unless they contact me for a refund.

I ordered a dinner for my husband (who is disabled and cannot drive) and myself. I drive 20 minutes put of my way because we like Friendlys and wanted a decent dinner. I get there, tell them my name. And they tell me my order was just picked up my the guy that just walked out as I was walking in. I showed them my order and told them that I did not have anyone pick up my order with my permission. The manager told me that it's not her fault and to contact the app. She refused to make me new food, refused me a refund, and lied and said I would have to receive my refund through the app yet, there is absolutely so place in the app to make complaints. This manager was rude and acted like it was my job to chase the person that took my order and it was my job to fix this situation. The fact that I had to pay 66$ for 2 items (yes i ended up putting a new order in under a different name so the manager wouldnt spit in my good) over something that was not my mistake. The way the manager handled this was terrible and acted like she couldn't be bothered and acted like i was trying to get a free meal. If i wanted a free meal in the first place then i wouldnt have ordered and paid for the same food that was given away! Ifully expect someone to contact me somehow for a refund. This was ridiculous. I have never been treated this badly over a reatiranta mistake

Last month we came to this location to dine in but our waitress never returned. We made the best of it and ordered online for pick up and the order was filled before the waitress ever returned or brought silverware. We ate outside and didn't complain, just laughed it off.

When we came in today another family was leaving and saying they weren't waiting anymore, visibly aggitated. The staff (2 icecream people, a cook, and a 2 waitstaff) were appearantly and vocally angry they are working without air conditioning, it feels like it's on but at a higher temperature. One employee litteraly said "I don't care I am not working like this I will just sit here until everyone leaves" laughing and fanning herself with a menu. Another said since he did not get a break yesterday he was currently on his "payback break".... I have empathy and patience for people in this line of work, but this whole extange has been extremely uncomfortable. Maybe management can do something about their discontent, but I don't feel this was a fair way to be received as a paying customer.

I called the store to get information about the chicken tenderers to see about an allergen. The MANAGER stated they ‘legally cannot tell customers if there are allergens in the food for their safety’ I was baffled to say the least.. I requested she check the box or ask the kitchen because they should know and she stated again she cannot do that and to ‘check the website for the information’ I ended the call there . Really annoyed that a simple question about something serious was just dismissed because she probably just didn’t want to check.

My waitress is talking to somebody in the back room . I hear them yelling at my waitress for taking me in when they’re open till 10 o’clock I come in at 9:28 dine in for food and ice cream. Horrible Management I like to talk to corporate.. And there’s no soup no tomato basil wrap
Third time going to Friendly’s North Haven they say that they close dining inside at 10 PM on a Saturday night. Take out only. Manager and Jessica, crossing her arms. A manager in the morning can dictate the policy. They’re closed inside after 10 PM. Ice cream only won’t serve people. All the chairs are up floors mopped at 10:22 PM.

was excited to show my friend friendlys for the first time as it was a childhood memory of mine. we tried going last night. the party of four that got there after us was seated first, after we had already been waiting 15 minutes. when we were finally sat we waited for 40 minutes as servers made their way to every table around us but ours, even though they had sat after us. we eventually got up and left as we had not been visited once the entire time we waited. we walked by four different staff members on the way out and not a single one acknowledged us. the servers seemed overwhelmed, the host too. it seems like theres a huge lack of support for staff, and a huge lack of communication all around.

The service was very nice, and they were accommodating. Admittedly I've never really been a fan of Friendly's food, except their ice cream, but I went because it's where my friend wanted to go for his birthday. Anyways, I chose a chicken food option, and although it tasted ok at first, by the end it felt and tasted like rubber or silicone. And no I did not wait until it was cold, the chicken itself just tasted rubbery. The onion rings and the ice cream we shared was more than enough to make up for the bad chicken though.

Packed an order incorrectly for me, had a delivery fulfilled by DoorDash that showed up an hour late, melted and destroyed (and still the incorrect order, on top of it all). Got in touch with them and they told me to contact Doordash for a refund- contacted Doordash and they sent me right back. Definitely do NOT bother with this Friendlys lol

Takes me back to the 1980s. The burgers are so much better than the big three nationwide hamburger fast food joints. Also since those places have been raising prices like crazy there are minimal differences in prices but the quality of the food is so far above the rest.
Super easy free parking lot and like the other place with the broken milk shake machine or the other place with only two flavors Friendly's has so many flavors and toppings you could try a different combination every weekend and still not cover it all in a whole year!
I highly recommend the cheese skirt burger.
