I went to this Popeyes location utilizing the drive thru this afternoon. The girl at the window was nice. She seemed pleasant but certainly attentive.
As for my order... I got The Sandwich, but this time, I went with the spicy over the original recipe.
It was tasty as usual, but it was a little on the dry side. They are usually better here, but anyone can have an off day. I still enjoyed it.
Side note;
I don't get the fries from Popeye's... too expensive and they aren't good, (in my opinion).
Everything went according to plan. I was in and out quickly, which is a must for me when I’m working/on the clock.
The location is easy on and off the highway, which is nice.

I had to change this review. The food teast was Good food and the customer service was great customer service. But the size of the chicken was disappointing it looked like the chickens were on a diet not to mention the not even half full "large mash potatoes"

This place is ridiculous every time I have gone there we are out of almost everything you try to order. On 7/13/24 I order on line at 10pm and go to the location at 10:09pm I already paid and I get told we are closed I said I put in a order on line the girl at the window says let me look she acted like she was but did not then has the nerve to say we are out why don’t you just come back tomorrow and they should give it to you then. I said no how about I get a refund she says no we can’t do that we are not affiliated with the Popeyes app you have to come back and talk to someone tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous I don’t even live near it and I am supposed to go over 10 miles out of my way to talk to them the following day about this waste my time and gas because they can’t run a proper business

Order food for though the drive thru I paid and they told me to move around to the front and they would bring my order 30 min later still no food when I went in to complain they told me that they never put my food order thru because " they forgot" and didn't even know what i ordered. This popeyes seems to be understaffed/undertrained. All of my experiences were consistently bad. The food was overcooked, many of the food items were unavailable/required exceptionally long waits. Sadly, this has become the norm with the chain in CT. I would avoid this location until someone intervenes.

Very surprized to be told that can not sit down and eat. I had to leave. I was told they were cleaning the dinning area so leave. It was 7:45 pm. I asked what time they close. The response was she did not know when they close. I had been driving for 4 hours. I did not want crumbs in car and wanted to get out of car and not wait the half hour to eat at home.

I was frustrated when I went out side lucked up this listing to see they are open till 10:30 pm. Maybe eating out and food service is not what it used to be.

Haven't had Popeyes for a while so I thought I'd give it a shot, I immediately realized that was a mistake. The drive through took 15 minutes to get through 2 cars, and when I got up to the window they told me it would be another 15 minutes for them to make my food and to pull around front. I should also mention the women at the register seemed completely flustered and was yelling at the other staff.

While waiting, I got to experience the full degeneracy of the staff running the restaurant. One man came outside to bring the trash out, and proceeded to spend 10 minutes outside talking on the phone. A woman came outside to a car containing her family I assume, she was screaming obscenities at the children in the car, and then brought in 2 pizzas for her and the staff. I understand everyone's gotta eat, but when I'm waiting for my food (for 25 minutes now) and I'm watching 3 staff members stand around eating pizza, it doesn't sit right with me. After seeing all this and witnessing how the people trusted to make my food were acting, I cancelled my order and went to Burger King instead. I will never be back.

Would give 0 if I could. Placed a pickup order on UberEats. Took 20 minutes to drive there. Took another 7 minutes of being the only people in the Online Order Pickup line for someone to acknowledge us. Order wasn’t even started until we were acknowledged. Ceiling was leaking directly over the register separating the dining room from the kitchen, mere feet from where the chicken is kept. Given the extent of damage (solid square foot or two of direct leakage, another 4 feet either direction of water stains along the ceiling) it seems to have been doing so a long time. Only redeeming factor is the food, and even then I’m concerned for it. Witnessed employees in the kitchen without hairnets over beards and the aforementioned leak in close proximity to food. Will be contacting the health department.

Went and ordered a 12 piece family meal using the drive thru, It took them about 40 minutes to have the order ready. We had to wait inside the restaurant, which was dirty, the cook was seating outside like another customer and who seemed upset like he wanted to leave and didn’t have the attitude to be working there. Pretty much nobody attending the restaurant, reason why the long wait. When I finally got my order and left, I came to find out that part of my order was missing(3 pcs of chicken missing). This location has to close ASAP, it is not it fair to the customers. Will never go back.

Awful customer service. Had a coupon code and told them at drive through before ordering. They confirmed the code and I placed my order. When I went to pay, I was told the price would be much more. I mentioned the coupon, and the slack-jawed employee gave me a blank stare and said “well I already put the order in this way”. It was obviously too inconvenient for him to redo it and rectify his mistake. After arguing, it was clear I wasn’t going to get anywhere with him. Never returning.

This place gets not even 1 star! They need new management! I placed an online order to pick up from the drive thru at 5:14pm, I figured to give them time to get my order ready, I pull up thru the drive thru at 5:42pm tell them I’m picking up an online order and the lady rudely says “ your order is not ready you need to come inside”. I then said ma’am I placed my order for drive thru pick up for a reason. She said you need to come in or your order will be cancelled your choice. I went in as instructed and asked for a manager , the lady attending the drive thru was the manager named Zaida ! I told her that wasn’t a way to treat costumers, she immediately took off her head set and slammed it on the ground and began cursing in Spanish infront of my child and all other customers that were there. She started to argue back and forth andREFUSED to give me my order, an order that was already paid for. She asked me to get out the store because she wasn’t giving me my order. ZAIDA you need home training and do not need to be serving people you don’t deserve to even work there , probably the only job you can get that allows you to be Unprofessional and ghetto!!!! Popeyes you need to do better I will not give y’all my money anymore. I’m still waiting to get a refund back since ZAIDA refused to give me my order or refund!!!! Just ghetto all over the place!!! There was a wait inside, even though there were only a couple of people inside. The worker at the counter was not friendly, and she did not provide good customer service. She never acknowledged anyone, nor did she say anything to anyone, especially when she kept walking away to do other things. It would have been nice to inform customers that someone would be with them, NOPE, nothing. Another customer even expressed the same thing to me.

This place is a joke. Everytime you pull up to the window they don't have what you want. Super convenient. The staff here are lackluster, and don't care. The owner of this Popeyes franchise should be ashamed of themselves to operate under such lousy conditions. I bet the inside is filthy too, but I wouldn't know since they locked the doors before 9pm. The place was clean and the staff was friendly but they didn't have some of the main items they sell. Also at this location they were not set up to include the rewards program that is advertised for this chain. We also overheard the manager say something about not ordering enough chicken which didn't affect our visit but could impact other customers in the next few days.

My husband and I had a great experience at this Popeyes.

This place is understaffed, so you will have to wait a little while to order. We waited in line for about 15 minutes which we were both fine with.

The woman who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave us free chicken tenders!

Overall: You will have to wait, but the food tastes amazing and the staff is nice!

Food order are constantly wrong. Once it was missing a whole meal, another time missing a few pieces or so forgetting something. If you do order here, check and open the box before leaving the parking lot. If you go into the restaurant, the floor is very sticky so I assume the kitchen is pretty dirty too. The chicken bone in pieces are smaller than last year. Half of the time the food like warm and fries are soggy. Other times they make you wait in the parking lot for over 20 min

I live in NYC. It seems like you have to leave NYC if you want Popeyes like it's supposed to be. Excellent, excellent. Crunchy outside, juicy inside, cooked all the way through. Biscuits taste like pure butter. Too bad we can't get this in NYC anymore. I spent $41, but this portion will last me and my son for about 3 meals.

I'm standing there being ignored for another 15 minutes while the manager is just standing there complaining about how everyone else is doing even though they were working the hardest. I'd like to thank an employee, Raul, for actually caring enough to leave his station and coming over to help me by taking my order. After that, my order was ready almost instantly. If anyone in charge reads this, that kid's not getting paid enough! He did more to help the customers than the people stationed on the registers.

This place is the absolute worst. I come here all the time at different times and days of the week hoping for different experiences and it's always awful. They don't give you all your food. Had to go inside on several occasions to get the rest of the order. One time they had us pay and pull up front and wait almost 30 minutes for our order. Came here today 1.5 hours before they close and they said they couldnt make me a sandwich with no pickles because they already made them for the night........ what??????????????????

I like popeyes usually my take out is on point. This time from this location sadly my food was barely warm. Customer should never get cold food unless its a salad. I may have received smiles while ordering this was not a pleasurable experience at all

Arrived at 10:35 and the place was closed. A cook then came out of the building and said they aren’t open yet because the manager or anyone else didn’t show up for work. They are supposed to open at 10.

I ordered extra pickles on my chicken sandwich one of them had regular pickles and the other had none. Also gave me watery mac & cheese and basically stale French fries.
