Usually all other employees at this dunkin are great and always get the order right except for the one girl who was working today I waited at the drive thru for more than 15 minutes while I was the first one in line it wasn't even busy and she took forever to take my order, was rude while taking the order and then made me wait another 10 mins at the window without saying anything kept opening the window and closing it without saying a word!! She did not say hi, or we'll be right with you or why the order was taking so long, i just drove off and went to the other dunkin down the street. The owner should really check the cameras and see how many other cars drove away as well. The same girl had messed up my order few days ago as well because she said she was sleepy.

This location does not know what they are doing at all. It took them forever to make our sandwiches and there was hardly anybody in the store even though the drive-thru was busy. It is clear that drive-thru customers are more important than the customers inside the store. Also when they finally made our sandwiches as you can see in the image that I have posted my sandwich was completely slanted and I had to stack it properly and my wife's sandwich which is not posted was burnt. I suggest you find another Dunkin location with better service.

After having terrible experiences at another location, I switched to this one. The few times I've been, the workers have been very pleasant to deal with. Today was no exception, the young woman and man doing the drive through were very friendly, and with service lacking the way it's been other places lately, they deserve recognition for a job well done! Terrible Customer Service! Placed and order through drive through. From the moment that my order was being taken all I heard was an attitude. I asked for croissants and was told the kitchen was being cleaned. When I asked if this applied even if I just wanted the plain croissants she said yes. I said ok what kind of donuts do you have all I got was an attitude. Still I placed an order of 3 coffees. When we pull up she starts to repeat the order and when we say it was incorrect as we are trying to repeat our order, girl working the drive through closed the window on my face while I was speaking. Thankfully I hadn’t given her my card. I drive away!

Pros; great bagels.
Cons: they need to do something about the older gentleman working there. He wears gloves while handling both food and money. He also is always coughing. He coughed right into my bag of food while taking my credit card with his gloves on. I was so disgusted I didn’t even eat it.

No registers open to accept cash (which is all i had on me). Manager states its due to a shift change. I work at a warehouse and was getting an order for several people on my break. Unfortunately with the only other location under renovation there are going to be several disappointed people.

I checked the DD app and it said that this store opened at 5 am. I arrived at 5:08 am and it still looked closed. As I'm walking through the parking lot, I thought I saw a head go by, and it turned out that one of the workers was there. Cool, I thought, they're open. Then I saw a second worker putting up donuts in a tray. It took about 10 minutes before either of them looked up to see me standing at the door, I even waved! A few minutes later, the first worker says something I couldn't quite make out, so she came closer to the door and said, "We're running late, we're closed." I said, "I can see that, when will you open?" to which I never got an answer, so I walked away and went to work very disappointed.

The employees at Dunkin are Rude and have not idea when it comes to Customer Service. When i have to go to any of them i order three items but after i order the first one and before i can start telling them the next it is "Anything Else" the second item it is the same thing "Anything Else". The Manager and even the owner should have more common sense to teach the employees some sort of skills. This happens in both the drive through and if i have to go in and order at the counter.

Then the one up the road by the car dealerships are completely clueless. Someone asked for lemonade and the lady asked another worker if it had lemon in it. Ordered through the kiosk and waited 20 minutes before being noticed.

#1 huge pothole in the middle of the drive thru. #2. Waited for 3 minutes at drive they to order. No one was there. I decided to pull up. I told the girl I wanted to order. She said I have to order at the speaker. I told her I waited and no one came so I would like to order now. She said they were busy doing something and said I had to go back around to the speaker to order. Are you kidding me? Went up the street to another D&D and ordered there. Much nicer better experience.

On Tuesday about 1pm there were 3 workers taking care of the drive-thru. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone tells me that I have to use the kiosk behind me which I was not aware of. Never used the kiosk and no one offered to help. I walked out. Terrible service. The next D&D down the street had someone helping people and service was much better.

Worst of 3 dunkins on my drive. They open late / aren't prepared. Drive-through operator doesn't confirm parts of order or complete order, often doesn't even confirm they heard you just open air. Then, naturally, they get it wrong. I've even gotten to the window, had the guy incorrectly confirm my order, corrected him, and got the wrong stuff anyway. Also, they run the hot holders too early and too long so the food is gross. I've gone several times and I won't be back.

Before going to work everyday. Me & my Husband stops here to get my coffee on a regular & were going to stop doing this routine because the customer service is horrible, & it's not just one time, it is every time we stop here, there is never any how are you doing or have a great day, just complete silence. from the time we order until the time we get my coffee & leave, So we don't say anything either any more. These young ones with there attitudes or just look miserable, . Really should not work in customer service if you have none. Me & my Husband decided after today we will be going to another dunkin donuts, We are not going to spend our hard earned money that gives out poor service. This place is terrible, I would give a 0 if allowed! This is why there wont be customer service eventually cause of the service . & when your job is taken or you don't have it anymore, dont ask yourselves what happened!!!

When I pulled up to the DnD I was greeted with "Debit cards only". I ordered one drink and one food item. She repeated my coffee back incorrectly 2x and I continued to clarify (no biggie). It was just an ice coffee. It still came wrong. I tossed my coffee after trying to make it better at home and my avocado toast was not toasted. All of that with no one in line. Really?

Everytime I come to this Dunkin they’re rude as hell!! This one girl kept giving me dirty looks and was very unkind. It seems to be different people everytime that are just rude all the time. I try to smile and be nice but nope. I will not come to this Dunkin anymore. The owner should do something about his staff, no wonder they don’t get as many customers as the other one on Washington. I’m very disappointed and felt very uncomfortable.

I go to this Dunkin’ every morning before work and they always greet me warmly at the window. Whether it’s peak morning rush hours or an off time the wait is never that bad. There’s been times where I ordered a latte in the Dunkin’ app on the go and when I get there to pick it up the staff will inform me “the machine wasn’t working and they owe me one” and they always make good on that.

Ordered on mobile for walk-in pick up but the doors were lock so I had wait in a 10 car deep drive through to pick up food that was bagged wrong and cold, at least my coffee was correct.

This place is an absolute joke. No one knows how to do their job effectively. This morning I ordered a sandwich and a small iced carmel coffee via drive through. As the employee repeated it back to me she stated a medium like she wasn't even listening. I responded no a small iced caramel coffee. It took a good 6 minutes to get from the speaker to the window. As I got to the window she handed me a small hot coffee. I told her yet again it was wrong. She hands me an iced coffee, no sugar, no caramale and no milk. Management really needs to fix things here. Such a shame people are clueless.

Girlfriend and I go here early morning on her way to work & the drive thru constantly messes up orders. If someone adds the word "Light" they don't seem to know it means to add the creme they usually add like all the other stores know already. They have messed up numerous orders. I have had to go back to have them correct the mistake several times. We are patient & even like the lady at the window but something going on inside is not right. This morning we pull up to the speaker while having a truck behind us & no one responded for a good time there. To add the tea wasn't even made right.....again...

One time tea had lemon and sugar & I always say light with a specific amount of sugar. Another time they mixed lemon and creme (are you kidding me?) Or the sticker says the right amount of everything shows it but tastes like no sugar maybe 1 scoop was added.

Now I know its late or mad early however you want to see it & ppl get tired especially if things get slow but when something does occur... WAKE UP. Lol. Ordering gets annoying at times too. Not sure if it's the mic or the worker's understanding of English. But some mystery shoppers should consider hitting this one at different times of the day & often.

while looking to make a review I see there are many other bad reviews of this location & I can see why. Some of these reviews leave me concerned & wonder if it is just safer to drive up the street more to the other dunkin which is not too far up. Who also have not messed up one order yet. Well just the 1st one but I expect that as they get used to see you.

Idk... maybe the people on night shift should switch to days cause I am not sure those hours fit with their rhythm. Who knows now with reviews like the ones I read from other people.

I've been coming here for about 2yrs now. With my co worker. It was great at first. But now it going down. Because the staff isn't as nice as the other one were. Plus we notice that the tall thin dark haired young man doesn't. Change his gloves he makes the food. Pulls out the garbage and opens boxes with the same gloves. I would have gave them a 5 star with the other staff. But not now. Lucky they got one star

Update 10/24/19. I tried this store one more time. I'm done and won't be back. There were 2 workers. The guy was so slow. The girl didn't help him because she was busy sitting at a table and talking to friends. My last time going here.

My last two visits in two days and I didn't get what I ordered. Tuesday I ordered coffee with cream and splenda, she forgot the splenda. Today I asked for a mocha latte and she forgot the mocha. Pitiful service.

I just came in here for a coffee not even an hour ago. I asked for a large hot coffee with a pump of french vanilla and cream. I finally took a sip because I assumed it had cooled down and it was a black coffee... If I wanted to drink a black coffee I wouldn't drink Dunkin. Thanks for not only wasting my "free drink coupon" on the app but also giving me a coffee I don't even want to drink. Its not like I asked for a complicated coffee either, never going back to this location again.

One of the best turn around from order to food being ready. Their drive thru line is faster than many other local Dunkin Donuts locations. There are times that they might have someone slow working, but overall they are mostly trained to do what they do quickly. Use the on the go app and they definitely prioritize your order.

If your like me and like to collect dunkins accessories you should check this location out. They sell Dunkin hats, towels, and even pool floats. I've yet to see those items elsewhere. The downside to this location is it only has about 3 tables to sit at. A nice little place for 2 people to stop in and have a cup of coffee, but no more than 2. Groups would have to go elsewhere.

Although this place is closer to work on my way in... the employees could be a bit more pleasant at the drive through. No one ever says good morning or thank you and it makes for a terrible start to your morning. If you're like me and expect to be greeted and feel welcomed i'd make the extra trip to the Dunkin down the street next to the post office.
