Woman prepping bagels and sandwiches had her cell phone resting on the SAME cutting board where she was prepping food. Never seen such a blatant hygiene violation. People use their cell phones all day, and they’re known to be covered in bacteria and viruses. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for coffee, cashier was extremely rude, when we had asked the server for more creamer, this cashier while playing with her braided hair yelled at her said I asked them if they wanted it. I will not be back. She was on her phone and sipping from a coffee cup while we were trying to order.

Maybe it was just bad timing but when I walked into dunkin my first impression was that it was very dirty , there were more than enough employees working to sweep the floor. Now I could be coming in at the wrong time but it was a badi tinvitation to me.

Not the best Dunkin to go to. Went up to register to order my food (bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and 1 order of loaded hash browns). So the guy told me my total and I payed. I get my food, the bagel is burnt and I get regular hash browns. So I said “it’s supposed to be loaded hash browns” and the guy says “oh we don’t have those anymore” so I said “could have told me that when I was paying” and walked out. Unbelievable, no communication.

Don’t understand how I put in a mobile order at 611 the app takes my 5.28$ I drive to the Dunkin and wondering why it looks dark so I walk up door locked guy counting money behind the register evidently meaning they’re closed but now I read the door and time say 630 then I go back on app and actually I can still at 654 order at this location!!! Seriously

Terrible, rude staff. They will not allow anyone to sit inside after 4pm, if you do, you will be very rudely told that the lobby is closed and you must leave. Really? Two adults chatting at a table with tea, this has happened to me and my friend multiple times now and we will NOT be going back,

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Walked thru the door and was waiting to be served. I was ignored for the couple behind me who he’s seemed to be friends of the girl working behind the counter. They were given free food as I was patiently waiting to have my order taken. I don’t mind if you wanna serve your friends free food but at least wait of the person who was waiting in line first to pay. This is not my first time at this place. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here. This will be my last time here. The service is terrible.

This is my favorite Dunkin! Unless I have no choice, I always go to this one, even if it’s an extra 15 minute drive. The staff are incredibly friendly and always do a wonderful job. Plus, they make perfect matcha lattes unlike any of the other Dunkins that I’ve been to nearby!

Terribly slow here. It was aggravating to stand in there for 20 minutes and watch the lady move like molasses just to put one thing in the oven and then them too busy chatting with each other to take care of customers. I watched an argument happened between a customer and find me who asked for a refund because he couldn’t wait any longer. Some nosy woman to his left started fighting with him because she thought he was being mean to the staff. But he was totally right. Behind me and people kept coming and going because they couldn’t wait that long. This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to!

Tried to buy the Dunkin Donuts new extra charge coffee it's supposed to be $2 for a medium when I got to the register the employee wanted to charge me $3.80 and I tried to tell them on the sign right on the window of the building it says $2 medium coffee they didn't want to listen and they said that it's an extra charge of $2 on top of the cost of a medium coffee which didn't make any sense to me because a medium coffee comes out to $2.42 which would have made it over $4.50 so I just gave up and said give me just a medium coffee then I got a lot of attitude because they rang up the $3.80 and had to go back and corrected to $2:42 , I would have liked to try the new coffee but I guess at this Dunkin Donuts it wasn't going to happen without me paying extra for it, this is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to its employees that don't care is the problem at this Dunkin Donuts

Im a everyday customer since I work in the same plaza and I need my coffee and bagel , but this is about the 4th time I go to this business place and I get a strong smell of marijuana after talking with the lady that works there, and I’m not going to be doing business here anymore because I do not like the fact that it’s okay for employees doing drugs and working with food that others consume god knows what that girl does to peoples food on accident due to marijuana usage! I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore to my friends or anyone else! It’s disgusting 0 drug tolerance in my book!

Purposefully gave me the incorrect item from what I ordered. I ordered two cold brew coffees, they gave me two iced coffees. I know it's bougy to complain about the difference but I don't want to pay the extra money for an item I'm not getting.

It was either laziness in making cold brew or they don't know the difference but the coffee was very clearly not cold brew. Customer service was mediocre. Asked if I needed anything but was pushy about serving me.

If you can't find a Starbucks, a gas station or any other place that serves coffee, than this will do. It's Dunkin Donuts (or Dunkin' as they like to be called now) coffee. You can get better coffee just about anywhere else, but sometimes this is all there is!

I come here usually twice a week and the workers are friendly but for some reason there is always a new face or two so they don't seem to be trained very much because they have trouble making different drinks and once in a while they throw out what they made and start over so the line gets longer behind me

Easy_off_easy_on from exit 9 of interstate 91. No drive thru or outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and a handicapped entrance. Male and female restrooms available inside, as Well as high seats. The inside space is spacious, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone.
