Went to TJ Max for the first time. The store is very clean and neat. Prices will definitely have me back for future visits. Stop by if you're in the area. I left with a shopping cart full of items.

One of the worst stores to go too!! I went to buy an expensive piece of jewelry and the associated was right next to me and would not attend to me. Never acknowledged I was there for several minutes. I walked around the store and figured let me just look for school clothes for my children. They close at 9pm on (Sunday) and at 8:15 they turned off half the lights in the store. Where we couldn't really see what we were all looking for. Many customers walked out little by little including myself wondering what was going on. As cashiers just rolled there eyes stating how they wanted to leave. Horrible store!!! Don't go there you will be disappointed!

This TJ maxx is never as good as some other locations. They do have all the Normal departments and the setup is the same. Often there are some boxes/to be stocked items sitting around. For some reason this store always has less stock and is messier than other locations. The parking lot is crowded because it’s small and shared with many other businesses. I still go here often because it’s next to Target and convenient to stop at but usually leave disappointed that I didn’t find much or anything at all.

Called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes and ended up hanging up because no one answered. So they're either understaffed or the managers are uninterested in quality of customer service. I understand the store can get busy at times but if a manager can't even pick up the phone when the employees are busy it's a bad sign.

This TJ MAXX is the worst in the area. Avoid. 5:00 on a Thursday they have one register open. The cashier takes one customer while fifteen others are in line. Then clocks out. No one gets on the register for 15 more minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager a woman behind the counter who was putting clothes on hangers said she could help. I asked her why there wasn't anyone on the register for ten minutes she said it was a shift change. Asked her why she wasn't on a register and she said she was - she never checked anyone out. Informed her that was false. Woman informed me she wasn't the manager anyway. Informed her I asked to speak with the manager. Not the lead. another woman came and asked if there was an issue. Asked why the line was to the men's clothing and she said sorry we are switching shifts. I have worked retail. Learn to switch shifts while helping buying customers. I will not return.

Very small and it has old clothes and stuff. It doesn't worth the drive. It has constraints inside which is weird. Try the one in Hamden plaza, it is bigger and about 10 minutes drive from this location.

I dont know if it is because they recently underwent renovation, but the pickings were slim. Everything looked like what was left over after every other store got their inventory. I was unimpressed and there was hardly anything there worth buying. I'm going to assume it's because of the renovations and maybe go back again in a few months.

Don't go to the jewelry dept of this tj maxx..I had receipt and tags and was treated like I stolen something. Never was I ever told more bs from a sales associate, it wasn't until I asked for the manager did I get a little courtesy.
