DQ has tasty burgers and chicken strips, but honestly the service at this location has never been good and has only gotten worse over the years. Went through the drive thru recently and the food isn’t even good anymore. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was microwaved. They also make you pull up and wait everytime you get chicken and it still gets nuked. Not even fresh.

It's what you'd expect from DQ in terms of items and quality. During busy times I feel this one is a little faster because they have dedicated preparers and you get a number that's called when the order is ready.

I come here all the time, my family loves this location. usually everyone is super hard working and kind. the last few times I've come I noticed the same worker not doing anything or just wandering the dinning area. he walked right past me away from the front register without even taking my order or at least greeting me. i finally was able to see what his name was, Nick. it seems that he does not ever work as hard as everyone else and does not want to be there. It was very upsetting that I wasn't greeted or at least told to wait while the girl came back around to the register for him to walk away and do nothing the whole time I was there.

If you've never had a DQ grill and chill, I'd say it's comparable to a Burger King, but with much better drink options. This one has a Coke freestyle machine on top of the selection of shakes, Blizzards and slushes.

The food was all well prepared, as in fresh and correctly cooked / assembled. Our order was correct when it was brought to us table side.

The whipped cream on the shakes was skimped and normally I wouldn't make a big deal of it, but everything was so expensive so you expect it all to be perfect. That said, this is a nitpick. Staff was friendly, helpful and urgent. Dining room was super clean and the air conditioning keep it comfortable on one of the hottest days of the summer.

Definitely get your money's worth with this for such an expensive fast food joint, but it doesn't make your wallet hurt less.

We order a burger meal and chicken strip basket. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil and was over cooked. Didn’t get the toast that comes with the meal and got the country gravy for dip it was very watery and clumpy and didn’t not taste like it should. The burger was dry like it had been sitting out for a while. Then while waiting for our meals we watched an employee grab French fries out of a chicken basket and toss them back in the tray with their bare hands. That’s not sanitary at all. The bathroom was disgusting the floor wet from something. Holes and black stuff all over the ceiling. We used to frequent this restaurant but not anymore.

I decided to stop by for a milkshake. I like my milkshakes a certain consistency and the manager Brandie I think is her name, made it perfectly. My favorite Dairy Queen to go to, so fast and accurate.

You really can't go wrong with DQ. The food is pretty standard fast food overall. However the famous soft serve is always fantastic. Still feel the Peanut Buster Parfait is the key to world peace.

Just got 4 small blizzards and there were hardly any recees peanutbutter cups in them. Usually they are soooo good! Very disappointed! If we didnt wait to eat them until we got home, would've went in to complain.

Meal deals not applicable at my DQ. It was a dollar more. Franchisee stated website corporate. Franchisee set their own deal prices per location. Corporate should not put locations of deal. Prices are not the same.

Went to grab some lunch and Jessica was the cashier who helped assist answering any questions I had and had a pleasant disposition throughout the time. She even offerwd different options to make items meals and overall was above and beyond great customer service! Food was also good but definitely always want to compliment someone who does an amazing job no matter what role they're in. Hope DQ does something for Jessica because I wasn't able to offer her a tip because they don't allow that and hope that she is recognized for her amazing professionalism and customer service!

My chicken tenders were partially warm.Very dry and didn't taste like chicken tasted like breading.Frys were droopy. Then the 2 machines had no diet soda.Expensive learning experience.Never again .

Ordered chicken strip basket and 4 large blizzards with Xtra toppings. Not only were they served in the wrong cups but Xtra toppings? Hell, it barely had any toppings at all!! I'm so mad. I haven't had a blizzard in a year and a half and we just paid for top dollar vanilla soft serve with the occasional small piece of toppings. I will not be getting blizzards from here again. $30 for a chicken strip basket and 4 medium vanilla "Blizzards"!

So its usually pretty busy which is fine not complaining about that. But this time was kinda messed up. They handed us a bag with our blizzards in it and the outside was covered in ice cream. The bottom on the inside had ice cream. And the blizzards them self had ice cream all over it. I get you were busy but you didn't even give us a napkin to clean up the mess.. also the current trend is the bottom of blizzards being just vanilla ice cream.

Upset their dine in is still closed! Soda was flat, kids water with meal tastes like tap water doesn’t come in a bottle or anything. Outdoor seating doesn’t even look set up to be used.

Love this place but their staff is a bunch of teenagers with attitudes and the line almost always wraps the building. I mean it's clearly a sign they're good but what's the deal DQ I cant get my blizzards as often. The one day it's not super busy. Only ones in line I still have to pull up to wait just to get cold food and half my order. We go around to get the rest and still only get half

This dairy queen has significantly gone down hill. The staff is rude and obnoxious. They do not fill the cup all of the way and are rude when asked to fill it up. The cost of a medium ice cream is near $6
