I’m not sure what happened tonight but I’ve never gotten a burger bowl as terrible as this one. I asked for all the way and there’s no mushroom or onions. No mustard or ketchup added. Just mayo. Barely any lettuce. Literally never have had this happened before but it was incredibly disappointing. If they didn’t have certain ingredients, there was zero communication stating as such. This meal was not worth the 20% tip left ☹️

It was easily the worst chain restaurant food I ever reviewed. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it, along with French fries and strawberry Sprite.
The burger went straight from the grill to the bun- which is a rookie move, bleeding through its thin layer, and turning it into a soggy slop of disgusting mush.
Fries were not properly drained (a simple tilt to the basket does it), and the grease literally went through the bag. They were also overcooked.
The Strawberry Sprite tasted like seltzer water with food coloring.
Unfortunately I tipped at 20% when I paid. That's the real loss here.
I definitely don't recommend this to anyone.

I'm probably not returning. This place is so hit-and-miss.. Sometimes it's fine, most times not. 2 small bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry was $30. Received 2 small overcooked burgers and ½ a small fry. The cup wasn't even full, usually it's over full. My wife and I usually split one and have ample fries-this time barely enough for one. What's worse worse is they were old.... Hard, dry and tasted like cardboard. So disappointing, especially when I know they can do MUCH better. If I'm putting out $30 for 2 burgers and a fry, I want FRESH FOOD... which I can get elsewhere.

We ordered a bunch of things, the shakes are consistently good, the fries are good when they’re hot, which is about a ten minute window after they’re picked up. There was definitely beef chunks/gristle in my veggie sandwich though. You really shouldn’t have things like this on your menu if you’re going to cook them on the same surface that you cook beef on and do not clean the grill in between. This is wildly irresponsible and is dangerous for people who are strict vegetarian.

Went there on Saturday afternoon with my daughter and my mom . We were greeted pleasantly by the staff and quickly waited on . My mom insisted on paying and in her rush to do forgot to order a drink as did my daughter . When they went back up to order drinks . The manager said “ I got you it’s on me “
And handed them two cups . Me and my daughter go here since opening always good service . Best5 Guys in the state

Used to be good when it first opened. Has definitely not been great the past few times. Half old burnt fries and half fresh fries is the new usual. My burger was wrapped while it was sliding to the side and my foil was ripped with the burger sticking out a little. My s/o's burger was a crispy so that was overcooked like half of my fries. And I also had barely any bag fries 🙃 (yes I know I'm not entitled to bag fries but isn't that what they're known for?) Either way they weren't that great of fries so it was probably for the best I didn't get any more.

This is the second and last time I come to this location and order fries. After tax it's over $8 for a large fry and I get a half cup of fries that are over cooked. The other five guys in the area get it right. What the Hell North Haven?

6/14/23 OVER $29.00 for a burger that is virtually indistinguishable from a Wendy's double burger, a "little" order of fries (enough to feed three people), a fountain drink and a chocolate milk shake is completely ridiculous, even factoring in inflation.
When I expressed my displeasure of the high price to the very polite young woman who took my order, she said with a straight face, "Our burgers are fresh, not frozen", to which I replied, "Neither are Wendy's"....
How this chain stays in business is a mystery to me. I know I'm not gonna pay this kind of money for it again.

I am very disappointed. There is a large sign on the door that they are open from 11:00AM every day. We went there at 11:11AM and the door was closed. Employees were moving inside, I knocked on the door, they were starring at us and nothing, didn't open the door. We were waiting another 3 minutes, knocking again, they didn't open the door again. This is not how a business should run.

Food is great, but be prepared to pay the price. Prices are very high. Over 10 bucks for a burger, 8 bucks for a hot dog. French fries 5 bucks for small and 7 for large fries.
