Rather disappointing but it was what my wife and I expected.As a guy this store didn’t do much for me. There’s plenty of merchandise, it’s clean, and it’s laid out very well. I found much of the merchandise to be economical, almost too much so. Seems like a lot of it is made in Asia, and in particular China, why it’s relatively inexpensive. In my view if you are staging a home for sale you could pick up a piece or two to liven up your place to put on the market. Best category for me was some of their framed pics. Staff was friendly.

Some have said the shelves are empty, I saw shelves filled with a variety of items. Quality of merchandise yet to be discovered but worth a trip, you may see something you like. Be carful items with “sticker price” may have been priced higher with sticker covering the original price (this was disappointing but most stores are doing this now).

A really excellent store for Home Decor. A marriage between Christmas Tree Shops and Home Goods. The store is on the expensive side, but the quality does seem to be there so I don't mind paying for a good quality product.
The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. I will also say that the Supervisor Karen is fantastic. We had a product that was not ringing up at the correct price (the bar code was not registering the discount) and Karen took care of the entire problem for us. In other stores, you would have been told "tough". It was nice to see that this error was corrected.
I will be back. Overall, a great store, with great people working in it; but on the expensive side.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. I purchased a floor lamp, bulbs and a three plug adapter with USB ports. Top bulb socket was cracked and the plug adapter would not take any plugs. I plan on returning the item, poor cheaply made items. I can imagine the markup on their items. Expensive prices for cheaply produced items.
First time customer last time shopping there.

The selection is great, the store is clean, and it is well laid out. (Melamine plates labeled and charged at $4.99 when the original label underneath was $3.99, serving platters at $21.99 when originally they were $19.99, etc.) Just be careful and check prices!

After being shipped an item that was not as advertised online, weeks after I paid needing to get a tree i returned it and instead of refunding the price of the tree like I paid I now have to wait cause the manager has poor knowledge of proper information customer service says one thing store manager another.

I ordered a comforter set online. It came defective (there was a hole). I contacted customer service and was told to go to a store or send it through UPS. Apparently, they don't replace defective items and I would have to repurchase the comforter for $49.99 on top of $11 for S&H again! Ridiculous.

Staff was friendly but I wasn't impressed with merchandise. It was just a bunch of cheap looking, overpriced, mass produced home decor. I say overpriced because for this type of quality, Walmart and Big Lots is less expensive. The art section was reminiscent of family dollar on a much larger scale. The quality in my opinion, is better in TJ Maxx.

Lots of walking in this large store filled with lots of merchandise. Mostly goods from China so check for quality, especially furniture. Great wall hangings and knick knacks. Also great outdoor finds! Average to high prices so look for sales!

They had seasonal decorations & a clearance sale on summer furniture & goods. Lots of throws 4 warmth, cushions (decorative pillows) curtains & lits of figurines . Good for decorating on a budget, onesqst apartment.

This place has a mix of Christmas Tree Shop & Michael's craft store. These glass pumpkins were buy 1 get 1 at 50%off = $4.00 per one. Great finds for any budget decor to furniture. A must go & see

I liked the store and everything it had to offer. A lot of items to choose from especially for the up coming Holidays. The one problem We had was that We picked out a Chair to purchase and needed help since the Chair was on a shelf. I went to the front desk to ask for help and they said someone would be there shortly. We waited more than 30 minutes for help and decided nothing was worth waiting for that long and left the store without making the purchase.

This was my first time visiting this company/store. The building is beautifully designed, associates were pleasant and the merchandise that they sell is very nice. There are different price ranges as well as taste. I purchased a few things that I have not used yet so I cannot speak on durability however the store was worth my visit and I will definitely return.

We bought two mirrors from at home for the remodeled bathroom and there beautiful to me and my wife. The only thing that surprised us was how empty the store was. Big warehouse style store with a very limited inventory.
