This location is very much open and staying open, from what I understand and was not on the list of closing locations of Red Lobsters. The food at this location is always very good, cooked right, and served quickly. The manager stopped by the check on us and was lovely. Love taking Mom here for lunch and highly recommend!

Have not been to Red Lobster in a long while, Red Lobster did not disappoint for dinner! The food was fantastic, all dishes and all dining had nothing but compliments to the chef! Our server again was fantastic, polite, friendly, and frequently checked if anything was needed while dining. The four stars are due to the cost, and prices are steep as typical of seafood restaurants. I'd like to think that being a larger chain, Red Lobster, could be a little more competitive pricing their menu, but all in all, fantastic dining experience.

We decided to go to the Red Lobster in North Haven because we hadn’t been there in a while due to us living a half hour away. The food was delicious, especially the endless shrimp that we all got, which were all perfectly cooked and served with various sauces. Despite this, the service was lacking, and we were unhappy because our waitress was too busy with other tables. However, the manager, Hope, came over and was very nice and helpful by doing everything our waitress couldn’t do, like bringing us our multiple shrimp dishes. Once she took over, our experience was much better, and we were a lot happier because of her friendliness! She even checked on us several times throughout our meal so that we had everything we needed. Hope did an excellent job turning our potentially bad experience into a good one! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great seafood meal.

The service was great along with the atmosphere, but some of the items I ate didn’t meet its expectations. The biscuits were cold in the inside and felt like they didn’t have the flaky consistency that they normally do. The calamari were a little undercooked and very oily and I wasn’t able to enjoy them as much. As for the Lobster and shrimp scampi, mines were great but as for my girlfriend’s scampi wasn’t as hers came with a little surprise in it, which was a hair. We did address it within the moment, which they were to able to replace but unfortunately my girlfriend had lost her appetite and just wanted to leave. Later that week I called to speak to the General Manager Lela Ali about my situation, and felt like just was mocking me, as well as felt like she was just brushing me off and blaming me for not speaking to her about it when I was at the restaurant nor respecting my manner of how I addressed the issue. She claims she’s going to give me a call after I post this review to further discuss, which makes no sense to me. Thank you and I hope this is helpful for those interested in visiting the location.

My recent visits to Red Lobster have been consistently enjoyable, with a pleasant dining atmosphere and good service. The restaurant was not overly crowded, which contributed to a comfortable dining experience. The cleanliness of the establishment was also noticeable, adding to the overall positive impression.

The menu at Red Lobster offers a variety of options to suit different tastes, whether you're in the mood for a steak with lobster tail or unlimited shrimp. On both of my visits, I found the service to be excellent, with efficient and courteous waitstaff who were attentive to our needs.

As with any restaurant, some dishes are better than others, so it's worth keeping that in mind when making your selection, especially if you're planning to take advantage of the unlimited shrimp option. Additionally, there were times when certain menu items were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing.

However, the biscuits at Red Lobster are always a highlight, with their buttery, flaky goodness that is simply irresistible. The fried shrimp was also delectable, with a crispy coating and tender, flavorful shrimp inside.

I live closer to the Wethersfield location but it's always crowded so I took the 40 minute drive to North Haven and it was so worth it! Was seated immediately and although our server seemed overwhelmed everything was delicious. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

I am a regular at this location. I wanted to give Kudos to John G, who is an outstanding server there. He is the only server that I request by name at any establishment I frequent, because of his exceptional service and attention to detail. When I am in the area, there are plenty of dining options. However, 9 times out of 10 I go to this Red Lobster because I know that I’ll be taken care of by John.

Trash!!!! No communication between servers. We had a birthday reservation. Waitress didn’t check in between on us. The orders we wrong, no rectifying it either. Guessing who’s meal was on the receipt. Mind you we brought our own cake. We had to remind them to bring it out to sing. It was my moms 73rd birthday. Never ever again. My kids tipped she’s lucky because she didn’t do her job.

Drove over 2 hrs from Boston to dine here for my mom’s 82nd bday (her choice). The meal started off fine but once the food came disaster struck. My beer was warm, food was less than mediocre and missing items. When we bought this to our servers attention a manager was brought to our table. We explained the situation and everything seemed fine. Until my brother overheard the staff speaking badly abt my family. The whole experience was unprofessional and terrible. Not one employee took responsibility for their actions, instead had a multitude of excuses followed by empty apologies.

Horrible food, look at the so called scallops and the shrimp was the size of a penny piled up with a bunch of garlic. A waste of time and money. The food was great however, our server, Zaniyah made it the most uncomfortable dining experience i've ever had. We waited about 5-7 minutes to even get greeted. When we did get greeted she greeted us with "i'm going to skip the intro, i'm tired so what would you like." The only reason I even know her name is because I looked on the check. After we ordered we were given our side salad with no utensils. We genuinely were so uncomfortable to even ask her for a fork since she radiated so much anger. After waiting for her to come by for 5 minutes we asked the VERY lovely host/ busser (kudos to him because he made the experience for us) for utensils and napkins. When asking our server for more biscuits, she ROLLED her eyes and replied "sure" and while walking away threw her hands up in the air. I don't quite think I will come here again. I understand the service business can be very demanding and tiring but as someone who works in the hospitality business, this was just absurd.

Went with two friends (one was new to Red Lobster) and had a great time. The server was fantastic, super nice, and efficient. I got the shrimp 3 eats with hush puppies and the food was delicious. The cheddar bay biscuits were a little soft/gummy/falling apart, and were very small. But, if you could get over the texture, the great flavor was there. While it's not a fancy place, it gets the seafood craving taken care of well.

My family and I dined at this Red Lobster location last evening. Our waiter was QUAN and he was Outstanding! Everything about him, from the welcome, personality, attention to detail and overall customer service was impressive and superb. He's a keeper and should be utilized as such in the Red Lobster organization. I would highly recommend Red Lobster to offer him an opportunity (ies) to maximize his leadership skills which would in fact continue to raise the bar for one of America's favorite restaurant. I've been in retail magement for over 20 years and Quan is rare!

The worst service ever. Ask to be seated at the bar area got the menus then was left there for good while without anyone asking us what we need. Then we decided to ask for a waiter they started communicating in their language about not serving us. That was not professional and very rude. You will not be getting my service ever again.

Dined in today with Connor. He was knowledgeable and very attentive. I’ve been going to this location for years and this was the first time my family and I were able to bond with our waiter. We are a large family and he was able to keep up. He had great suggestions, knows his menu and has exceptional customer service. He’s a very respectable young man. He deserves a raise! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing great service with Christina, From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.Throughout my entire dining experience, she was attentive and professional. She constantly checked on me to see if I needed anything and made sure my water glass was always full. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations when I couldn't decide what to order.The food itself was outstanding. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. The flavors were well-balanced and everything was cooked to perfection.

Our food was delicious. The low star rating is for our server. Everyone was friendly and kind except for our server.
We were a party of 11, celebrating my daughter’s birthday.
We were rudely “greeted” by our server. I don’t recall her telling us her name, I just remember her asking us for our drink order and if we were doing separate checks with so much attitude.
Every interaction with our server was as if she didn’t want to be bothered with us. The only time she was nice and personable was when she was giving us our check.
I understand the frustrations of working during a busy holiday weekend, but her rudeness was uncalled for.

Horrible!!! I frequent Red Lobster often as it’s one of my kids favorite restaurants. However, today 12/21/23 will be the last time I come to this Red Lobster in North Haven. I’m not sure what’s going on in the kitchen over the last month or so but my food was cold, my kids order was wrong and my drink taste like ice and lemonade NO TITO’s. I have given them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time my order was wrong. I ordered an ultimate feast but only ended up with crab leg which was nasty smh.

I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. The Hostess went back and forth multiple times before I finally introduced myself. I ordered two to go meals, and they were not presentable. They baked potato was tiny and over baked, there was bearly enough rice to take two mouthful. This is my third time at this restaurant, and each time, the service has gotten worse. I would rather make the trek to Bridgeport Red Lobster than ever eat here again.

Me and my friends were there on Tuesday the 24th. We decided to sit at the bar and Jon was our bartender. Besides it being extremely busy we had one of our best experiences at a restaurant in a long time. Drinks were amazing especially the watermelon Mint Rita. Food was delicious but what sold our experience was Jon. Overall I definitely recommend visiting red lobster in north haven and I would highly recommend asking for Jon C.

Fantastic service and the food came out hot, fresh, and quickly. From the start it was a great visit, the hostess was laughing and joking with my siblings because I was late, of course, then Jon G. was our waiter and he was friendly and engaging. Took time to review some new items on the menu and sang happy birthday to our sister. We had a great time here on a Sunday afternoon. Would come back again and again!

Went there to celebrate my sister's birthday. Jon Green, our waiter, was exceptional. Seriously! Really Good food, great portion to price ratio, and exceptional service. That's what you want in a dining experience. Make sure to ask for Jon 'G' or Jon Green. Also had the privilege of meeting Lela, the regional or district manager. She was courteous and professional. Same w hostess (sorry, I forgot your name); but it was Sunday 10/08/23 at 140pm. Hostess was also great. I rarely post reviews, but we had such a great time on Sunday, I had to give credit and say thanks. Thank you Red Lobster of North Haven. P.s. make sure to ask for Jon G💪🏾👍🏾💯✔️

menu is limited , not a big seafood selection to many combo deals ( expensive) steak was way over cooked and garlic loaded hot 4 small semi fried scallops. one of the first seafood places around , got better food at the ball game dishes i would recommend ... none

Have not been to Red Lobster in a long while, Red Lobster did not disappoint for dinner! The food was fantastic, all dishes and all dining had nothing but compliments to the chef! Our server again was fantastic, polite, friendly, and frequently checked if anything was needed while dining. The four stars are due to the cost, and prices are steep as typical of seafood restaurants. I'd like to think that being a larger chain, Red Lobster, could be a little more competitive pricing their menu, but all in all, fantastic dining experience.

Great time at red lobster this evening. Went for the all you can eat shrimp. Was great ran out of hunger quickly. The shrimp isn't the best tasting but for that price it's hard to beat. Our waitress was kind and everything went smoothly would reccond.

We decided to go to the Red Lobster in North Haven because we hadn’t been there in a while due to us living a half hour away. The food was delicious, especially the endless shrimp that we all got, which were all perfectly cooked and served with various sauces. Despite this, the service was lacking, and we were unhappy because our waitress was too busy with other tables. However, the manager, Hope, came over and was very nice and helpful by doing everything our waitress couldn’t do, like bringing us our multiple shrimp dishes. Once she took over, our experience was much better, and we were a lot happier because of her friendliness! She even checked on us several times throughout our meal so that we had everything we needed. Hope did an excellent job turning our potentially bad experience into a good one! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great seafood meal.

After telling us our wait was going to be 45 min , we ended up waiting more than an hour. When we finally got our table , we waited about 20 30 min for our waiter to take our order, after she took our order .. waited almost another hour for our food , and when we finally got our food it was missing a lobster tail I had ordered 🤦‍♀️ long story short , my lobster tail arrived when we were getting ready to leave. Terrible experience

Best waitress i have ever had, Janel i believe is the way her name was spelled. She was so attentive of me and my table and she was the sweetest, she is the reason why this has a 5 STAR!!

There seems to be some kind of atmospheric change in the customer service and Culture of their Organization. I wouldn't recommend this place or any place in the corporation to anyone I would avoid it stay away.

Placed an order at 7.08pm through their website with a pick up time of 7.45pm. We waited for over 15 min at the curb side pick up spot. I went ahead and called and was told someone will be out shortly and still nothing. Had to call again to tell them its been over 20 min now that we're sitting in the car. Now almost 25 min later finally a lady came out with our food apologizing and saying our food's been ready and sitting there but the first lady who answered the phone clearly didnt give a s*** that we were waiting and didnt even said anything to anybody that we've been waiting. Thats the first and last time that i went to this location since they dont care about customer service. ✌🏻

Best Red lobster that I have ever had. Top notch platinum level service. Very easy parking. Nice level of alcohol in the margarita. My late night in the middle of the week dinner was as close to perfection as I ever experienced.

The food is always great when we go, and the last time we went the service from our waitress was great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is we were told it would be a 25 minute wait and waited closer to an hour and a half. We had a toddler with us so it was hard to keep her entertained while waiting, we would have gone somewhere else if they would have been honest about time. We were told repeatedly over about 20 mins that they were just "cleaning a table off" for us but it seemed to take quite a while to do that. However, after this experience the waitress was very sweet and polite and our food came out in good time!

We got there late around 9pm. We order the all you can eat shrimps for 20 a head. At that time there wasn't many people the service was awesome and the atmosphere was gentle and the food was fresh. Love it!

Ordered for take out. Food was eh. Should really keep all cold items together. Should not put butter pats in with hot food.... Melted and unusable. This is 2nd time where meal was nothing to write home about.

Went here on Friday around 8pm, we were sat quickly at the the table but the service was terrible. There was no refills, server could not be found for a long period of time. When she did come to the table until it was time to bring out our food. We asked asked for out drinks before hand and not until our main course came out she brought it way after. She had a very monotonous tone, I get it i work with customers all day but there is no need to be greeted like that. It was not very busy. I would not suggest this place to anyone, my bill came out to be 133 for three people, I was very disappointed for the food quality and quantity.

Cheesy crab fries are delicious. The waitress IRIS is a must to have serve you. She made our beautiful princess very happy. The manager is one of a kind and is very sociable. Great environment for family with kids. Highly recommend. Food was hot and delicious. Was nicely paced!

I went to the Red Lobster to for the 1st time at this location. When we walked in we were quickly sat. The host was nice. The restaurant had only a couple of tables occupied. We waited for 10 minutes or so before our server came. Once she came we gave her our full order no appetizers .The waters came quickly. The food took forever once she brought it out everything was cold. She did not check up on us, we were not offered refills on drinks or endless shrimp. I had to find a manager because we were completely ignored and the experience was horrible. The manager helped us out and was really nice. We didn't see our server again until she dropped the check. Then the manager took the payment. Our server Amber C was horrible and unprofessional. I'm a server myself so I most definitely know you don't treat people that way. She really needs to look up hospitality.

Never again the food was awful 114.00$ food was not fresh tasted like packaged food just taken out of a box and cooked portion size was like it was for a child and the biscuits was so doughy not even cook the waitress was nice that's about it place has really went down hill

We had dinner tonight at Red Lobster. The service & food was great! Thank you to Hailey for being a great waitress. The manager Hope also came around to make sure everything was going good. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely fantastic dinner. Our server, Jennifer, was wonderful. She knew the menu and made recommendations. We had appetizers before our meal and they cane out at exactly the right time. Everything was hot and fresh. The lobster bisque and new England clam chowder were delicious. We both had the seafood stuffed filet of sole topped with lobster and this fantastic cream sauce. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Walked in with my family to no host and 2 guest in the waiting area, after about 10 minutes a server in the bar area greeted us and said someone will be with you shortly, we waited about 10 more minutes, a young man came out (didn't greet us, no I am sorry for the wait) and simply says, let me seat them first and I will wipe a table down for you, after a 15 minute wait, the young man finally comes back (to now a full waiting area) and says, we are short staffed and the wait will be 15 to 20 minutes, I asked does that include me? He responded no, then left. He never returned and we simply left, I truly hope management fixes this issue as this has always been one of our favorite places to dine in the past.

The Bairdi crab legs are delicious. They are large and juicy. A must-have! Be sure to ask for Janell, she made my visit PERFECT! She is courteous, and delivers top-notch service!

My Experience at red lobster with Jon and Iris was 10 plus 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ they made the atmosphere so relaxing and comfortable. we couldn't ask for better service ❤️ super amazing they were....👍🏾👍🏾

I'm not too sure what happen to Red Lobster but, unfortunately this location is lacking in more ways than one. The service is substandard, the food is unreasonably priced and is poorly prepared, cooked and presented, the wait time is extended and the staff is not very customer service oriented. Will not be returning.
