The old bait and switch! The guy told me one price over the phone then when I got there told me a different one. I told him this not the price you told me over the phone, he said thats b4 Christmas. The employees of this business do not know how to understand simple instructions. In addition to repeating the same thing to them. They damaged my hat.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the store’s promise of professional customization services. Despite providing clear instructions and discussing my vision in detail with the staff, the final product was far from what I had envisioned. The design was improperly aligned, and the colors used were a stark contrast to the samples I was shown. This resulted in a hat that not only lost its original charm but also appeared carelessly handled.
