This is how Macy’s actually does not give any discounts. They inflate the prices and make you feel like their discounts are worth something.
I wanted to purchase this Samsonite luggage and their “discount” was actually the original price of the bag in the Samsonite’s site. The girl who was taking care of us said that the luggage was $559.99 (false) and with the discount the luggage is $279.99 (the original price). The worst part is that I showed them the prices in the Samsonite website and they did not care. She even showed me the price the system was giving her (see images below) and not only that, the Macy’s website too. Macy is a scam.

The Pandora section at Macy's is unprofessional and rude. Please explain how I waited 30 minutes to be attended to, and none of the three sales associates came to me or asked me if I could be helped. When I brought this up to the manager and sales associates, I was told where the line started to be attended to. The very same spot I waited 30 minutes at. They told me they had to attend to everyone else who came after me. I understand they needed to attend to everyone in order, but why did no one come to me if I was there before? Why did the people who came after me and didn't make the line were serviced as I stood there? I had the intention of buying an estimated 20-25 charms as I have many, many people to gift, but I will be buying my much-needed and wanted charms at another Pandora where customer service and good manners are a priority. Btw Macy's should do their research and make sure the charms are authentic from the so-called Pandora section because the charms look like fake goods from Chinatown. Just saying as an avid Pandora collector.
Btw the one star is because I have no choice if I want this submitted. 0 stars would be it if it were an option.

Whatever male sales worker was working in the shoe department today 9/15 at 6PM was SUPER rude and unprofessional. I spent $467 on a blazer, dress shirt, belt, and suit pants. Come to find out, i can’t pay for the $150 shoes at the same counter. Thought this was weird and bad business practice but oh well. I go to pay for the shoes, i get asked if i want the Macy’s card, i say no, they ask again. I say, “no thank you, if the transaction was all together yes because 30% of $700 is more than 30% of $135. THIS MAN GOES BACK AND FORTH WITH ME HOW I SHOULD APPLY FOR THE CARD, GO BACK, RETURN MY ITEMS, AND PAY AGAIN. “Why would i go back and do all that work?” He says “well, you’re doing it for the 30%” ????? WHY AM I THE CUSTOMER HAVING TO GO HALF WAY ACROSS THE STORE, WAIT 5-7 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK WHEN I COULD HAVE JUST PAID TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE???? Super unprofessional

Went to macys today to buy a watch I promised my wife for her birthday day we arrived at 7 pm and left at 7:45 only one sales lady was there to help and she was helping someone else and before me was another couple that got there 20 minutes before us because I ask them they also left not going back again to purchase at that location

The Macy’s did not have a lot of the clothing items they showed online so that was kind of disappointing. I have friends that found the clothing in other locations. Overall, seems like your typical Macy’s. I have been to this location a few times, and it’s relatively quiet.

On Monday, 08/26/2024, I went with a friend who's soon to be married to Macy's Men's & Home department of Miami International Mall. I was assisted by Ivania in trying on several long-sleeve shirts for the wedding since I'm one of the groomsmen. Ivania was very patient and lovely in her attitude, demeanor way of assisting me. I didn't hesitate to thank her for her wonderful and welcoming treatment. She deserves praises for her calm, cool, and sweet approach to genuine and authentic customer service. I was wrongfully charged with shop lifting. I took an item to the person that charged me and I asked if they charged me for this set because it wasn’t in my bag. Mind you I confirmed with her 3 times before this if that set was in my bag. When I checked 5 minutes later it wasn’t..She asked me for my receipt I then gave it to her and she replied yes I charged you for this. She proceeded to remove the security and handed me the merchandise with my receipt. It is not my job to triple check that I was indeed charged for those items. That is why I went to a store employee gave them the items and the receipt so they can check. Mind you I bought over 800$ in items I don’t have the time to check that every single thing is on there. That is what they are there for and why I asked. They checked my receipt and told me yes these items were charged. How is that my fault in any way shape or form?
APC Ariana long the “secret shopper” has a nasty attitude. I don’t know who needs to read this but she isn’t the person you should have guarding merchandise. She’s definitely on some type of power trip over there. She is going to cost macys more money than what she’s “protecting”. I also don’t know who the manager is but I doubt ms long explained the situation properly. The 2 other employees that were there did not agree with her decision. At least that’s what they made it seem like to me when she wasn’t in the room. She also threatened to have me arrested when I asked for a manager.. I’m obviously going to comply with her ridiculous requests because who wants to get arrested? Whoever decided it was a good idea to hire that lady really dropped the ball. Ariana long should never have any job involving interaction with people. If that’s even possible… She has no moral compass and her decision making skills are poor to say the least. They will be hearing from my lawyer.
