Just had the worse experience while trying to return an item. It was saying that it was not found, even though I had my receipt, tag, and item. So because of that I couldn’t return it. I think that they could’ve done more or try to return it in some other way. I was actually there to buy more things and mostly do an exchange. I’ve always come here before but today is definitely the last day. What a shame they have great things in store, but their costumer services is lacking.

Loved this Marshall’s and Ross location! They are located in a taller building w underground garage parking free of charge. Very efficient and conveniently keeps you and your car cool and dry when it’s raining, or when it’s hot out.

The location is small but is so much better shopping experience than in hialeah. I went to this location after visiting the one in hialeah. It's night and day. Yes, it's smaller than in hialeah but way more organized. The aisles are more wider. Overall I would choose this location. Go take a look and you will see why.

Nada que ver con el servicio , no hacen las devoluciones como tiene que ser , la manager no pudo resolverme
Compre en Marshall de otra parte y en doral no me quisieron hacer la devolución porque el ticket según no era de la prenda y lleve factura y los tickets de la prenda ! La verdad no entendí que pasó !! Nunca me había pasado . No compro más allí

I have never been to such a negative establishment ever, no one greeted me when I walked in, the Latina ladies that worked there that was putting the stuff out was super rude, I was trying to look at bras and two of them cut me off, completely disregarded me, I went to the accessories section and the lady with the bin followed me around as if I were stealing, not to mention they had nothing in my size, things that were supposed to be on sale were marked down $2, 3 dollars, I couldn't even wait until I got back to the car to write this review, I will never come back here again, much happier spending my money next door at Ross!
