I have now called this location every day for the last week at various times of the day. They refuse to pick up the phone, and there is no way to leave a message as the phone rings to a fax line, and the website is extremely limited with no tools to upload logos or make special requests. Business hours are not posted on the website either - only found out after leaving work early in rush hour to get there at 5:05 to see the hours were 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, and despite someone being there, they chose to ignore me when all I needed was a quick piece of information. A complete waste of time. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Convenient to me, yes. But clearly not customer-friendly. At least not to prospective ones. If I had the time to wait for an e-mail response I would. But this was time sensitive.

Great team of people to help you and your business with ideas for next event. They handled my rush order very well. I enjoy working with them since they have in-house production of embroidery and screen printing.

Everybody who work here were so cordial and helpful.
They really helped us get our shirts perfect. We get a lot of compliments on this logo shirts.

Gave them the t-shirts, the template to print, the picture of how they should be placed...was supposed to be a next day...became 3 days service...arrived to get the shorts finally and 1. They printed on the front when it was supposed to be on the back 2. They messed up one of the brand shirts i provided and replaced it with a Fruit of the Loom type.
They put all in a bag and had me ready to leave, probably hoping i wont check them.
When i asked why it's the front, i got the excuse he did not make a note it should be on the back....with that answer I understood that it is pointless to try and explain how messed up what they did was.
No intention to compensate their mistake whatsoever.
PS I had those done for my girl's trip to Disney! I guess that started off just perfect!

Excellent embroidery store located in the heart of Doral. Great staff and they are very experienced!! I loved that there is parking out front. Try them for all your promotional marketing needs.
