Some of the positive aspects of my trip to Walmart this particular day was that it was Christmas eve! They were packed as I've ever seen. This year I completely procrastinated on my shopping and they had it running like a well-oiled ship. Up to and including the checkout lines. Great job to the Walmart employees! Also I really like their new selection of clothing in both male and female section.

Said they couldn’t remove our wheels because they were cross threaded or stripped. Hilarious enough the wheels have been on and off by hand tools with no issues. They had no work and didn’t seem to want any. Our second appointment cancelled over nothing. First time the Boiling Springs Walmart failed, they just didn’t have the tires we ordered and we tried this one next, not much better.

If you’re not equipped to remove wheels I don’t know that I trust you installing new ones either.

Public transportation accessible. Lines move fast (live cashiers and self check-out). Store layout it's standard. Fully stocked. Bakery is fresh!

TERRIBLE!! The store is running out of food. If you order groceries online prepare to have items broken and missing from your delivery. The delivery drivers keep stealing our stuff, and customer service is non existent. I spend $1,000 a month at this store. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on. Been dealing with this for years. NO MORE!!

First, many items out of stock. Poorly organized shelf's. Over crowded parking lot and last but definitely not least...filled with people who come in there with BODY ODOR! Really bad. This makes it very unpleasant to shop there. A notice needs to be put up or something.

I drive all the way from the cape just to go to this Walmart. Personally, The Walmarts in the cape can not compare, especially when it comes to grocery pickup. At this Walmart, the pickers are usually on top of it and grab quality items.
I prefer the layout of this store as well. I know where everything is (before the renovation that is 🤣- it looks great by the way!), and I know what I'm getting is fresh and stocked.

I still can't find an employee who can help me find items on the floor because I have to hunt for someone who speaks English!! So I end up on a wild goose chase - Wait.
I am in America -No? This is unacceptable!!
Let them learn the language if they are to work in America. Why do I have to suffer for their lack of judgement??
And if they are only stockers then add more regular English speaking employees to the schedule who CAN help! Come on guys!! This isn't a new issue!

New register layout is terrible. To get to any of the registers you have to bottleneck through a 4 foot wide gap that everybody stops in because it's where they put all the attention grabber items. You're a multi billion dollar corporation, you don't need to squeeze every last penny out of us. Please revert back to the good, convenient, customer friendly layout instead of this infuriating money hungry nonsense.

This store needs help! While they have good employees, other employees are very rude!! They need training on how to interact with customers!! The store is in disarray. Some areas are quite congested, and they wasted a lot of space when they remodeled the Check Out area. Also, a lot of items do not have prices on them.

I constantly get really bad carts that lock up or are to hard to push, there is always employees in middle of isles blocking you from looking or getting around them and the Premade small Cobb salads are so hard to get, they rarely have them when I go. I also wish they would stop moving items around, they already changed the store around but they are still moving items around

Just a normal Wal-mart and they also have it set up so checking out isn't ever easy. You will wait for self checkout and/or for someone to check you out. Lines are always ridiculously long.

**** CUSTOMER HARRASSMENT ****
Date: 10/12/24 Time: @ around 4pm

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident of harassment and discrimination that I experienced at your North Fort Myers location.

On 10/12/24, I was subjected to inappropriate behavior by three of your employees: Brett, who was working in the air freshener aisle; Coach Gabe; and a short Hispanic woman from the Asset Protection team. Their actions made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed as a customer.

As I was aggressively advised from employee Brett " Don't be opening product that you are not going to buy" as I am a firm believer on this as well I advised that the product was already opened, But did still want to make sure components were all there as I did still want to purchase the item.
( ONLY HAVING 1 Available on shelf)
After confirming with the employee I did not open it he then mumbles under his breath about me and my partner while walking away. To make matters worse while I was now looking at flannels in the men's clothing he is following us with the product he assumed me and my partner opened.
Me noticing that he is fallowing I proceed to ask him " Do you need any help? I've notice you have been following us from your dept." as I walk around the corner Asset Protection and coach * GABE * are standing there. Now I feel uncomfortable as well as DISCRIMINATED while shopping and harassed as I have been followed. when expressing my concerns to the COACH (Gabe) he then advised that me feeling harassed is not correct. After requesting further escalation to Store manager Coach GABE states " IM in charge the store manager is not here today" I further requested information to contact store manager or any of his resources and he states he will not provide it.
To make matters worse I was advised from Lady (Asset Protection) and Coach GABE that " If you didn't steal anything you can walk away and continue shopping or we will have you removed". At this point no protocol is being followed in regards to corrective action to me being Harassed by an employee as my only option as a Honest paying Customer is to be removed if I don't go about my day.
Store Manager (RICH) was there the whole time in store As I was lied to by GABE who did a horrible job deescalating situation as well as not providing any Customer resources about me and my partner being harassed by the employee ( BRETT).
*** Once speaking with Rich (store Mgr) about this matter he showed Empathy as well as confirming that all steps taken by Brett, Gabe, And APS lady was not followed correctly. Rich states he will further investigate the matters and contact me back personally.
I am seeking some sort of resolution for the HARRASSMENT/DISCRIMINTATION Me and my partner endured at the NORTH FORT MYERS Location.

My latest visits to Walmart are for the purpose of picking up groceries. My list is limited to staples. I like the convenience of ordering online, choosing a pickup window, and having my groceries brought out and placed in my car. The people who bring out groceries do work quite hard; especially in the hot summer months. I am thankful for their efforts. My thanks to them.

I usually go shopping at night but lately the shelves have been bare so I tempted to go at 11:00 in the morning once again the shelves are all empty I tried to get help to reach something that was 3 ft above my head and I 5'3 it seems like most of the things that I try to go shopping for or 6 feet up in the air which is frustrating and it totally pisses me off.. then I get in mind to pay for half of the items I went for and the checkout gal was so slow I could have had a margarita and a burger what is going on with Walmart lately you don't have anything to buy your employees totally suck butt juice oh and then I'm walking towards the door I see four people ahead of me who just wave their receipt up in the air like it's no big deal and then when I try it because I have a box that's bigger than a pair of shoes she grabs my damn receipt like I was trying to steal something oh yeah I let her have it and if I could have punched her in the face and got away with it I would have and I'm not a violent person but God damn no wonder I mainly shop at Publix even though their prices are higher at least they can show a little respect for people.. I hate Walmart

First time shopping at the North Fort Myers location. Based on what I observed, it seemed to be organized and stocked well. I didn't have to spend endless amounts of time looking for items I needed. Employees seemed amiable. Overall, not a bad experience.

The staff profile customers, accuse them of theft quite often. Store is unkempt, floors usually in need of mopping, shelves are left barren for far longer than they should be. Often times they operate with only a small handful of cashiers. Very unprofessional.

My friend and I went to the Walmart on Pine Island Road in North Fort Myers. She is handicapped so she needed an electric cart . She found one but instead there were three that were broken
We did our shopping and left. Thursday we went back the three shopping from a few days ago were still there and had every single employee in you store yelling they're broken so we finished our shopping. Randy who checks the receipts at the front was understanding and apologize for not having the electric carts working.another person sant down at one of the broken carts and was told they were broken and his response was yeah I know. Why don't you fix the carts so handicapped disabled and senior citizens can shop at your stores.

Worst Walmart in fort myers every time I buy something it is tampered the last few times I have bought stuff sealed from here I just got a bottle of carpet cleaner and it was poked smh .
