We purchased a sofa and got it home but decided we didn’t like it. After a week they took it back and gave us a full refund. Shout out to Chrissy and Matt who provided wonderful customer service. Will definitely continue to shop at Big Lots for other things.

Well, I have to say Big Lots has really stepped up their game. Furniture has improved immensely! Products have improved while staying within an appealing price range. Store cleanliness has steadily improved as well. Granted, you may not find some of your higher end merchandise... but nonetheless, chances are you'll find something comparable.

Growing up, I remember the name Odd Lots. Mom piled us in the car to ruin our Saturday as we idly watched her shop. My o my have the times since changed.

Apparently, Big Lots investors have been thoroughly impressed as well. Their stock has been a sound investment.

I'm excited to see them continue. Hats off to the leaders, as they really made things work to their benefit throughout (and following) the Plandemic. Cheerio & Salud 🫡

I know the store is closing, and I understand they are lacking employees so the registers are busy, but what upset me is the employees were allowing customers to smoke while waiting in line to check out. Why not tell them they can't?

I absolutely love this store. From the cute outdoor garden decor to inside decor they have a lot of options great cute furniture pieces again always has a great some type of discount on something everywhere throughout the they have name brands and off brands. They're like a miniature Walmart but better. They even have clothes pillows soaps food paper towels cups again all these patio furnitures and outside decor with your adorable for your garden I've gotten more than a few myself stores always has beautiful people very nice and very clean.

I haven't been to a big lots literally in 25 years. My nephew took me to the one in North fort Myers and I bought some really nice throw rugs, some patio furniture and just other things that I needed at a really, really good price. I will start shopping there from now on. They've got everything you can imagine for a really really good price

Some of the stuff is a great deal some of this made very cheap and it falls apart like the dollar store stuff. I do find some decent deals there sometimes but the quality of the items are very low.

Good store, but the pick up was kinda awful. I had to wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot because the phone line would be busy. Also, the parking lot seemed really sketchy. But overall, good place to get furniture.

It's okay. Has some good deals. But it wasn't what someone talked it up to being with deals they said. Which doesn't make sense you sell Peanut Butter and Jelly but no bread 🍞 here. Person telling us about Big Lots oh they regular brands of chips and then they have $1.00 bags of chips no name brand. But there wasn't no name brand at all there. I noticed at Big Lots they got gallon of milk for $5.35 and can go RaceTrac and get a gallon of milk for $4.76. I know saved on peanut butter and jelly. But unsure about other stuff. That was yesterday visit. Today needed pads and not too bad for cheap brand of pads.
