My wife and I noticed that our cashier forgot a bag of our groceries.

This older, lady cashier was lost when we were checking out.

Cashiers should be knowledgeable enough to not forget to give us a whole bag.

It was hard to watch this cashier and the lady in front of us resolve an issue that was NOT necessary.

The cashier didn’t know what a Green card ID looked like.

We never got our receipt during this check out.

We are missing three items for our New Years Celebration.

This was $30 in items that we paid for. This was a terrible experience.

This is the closest Walmart to my house but I stopped going here. I now go to the Walmart in Margate on Atlantic and 441 because the lines are ridiculous at this Walmart. Some incompetent person decided to change the way the checkouts are configurated and it makes the lines even longer. Now you have one long line all the way to the back of the store where the milk and orange juice is. Whoever reconfigured the registers should be fired because it's worse. In the checkout area you have a whole back wall that's empty where they could place self checkout registers and all they do is have employees standing there!
There's an old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it. Well you took something that was bad and made it worse.

This outlet is very clean , staff rearrange items that are handled by customers - very clear signage , wide aisles ensure shopping is made easy . Their Great Value brand is economical . Well , there's almost nothing that you don't get here . Don't miss to peep into the Clearance Racks as you may find something you need at much lower price than the regular price.

This Walmart is pretty much like all of the others in regard to price, set up and selection. However, the selection for boys is very limited. The girl aisle is expensive will a variety of styles, colors and options. On the other hand, the boys’ area is one little square. There was a minimal selection and what they had lacked sizing.

Review for Walmart

I visited Walmart late at night, just before closing, and had a pleasant experience overall. The aisles were well-stocked, though the night crew had started placing pallets in the aisles, which is understandable at that hour.

I went to the grocery section, the automotive section was coded and therefore allowed me to find parts I needed (along with using the app) then I spent some time in cosmetics, specifically looking for nail polish, and was impressed by the wide selection of colors available. The staff in that area were helpful and friendly, which made the shopping experience even better.

Additionally, the other customers were courteous, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The self-checkout system was quick and efficient, making it easy to get in and out without hassle.

Overall, a great shopping experience—organized, well-maintained, and customer-friendly.

I will visit this particular Walmart again.

The lines are insane. We are wasting more than 20 minutes doing Aline just because they don’t want yo open the self checkout or hire more cashiers. If you have people stealing from you find a better solution, the problem can’t be solve affecting others. Only on communists countries you face this issues.

This Walmart is literally the worst!!!!!!!!!!

You have to stand in line for 30mins just to cash items. I don’t know the hell whoever runs this store thought it was a good idea to remove the self checkout to install “grab and go” . The lines are literally ridiculous every day and the cashiers that are cashing are slow even my 85 yr old grandmother looks faster than them. So many language barriers also with trying to get help from someone. This place just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Whoever owns this store obviously doesn’t care.

The nice thing I see about this Walmart is when you do self check out!
The other day I rang up the same item twice, before I could find someone, a Walmart staff member was taking it off my bill. Walmart brand water in bottles had these long barcodes on them so I’m looking to try and find the correct barcode? Once again the associate said you can scan the long barcode and it’ll register. I never knew that. Thank you Walmart.

One last thing, when you walk out of the store and they choose to check your receipt if I have $20 worth of this that and the other, they waved me on and say have a nice day !
A few weeks ago, I bought a TV it was around 200+ dollars. This time as I was going out, they stopped me and we’re very nice to me and just wanted to check the receipt. Make sure this was the right TV for the right receipt and I thought that was fine.

“It’s disappointing that such a well-stocked and organized store has such poor customer service. I spent 30 minutes waiting at the customer service desk, and the experience was frustrating. The associate assisting me was doing her best, but her register code wasn’t working, and the team leads at the front simply chose to ignore her instead of helping. They seemed to have no interest in working or resolving the issue. This reflects a lack of commitment and professionalism from the leadership at this location. I like shopping at Wal-Mart because I can get everything I need at a reasonable price. It's convenient and this particular Walmart is always stocked. Customer service is good, never had an issue.

Update: I used to like this Walmart but now it is extremely difficult to check out here. I've literally had to stand in line for 45 minutes to an hour just to check out the items I wished to buy. They did a little remodeling and removed many self check out machines. They need to open more cash registers if they are going to have less self check out registers. I now order delivery or go late or early if I need anything, which is really not convenient except for the delivery. Do better Walmart!

The layout changed at the Walmarts I think is great and several other ones have it together and things flow...this Walmart though, my gosh even at 8 in the morning how are people waiting in lines?? We used to come to this Walmart since it was really close to our house. But we now we rather drive more than come here. I don't know who was the genius who reduced the number of self-checkouts and put them on the same line as the the other checkouts, but lines are nightmare. The distribution is completely changed as well, so we keep having trouble finding most things. All and all it's just an uncomfortable place to shop at lately. Don't think we'll be returning.

Whomever thought it was a good idea to limit this store to one entrance, and use what should be a 2nd entrance for the pickup people should be fired. Try getting in and out of this location in a timely manner once you have a cart pusher bringing carts in, and everyone trying to get in and out of 1 door......

This used to be the fastest and easiest Wal mart to shop at. The lines always moved smoothly until they decided to recently change their check out floor plan!! Everytime Walmart decides to change the floor plan, It becomes a headache. Not even their own employees know how to work the new plan to benefit the customers, you know, the ones who come to your store to spend their money!! Why do we now have to wait in longer lines and have incompetent people trying to assist with the new change!! This Walmart isn’t bad, it’s awful. The checkout lines wrap around almost the entire store. I needed some help getting some car audio equipment, nobody had the keys to unlock the case for it and nobody would go out their way to help. Must have asked 5 or 6 employees. All of them brushed me off. Ended up leaving.

Parking lot is absolutely disgusting. Trash and litter everywhere. Carts are not put away and a genuine road hazard.

This is the third time I used my EBT card and the cashiers don't know what to do so they don't press the right button then they ask you to put your debit card in and charge the entire amount this is ridiculous last week it was the salmon25$ that the EBT didn't go through I asked the cashier what's going on she has no idea I go to a manager she says let's go on this line and I can take it off for you today the same story......the dumbest cash register person instead of letting the EBT card go through I thought I had a few dollars that had to be paid on my debit card he charged the whole debit card and said nothing moron straight moron... Worst experience ever. August 6, buying school supplies, and finally getting to the register just for the cashier to be HIGH as a kite and not even regurgitating words. Someone yelled to get her help and no one came. They have no supervisors or managers available because everyone’s because playing super cop by self checkout. They should just get rid of self checkout, hire more people and get on with it. I was in line for over 25 minutes after coming from work, not getting to cook dinner yet and I couldn’t even get the stuff I came to get because the cashier was illiterate. I wish I recorded a video because what took place is still so unbelievable to me.
