I love to give recognition to great customer service. I've been to many McDonald's, but this location has to be my new fave. I'm a postal worker who has been at work all day and came in about 7 pm . As soon as I walked in, a young man greeted me , came right over, and took my order. The manager and other staff were so very welcoming and polite. My order was ready in mins, and every bite of everything i ordered was prepared so fresh. If I could give 10 starts, your location would have it. I hope you appreciate the crew you have . They're a great crew!

We ordered our 5$ menu meals (three of them)with extra ketchup, pickles and onions. The manager said "We don't do that here." An up charge for each condiment?

The drive-thru cashier (with strawberry blonde braids) working at 8pm on 08/25/24 had exceptional customer service. Food was hot and fresh. The ladies working the drive-thru were kind and helpful. Wish every Mcdonald's had staff like them!

The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was decent. The hash brown was super greasy, however it was tasty and just the right amount of crisp. The medium iced coffee I upgraded too was gross. Best part was the size. I feel like that’s the perfect medium size cup that used. If only I could’ve enjoyed it. It had the taste of a machine or some kind of metal material to it. I knew it was going to be less than good right when it was handed to me. It looked like coffee water. McDonald’s is quite horrible at provides iced coffee. It’s either way too sweet, waay too much cream, or in my case whatever was handed to me on this day.

I don’t know what kind of managers you have. I was doing Uber Eats, they took a while to give me my order and even worse, the "manager" threw my bag on the table and turned her back on me. If she doesn't want her job, get out of the way and give the opportunity to someone else. This happened today between 10:25 and 10:28 p.m.

Service was rude, I placed an order online 20 minutes before and they said I had to go inside the place to let them know, can’t use the drive through and Closed The Windows while I Was Talking. When I finally got the order, sausage was missing.

This is literally hands down the BEST McDonald's in Broward. They are friendly, courteous, and fast! Food is always fresh! The one issue I had (my cup had a hole in the bottom unbeknownst to me, and leaked out in my cup holder) was resolved FAST, and with genuine concern. The manager was AMAZING! I couldn't return at the time, but he noted it so I could come back later. Upon arrival, I was greeted and given a replacement. Everyone here is always smiling. The manager has to be doing a great job, because it trickles down to the employees! I love this location!

David & I went to a McDonalds near Margate, FL. It's the closest to where we are staying. It's so nice to see when the kids get out from school they come in, don't make a lot of noise, eat talk some, then then leave. Where I live in Queens, the students are rude & don't care. And only think of themselves.

Difficult to order,++ time + then they missed the 2nd large shamrock,shake no whipped cream. Which is what we started for in the beginning. Uber claimed no delivery fee but there it was. Always do that. Options not consistent to order. First time to order here + obviously we lack the necessary skill set.
