The pizza was just great! Not only was I able to order the crust type. I could order the crust flavor, but THEN, I could order the crust cook. I could order it soft, normal, and then crispy. I love crispy….which IMHO, that’s what makes the pizza right. And that’s how I got my pizza. So, yeah, 5 stars, all the way.

I called to order, tried the bot, the line was all cracking and my order did not go through. I finally talked to some one, placed my order, 4 corner pizza. My husband picked the order up, when he got home and we opened the box, the pizza was very well done and crispy. If I wanted a crusty crust I would get a thin crust pizza. We were very disappointed

Been ordering from Jet's for awhile now. Not only do they have amazing food, but the service is outstanding. Ordered pizza and soda for the crew doing my roof. Put a note that it was for the roofers. Jet's took the liberty of bringing paper plates, napkins and cups. What awesome service to go with such amazing food. 5 star +.

Order a deep dish and was easy to order online. The time for delivery was great. The pizza itself was tooth breaking. It was burnt. The crust was very hard and it literally was tooth breaking to eat. For $35 for one large pizza you would expect excellent pizza but that was not the case. I would not recommend the deep dish pizza from Jets.

My family made me in charge of ordering the sunday nights pizza I called dominos and when they answered the phone they were so EXTREMELY rude I couldn’t place my order because I did not trust my order in the hands of rude employees. I then called jets and Paige answered my phone call and she was EXTREMELY nice I could not believe how I got treated it felt like I was her celebrity crush ordering pizza LOL. Ordered online through the pizza bot. They gave me a three dollar discount for using the bot. Ordered a mighty meaty large hand tossed and was told 15 minutes. Continued driving down to North Port and looking forward to my pizza. Arrived in time and asked for my pizza. They brought out a rectangle pizza and said that was what I ordered. I asked them to check again, and they said we made a mistake. Then the cashier told the pizza makers rush my pizza. She had to ask a couple of times before they made my pizza. They told me the pizza was on the house, except I had already paid for it. This time, they told me 20 minutes and I could get my pizza. Now I ask for a comp because of the extra time spent at their store. The person who took over my situation said they couldn't give me a free order of cheesy bread. They offered a cookie or brownie. My brother said it should be the bread, not the sweets

Food is good. Not the issue. The issue is we tried using a coupon that was in date that apparently was a misprint. The cashier told my husband that there was no Mgr there and that they wouldn't honor it. I also called corporate 4 times. Even sent emails with the pics of the coupon & never heard back from them. After speaking to 3 different people. Just a bit annoying because we use to order 3 to4 times a month. Just annoying.

I paid 50$ for a pizza that comes in a box with a covering at the bottom….. That says it all. One large pizza , cheese sticks and wings .. Tasted worse than papa johns which i didnt think was possible. Much better pizza here locally. This has me bummed. Look for the uncle

Had to stop by to pick up a quick couple of slices, and it's an awkward setup, but the pizza was great, perfect sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese and they way the cheese was crunchy on the edges gave it boost in texture and taste. Pleasantly surprised will be back!

Omg we were all so suprised at how good they were! We've been looking for a good pizza place for litterally years here in Florida. We ordered deep dish. (I didn't know you can order flavor crust so I'm definitely excited about that next time). Last good pizza our family ate was chicago deep dish. Now nothing compares to that, however, this is the first pizza we've found that really said WOW this is good! Crust was still firm and crusty not soggy and floppy. We've tried at least 15, new to us, places in np, pc & Venice area. Hands down this one is the best so far! And reasonably priced. Nobody should expect a pizza to serve 4 people and it be good for under $20. I suggest everyone try! Just a note on previous review, don't base your review on one experice because service took too long or the order messed up. Employees are hard to come by and mgmnt can only do and oversee so much.. give em' a break and try them again! I know iv ran a restaurant before. Our new fave pizza place! 🍕

Most delicious pizza I’ve had in a long time! If you like a deep dish pizza with a crispy cheesy crust this is it. I would definitely try the turbo crust. Expensive but worth it. The ingredients are quality and the sauce is good. Definitely my favorite delivery option.

First off, let me say that I am a harsh critic when it comes to fast food places. It's called fast food for a reason. I ordered the pizza at 8:15 through the app, an it proceeded to telle that arrival time was at 8:45. Ok, I'm a little hungry so no big deal. 8:45 pm rolls around and still no pizza delivered. I waited to call until about 9:15. Was told by the person working there to wait another 15 minutes the driver should be back. It wasn't until 9:40 when the pizza was in my hands. An for that reason I'm only giving 2 stars. The cheese and sauce were great. The breading not so much. This place needs to hire more delivery people if you want your pizza on time otherwise pick it up.

Great pizza! I love Jets! But my complaint is if I’m going to order a pizza and come pick it up myself… Why are you expecting a tip? I paid $35 for a 8 corner pizza which is medium size and so expensive already! Delivery or big take out orders I get it. But just to pick up a pizza, your job is to make pizza lol I’ve never been asked for a tip to pick up a pizza anywhere else. Just crazy to me.

Great Pizza and they cut it and make it just the way I love, but I just called and placed an order through the robot, then called to talk to someone just to make sure it was going to be cut in squares and the girl who answered the phone sounded annoyed and just hung up with out a thank you or have a good night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION. They've lost my entire household's respect and business. Check your ingredients and make sure your employees are rotating properly and wearing gloves, before someone gets hospitalized with food poisoning. I wish I
could leave no stars for this place. We ordered to pizzas last night (5/24/22), (which price alone was a bit ridiculous compared to other places). Right off the bat from the first bite the whole pizza tasted off. The crust had an off taste, (was supposed to be butter and garlic, but tasted more like the garlic had expired well past its prime). (Tasted just like my garlic I tossed the other day that was no longer okay to use smelt). The sauce had a real funky taste to it and the cheese..just no the cheese was so awful to have to chew through. It was so rubbery and had a bad salt taste. (I know mozzarella is a salty cheese that can get a rubber texture but for a fresh out of their oven pizza, there was no excuse it tasted like days old melted cheese. Reminds me of a pizza you left out for awhile on the counter and then decided to reheat and take a chance on) I only managed to get through one slice and that was it's own struggle. I was sick IMMMEDIATELY after finishing my slice and am STILL feeling the uncomfortablness in my stomach from this pizza. My ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD has been in and out of the bathrooms ALL night since eating from this establishment. Learned our lesson the hard way on trusting this Jets Pizza location. Next time we will just order from somewhere else, plus we would get more food for the same price as 2 deep dish pizzas..

Worst customer service ever. I literally spoke with the manager Sean and he seriously needs to read a book on management for dummies. I ordered pizza an hour and a half ago and nothing. I called and was placed on hold and hung up on. I call back and was told it was delivered. I walked out front and nothing. He says we will remake it and I’ll have my driver drop it off. No sorry no nothing. I’ll go to Zios instead. I just wanted to be lazy and have delivery but I know better now.
