Unless you want a cup of milk do not order Matcha from this location. I emptied out my cup to see all the matcha powder unmixed into the drink at the bottom of the cup. A waste of $. Also, the workers are rude here and the surrounding locations in the Chamblee area.

Only giving 1 star to leave a review, they don't even deserve that. We recently moved right up the street and this location is so convenient for us right by the highway but we will NOT be coming back here ever. Our coffee always tastes like milk or watered down. My boyfriend drove us to QT down the street and got their coffee to add to it just to have a decent taste.. And today I ordered the maple sugar bacon crescant and as you can see in the picture, what a disappointment. Not even warm or toasted.. not even the right cheese...Not even an egg on there. Like who was actually ok wrapping that up and serving it? Its like they took an old one and tried to serve that to me. Customer service is always rude and have to repeat my order 50 times before they get it. Over it. Not worth the headache and disappointment starting my mornings off. Will go out of my way to go to the Holcomb Bridge one from now on.

Coffee was brewed just right! Be careful when walking from your car, the parking lot was littered with homeless individuals exhibiting very bizarre behavior. I braved the elements but I haven’t slept good in a few nights either. Would go back but use the drive thru only

This location ain’t it. Don’t be fooled by the 3.5 stars. That isn’t even high. I asked for almond milk and they charged me extra for it, but they gave me dairy milk. Also, the chicken wrap wasn’t fresh. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. Don’t waste your time and money here. Disgusting. Read the other reviews.

I ordered a large hot coffee with ONLY cream going through the drive-thru. After leaving the restaurant and well on my way home, I take a sip and I got a hot coffee with cream AND SUGAR! Ugh! I hate it when things like this happen. Why is something simple like hot coffee with only cream hard to handle?!?

There were no other cars in the lot or in the drive through. I waited at the drive through for a couple of minutes and no one came to take my order. So I pulled out and went inside and it was completely empty. After standing at the counter for a minute or so, someone finally came out. Not good customer service at all

Placed an order on the app thinking it would give them ample time to make my 1 coffee since it always takes forever when i order at the drive-thru. When I arrived, i was asked to pull up so they could serve other customers behind me while they made my order (strange, since all i ordered was a medium latte). After waiting 15 mins, they attempted to give me 5 coffees and a box of doughnuts that I didn't order. Another 5 mins as they realized their mistake and made my actual order. They attempted to give me a free doughnut to apologize but what i would really like is my time they wasted and my money back. The workers at this location are sometimes nice but always incompetent. I wouldn't even recommend this location to someone I didn't like 🙄

If you can go to another dunkin, please do. The workers are lazy, rush you to order and then it’s either incorrect or incomplete. I was prompted to write this review because the worker rolled her eyes and caught an attitude with me today after making me wait longer than usual for my order and it was incorrect. I will never come back to this location

Was getting a egg sausage cheese biscuit thinking it will be $3 Plus tax for it since its being promoted on their drive throu menu, pulled up and they rang me up for $5.39, told them that on the menu its $3, still charged me $5.39 and apologize ive been trying to give this dunkin a chance, no more.

I came to the store between 8:30 and 8:45 pm July 3rd 2023 to purchase a Mocha Ice coffee for my husband when I arrive home with the coffee my husband let me know that the coffee tasted horrible I called the store to let them know that i was going to take the drink back for them to remake the drink and they told
Me that I can’t since I already tasted so they wouldn’t be able to remake the drink.
This is unacceptable since I am a customer since they open the store.

I expect low quality service from Dunkin, and I’m pretty lax with service workers, but this location somehow manages to make the short experience of ordering so, deeply uncomfortable. The main woman there around the afternoon (that usually wears a mask) sounds like she wants to desperately end her life every time she has to speak a singular word into the headset to take an order. Everyone else is either lacking basic comprehension skills or seems more concerned with vibing than working. Plus, they’re not putting order stickers on the drinks ,which is mandatory, and would be useful for when they inevitably mess up your drink at least 2/5 times. I’m usually the only one in line so there’s no reason to drag your feet, get confused, or miss steps with one singular coffee order. Maybe they’re just tired of being there since I’ll usually go in the afternoon, which is understandable, but from experience as an ex-Dunkin employee: just quit lmao. Taking a challenge is better than being clearly miserable and complacent. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re bothering the employee's just for making them do their jobs 7 hours before closing. Bring back the Krispy Kreme and make the current dunkin employees work at the McDonalds next door, please I’m begging. Not everyone should be able to own a franchise.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a medium caramel macchiato (much higher priced premium coffee drink). The current promotion is a $1 donut with a medium coffee purchase. I was charged full price for the donut because I ordered a premium coffee! This is stupid! And the only reason I got was that it only applies to coffee. Now I’m wondering what the heck was in my macchiato! Terrible service.

I asked for a decaf coffee this morning, plain deaf coffee, and they gave me one loaded with cream and sugar. The girl didn't even give me a receipt and was talking the whole time with the rest of the staff, completely ignoring my order, and just gave me whatever they wanted. Poor service not coming back there again.

I stop in at this Doraville location typically three mornings during the work week. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location because the service is very quick and courteous. The drive-thru line is fast, as well as the dine in experience. Plenty of ample seating, unlike some of the Dunkin stores out there.

I walked into the store and there were no other guests inside. I waited to be greeted , however no one greeted me nor came to the cash register. I noticed a lady helping the one customer through drive through. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked the lady if she could assist me as I had been waiting a long time only for 2 donuts in my sight. The lady proceeded to say she only does drive thru and the other person was in the restroom.This is unacceptable and ridiculous. First off, it doesn’t take 10 mins for two donuts on a tray , second I wouldn’t want the person in the restroom touching my donuts, thirdly the lady had a cash register she was using for drive thru, but could not assist me. This is clearly not good customer service and everyone should be fired there. Horrible experience this is why I don’t go to Dunkin Donuts. I wish I could leave zero stars

The owners of this location are extremely rude. Twice I have been in the cafe, working briefly on my computer, and they make comments about speeding up guests leaving. They argue quite loudly about what's going wrong with the business, in from of customers. It's seriously uncomfortable. I buy coffee, a sandwich, and a donut when I visit. Is this how you treat those who drive your business?

I am only giving it two stars because of the location, otherwise it would for sure be one star. The people who work here are not the friendliest of people. They never seem to want to take your order. They NEVER have anything you want so you have to settle for something else or leave. Today I ordered one blueberry donut and got all the way home (which I should have checked knowing their history) and realized it was something completely different. They clearly just don’t care, so no more business from me. Save yourselves a trip guys.

Well, while I didn't get to experience this Dunkin' as a customer; I would have to say I am grateful to had Shazam as the guy helping me out there while delivering for Uber. I was graced with a level of customer service that is rarely shown to delivery drivers. While initially being delivered not great news about the order and superficial concern; I recieved a positive rebuttal to my less than satisfactory response, something I know ot takes going out of your way to do. The art of customer service unfortunately is dying, but I am glad here I got at least a heartbeat.

They actually close at 9:50 pm. I understand you need to clean up but it’s coffee and donuts. If your business hours are until 10pm. You should stay open until 10pm, or adjust your business hours accordingly.

fourth time in a row our egg and cheese croissant has been freezing cold. cheese wasn't melted, croissant wasn't fully cooked and was doughy. the drinks are always made weird here too, like with way too much syrup in the refreshers and the chai lattes are undrinkable seriously. I'm not even picky but it's bad. also, one time I got the beyond sausage egg and cheese and they cut the sausage in half for some reason and kept the other half even though they had whole ones (I went in and a manager replaced it). wild

I'm more patient than a lot I realize 1 stove toaster is not speedy. For drive thru it may take 2 but costs would go crazy to make things under 6 minutes especially with 3+ sandwiches all are made to order..I had to repeat for clarity to help..Sandwiches were never cold..

I love dunkin. But there's something about this Buford Hwy location that never sit right with me in regards to how their food taste. I've given it multiple chances and now I'm over it enough to write a review. Their food always has this weird lingering after taste. You can taste it everything they cook. No matter the item whether it be a breakfast sandwich, egg bites or even avocado toast. I'm not sure how they are preparing their food or storing it but there something about it that always makes me throw my food away after 1 bite. And I'm not the kind of person who orders and throws food away. I also never ask for a refund, so it's never money. Again it's only this location. Not to seem indifferent but I'm not sure if it's the practices of this largely Indian crew but the food taste nasty. Someone from Dunkin Donuts headquarters or code enforcement needs to review their practices, machines, or storing methods. Because whatever it is they are not churning out food consistent to the way Dunkin food taste. Same menu, unfavorable taste. Won't be eating from here again. It's literally the 4th time my food from them had ended up in the trash

I bought coffee at 830 something this morning and I drive as a delivery driver nearby. I tasted the coffee and it was disgusting. Took it back 45 mins later after my route was done only for the cashier who I tipped 4$ to tell me I bought it 2 hours ago and had to pay. The guy who’s been there noticed me and told me he’d fix it but started to charge me. When I showed him my receipt that I had just left he offered for me not to pay. I chose to pay again anyways the the lady made me feel so small like I needed something for free. Only to get back to the warehouse and have ANOTHER CUP OF DISGUSTING COFFEE. SMH

I ordered 3 iced black coffees and 1 brown surgar cookies cold brew. But I actually got 4 regular lattes. I asked to change it then the sever was med to me. I paid 3 lattes and one new latte with creams fees and actually got 3 black coffee and one black coffee with wipe cream. That happen isnt the first time. Whenever I go there, they always messed up my order. Whenever I ordered ice americano with seasonal flavor cream form, their recipes is same as always. Cold brew with a little of wipe cream.. All server better to learn how to make a coffee.

Sheesh. Closest Dunkin to us, but I’m definitely done here. I always order on the app, numerous occasions where I go inside to pick up my order and it takes longer than ordering in person. They don’t even address me and when they finally do they have to find the mobile order ticket and proceed to make it. Literally the opposite of efficient.
Most recently, ordered a Large Cold Brew with Almondmilk and Toasted Almond. Small paper sign on front saying indoor is closed so I went through drive through and received a poorly prepared cold brew with no Almondmilk. Pretty hard to mess that up - staff in dire need of training.

It is 6am. No one is in line. Inorder a cinnamon raisin bagel. I have to pull up, even though no one is anywhere around. The guy finally comes and brings me my food. He proceeds to tell me they were out if cinnamon raisin, but he gave me a plain one instead. If I wanted a plain bagel, I would have ordered a plain bagel. If he didn't make me pull up so all the non cars can get through, he could have told me while I was at the window, like ALL other drive thru places do. Now, I have no breakfast for myself.

We were still not upset waiting 15 minutes at the cashier window just to get two coffees and a croissant. They got our order wrong and charged two extra coffees. We paid with a card and asked to refund the two coffees which was $8.38. Worker seemed annoyed running the machine again so asked us if she can pay us in cash. We agreed and was given $7, I was still smiling and said we’re short and started explaining the numbers, mid sentence she walks off to get a dollar and gives it to me. At this point I get annoyed and tell her we’re still short she literally says why. She says she doesn’t have change to give us 38 cents. Since the card payment we were charged includes tax and with 8% it comes out $9.05. We were eventually given an extra dollar (still 5 cents short) but never going back there again. It truly amazes me how they work for a big name logo

Workers repeatedly asked us what our order was. Lady charged us for 3 lattes when we ordered 1, including other items. We asked for a refund for the 2 additional lattes they charged us. Lady asked if we can get our money back in cash when we paid with card. We said that’s fine. 2 lattes were $8.38 plus tax but she gave us $7 only. We told her she is short and she gave us attitude saying why does she need to give us refund. So she gave us an extra dollar. She was still short so we told her, and she gave us attitude again and eventually gave us the full refund. Never going back there.

Not satisfied like I was before. I gave cash & instead of the lady explaining they had no change she gave me what she wanted. I was like uhm this isn't correct. Well say that in the beginning you are out of cash so I can give u a card. Then they are not as friendly as when the black chipper guy was there. And he made your coffee perfect. The drink I had was horrible. I took 2 sips and was done. The purple coconut refreshing drink. Nasty. They need a little more Chic FIL A attitude. Smile say thanks.

Everyone here blatantly show how much they hate their job. There's a reason why the parking lot is always empty. They never provide a receipt and over charge for everything. Rush you to order after having you wait at the speaker for 5 minutes, and can't be bothered to talk above a whisper. 2 stars only because they are quick at bringing you your order and the bagels have been dope lately.

Always having to repeat and repeat orders..I speak clear English. Why put those individuals who don't understand English when spoken to on drive thru taking orders. Also sandwiches not heated completely or barely warm.

Horrible service, not sure what the man’s name is might be a manager, but he was really rude & seemed to not like to work there as if it was the customer’s fault ??? even worse didnt have his mask on! oh but “your safety is our top priority” slapped at entrance, gtfo.

DON’T GO HERE ! Can’t even understand person taking order half of my food was missing and they told me to drive all the way around for it which is ridiculous. Please get new workers here.
